Language and style of the plays written for Jára Cimrman Theatre This magister thesis deals with language analysis of the stage plays of Jára Cimrman Theatre. The opening chapter describes general information about the theatre and it's authors as well. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is based on results of theoretical studies of different authors, especially Bohuslav Brouk, Henri Bergson, Ladislav Dvorský and Vladimír Borecký. The practical part contains the detailed language analysis of all 15 stage plays. This diploma work analyzes which types of language comic we can find there and how much are they extended. Linguistic performances are separated on the principle of linguistics on individual linguistic branches. This diploma work also discusses mystification as a common framework for realization of all comic means. The aristocratic clothing of the Rudolphine Prague

This bachelor's thesis deals about clothing of aristocratic citizens of rudolphine Prague. The question, which author wants to answer is: How was the nobility in this era dressed up? Because Prague was very cosmopolitan for government of Rudolf II., we can find there more specific styles of clothing. The opening chapter tells about the image of rudolphine Prague as itself. Next chapter contains a description of the fabrics, especially the most prized ones. Incoming chapters tells knowledge's about the most used fashion ways, then spanish and german style, and shows their differences against the another fashion styles worn in other European areas. Following part is discovering some details about the important fashion pendants, for example the suspension of rapier or the shape of underwear. The work continues by another different chapter, describing a few less known portraits, including unusual fashion elements or non - typical specialties for this period. There is also a part, telling about the famous persons, who could bring different fashion elements to the Prague. At the end, there is a chapter, in which author deals with the clothing, as the factor of criminality in everyday life.

The world of Post BEPS transfer pricing

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze impacts of BEPS including Country-by-Country reporting on the business field and on the tax administration. The theoretical part describes the importance of the initiative of BEPS transfer pricing including its the updated package, Action 8-10. Next part describes and compares the actual transfer pricing regulations in the countries of Visegrad 4 and in Germany. The last part of the diploma thesis analyzes the current transfer pricing situations and the cases of multinational corporation such as Google and Starbucks and it is followed by chaptures analyzing possible advantages and disadvantages that will arise from the new statement of CBCR.

Strategie kvalifikovaného investora na trhu nemovitostí

Tato práce se zabývá strategií investování do nemovitostí prostřednictvím speciálních fondů kvalifikovaných investorů. Analyzuje ekonomickou podstatu těchto investic a otázky související s jejich výnosností a rizikem. Dále specifikuje organizační uspořádání investičního procesu v zahraničí i v České republice a uvádí hlavní trendy investičního odvětví. V praktické části práce je vytvořena modelová investiční strategie nemovitostního fondu kvalifikovaných investorů, na kterou navazuje kapitola věnovaná vytváření plánu peněžních toků modelového fondu.

Publishing of Belles-lettres in the Last Ten Years at the Czech Market

The Bachelor thesis deals with the fiction book market in the Czech Republic and its changes during the years 2001-2010. The first chapter defines the terminology linked with belles-lettres including its types and genres. The second chapter focuses on the Czech book market, its past and present, and deals with the different publishers, book distributors, sellers and marginally the libraries, too. The next point is readership in the country and its support. The third chapter concerns a statistical evaluation of Czech books and fiction. The final chapter shows a summary of fiction publishing by means of sales charts and comparison with other book popularity surveys. The situation of the Czech book market with belles-lettres is summarized in the conclusion.

Právo výkupu účastnických cenných papírů v české právní úpravě

Diplomová práce Právo výkupu účastnických cenných papírů v české právní úpravě je zaměřena na analýzu procesu vytlačení v té formě, kdy je zachována původní společnost a zbývající účastnické cenné papíry nabývá většinový akcionář. V první části je obsaženo obecné vymezení předpokladů předmětného institutu. Následuje kapitola věnována relevantní právní úpravě na komunitární úrovni. Těžiště práce tvoří rozbor právní úpravy práva výkupu v pojetí českého obchodního zákoníku. Čtvrtá část pojednává o ústavněprávních a ekonomických aspektech zkoumaného institutu. Cílem práce je primárně podrobná analýza české právní úpravy práva výkupu. Obsaženo je také srovnání se zahraniční právní úpravou.

The thesis is focused on the unprecedented phenomenon namelysecretory activity in female De Brazza´s monkey (Cercopithecus neglectus). The work gives a comprehensive overview of the life of monkeys. There is also a comparison with other related species of monkeys that live in similar or even identical conditions. It analyzes the olfactory and visual communication, for which it may have color and density of the discharge in the anogenital section key role. It compares discolouring outlet discharge of individual female in the experimental part.

Analysis of the impact of legislative changes on the accounting

The aim of my thesis was to show the influence of legislative changes on the accounting of business corporations. Analyses were performed on actual legislative changes, which to the greatest extent related to the recodification of private law in the Czech Republic and their entry into force of law about and concerning commercial companies and collectives. These factors resulted in adjustments to several provisions of laws regarding accounting and related supplementary regulations. On the basis of these analysed legislative changes, case studies were subsequently developed for a specific business corporation, namely the company STAX Metal Fibers s.r.o. The individual parts of the case studies were developed according to the actual state of the business corporation, and these case studies may be used by the enterprise to enhance its business activities further. The suggestions were concentrated on the area of reserve funds created within the accounting entity, the introduction of common stock, the possibility of advance or down payment in proportion to share of profits and a proposal to use sanctions from outstanding claims. In the conclusion recommendations were made concerning legislation with a special focus on the ambiguity of some terms in different laws.

Práce podává analýzu příčin dnešního islámského terorismu. Jako teoretický rámec výzkumu používá sociálně-psychologickou teorii Ericha Fromma. Dochází k závěru, že islámský terorismus je důsledkem rapidní socio-ekonomické změny, která se odehrála v muslimských zemích po 2. světové válce a vedla k vykořenění a ztrátě orientace ve světě u části muslimské populace. Ta posléze přijala ideologii islamismu jako nový rámec orientace. Islámský terorismus je pak jednou ze strategií, kterou islamismus používá k dosažení svých cílů.

Czech labor market in the perspective of 'flexicurity' concept

V souvislosti s trhy práce se hovoří o konceptu ?flexicurity?, který již několik let úspěšně funguje například v Dánsku. Konceptem ?flexicurity? se zabývá tato práce, ve které jsou také vysvětleny související pojmy flexibilita a jistota trhu práce. Tato práce je dále zaměřena především na zhodnocení flexibility českého pracovního trhu na základě zákoníku práce, který u nás patří k nejvýznamnější právní normě v oblasti pracovního práva. Rovněž je porovnána pružnost trhu práce v ČR a ve vybraných zemích EU. Na flexibilitu pracovního trhu mají vliv jednak pracovněprávní předpisy a jednak také daňové zatížení práce. Proto se další část práce věnuje osobám samostatně výdělečně činným (OSVČ) na českém trhu práce a rozdílnému zatížení příjmů zaměstnanců a OSVČ. Poslední problematikou, kterou se tato práce zabývá je nově zavedený strop na sociální zabezpečení u zaměstnanců, které může mít také dopad na flexibilitu pracovního trhu.
