The work deals with the budget implementation of the town Jablonec nad Nisou in the years 2006 - 2008. It is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the local government bodies in the Czech Republic, their status, competency, budget management, authorities, budget, extra-budgetary funds, as well as accounting. The practical part is then focused on the city of Jablonec nad Nisou, its history, present and above all implementation of the budget.

Bachelor thesis is concerned with problems of economy and financing of allowance organizations that are part of non-profit sector. This is specifically that its primary aim is not to reach the profit as it is by other economic subjects but its function is in providing goods and services that are not fully secured. Non-profit organizations differ in accounting system by the companies. They have their own cooperation, methods of accounts and way of financing and accounting. Individual chapters are concerned with problems of financing and accounting. In the end of thesis is analysed economic activity of allowance organization Hospital in Jablonec nad Nisou in years 2007 - 2009.

State Taxes Ratio in Income Management of Municipalities and Regions

This diploma thesis deals with the regional and municipal economic revenue analysis. The theoretical part of the work is aimed at the determination of the basic bonds in the public service and its financing in general terms. The practical part follows the nation-wide gross tax yield and the shares resulted from it. These shares flow to the region and municipal budgets. There is also a revenue budget analysis of some selected municipalities. The analysis of four municipalities -- the town of Trebic, the town of Hrotovice, the municipality of Radkovice u Hrotovic and the Vysocina Region was made in 2001 -- 2008 and first of all with the survey of revenues from the taxes. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the comparison of revenues that were assigned to the local budgets from country-wide gross tax yield.

The theoretical part is focused on general characteristics of non - profit organization and two basic types of allowance organization. The practical part deals with the characterization and analysis of the management school. This analysis is focused on the analysis of the results, costs and yields.

This thesis is engaged in financing of allowance organizations. The first part is focused on general characteristic of non -- profit organizations; in more detail on specifics the foundation, economy, funds creation and possibility their usage of allowance organizations. The practical part is applicable to conditions of a concrete allowance organization -- The Wallachian museum in nature in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, founded by the state. The Wallachian museum is a national culture monument and the oldest open-air museum in the middle Europe. The thesis describes activities of museum, its organization and specifies relations to the founder, especially is focused on all accessible resources of its financing. Then is engaged in the economy of this subject, the analysis its costs and revenues, income from operation and its usage.

This diploma thesis deals with the specific section of the allowance organizations. There is description in a brief part of allowance organization established by municipal authorities. Then the thesis characterizes basic structure in bookkeeping and analyzes funding, management, setting and use monetary and property funds of the organization with the help of theory in books, laws and ministerial regulations. Another part is concerned practices. There is included everything mentioned and in this practical part there is in detail explained management and financing on concrete example of allowance organization which is the primary school in the town Velké Meziříčí.

The undergraduate thesis focuses on using various kinds of transfers by the autonomous territorial units. The work points out the options of how the transfers can and do support the reinforcement of the autonomous territorial units. The theoretical part deals with the basic terms and their definitions, characterization of the autonomous territorial units and understanding of these given issues. The practical part analyses which parts of the town Meziboří are influenced by the transfers the most as well as the all in all influence of the transfers on the economy of the town Meziboří between the years 2004 and 2007.
