Analysis of the lorry driver´s motivation in a chosen transport company
TÁBORSKÁ, Alena
Thesis focuses on the personal management of a transport company Šindelář Spedition s.r.o. Especially the remuneration and motivation of a concrete group of workers {--} drivers of road trains is examined. The main aim of the work is a proposal of certain advancements in managing processes leading to decreasing of staff turnover and to securing the company competitivness. The first part is treating the problem of high staff turnover and describes personal activities in the company. The second part consist of the survey whose output is designed to change the system of remuneration and employee motivation. The final part contains SWOT analysis which is used for a future strategy concept and the recommendation for a whole company functioning.

Analysis of the conditions for the activity of an international shipping company in the European Union.
BÁRTA, Jan
The aim of this thesis was the analysis of the conditions for driving an international transportation company in European Union. The most important general conditions were analysed as well as the specific conditions that have to be kept in company Unitrans Bohemia because of the transported product´s character. Another aim of this work was the transportation of liquid foodstuff analysis, associated regulations and problems.

Numerical investigation of residual lifetime of the wheel during EN 13262 test
Matušek, P. ; Hutař, Pavel ; Náhlík, Luboš ; Knésl, Zdeněk ; Kunz, Ludvík
In this paper, the experimental set up corresponding to the test unit used for the full-scale fatigue test has been modelled. The numerical method for reliable estimation of residual fatigue lifetime of wheel web tested according to EN 13 262 Standard has been developed. Numerical calculations are based on finite element method utilizing the system ANSYS. The experimentally observed cracks in the wheel web have been taken as the initial crack configuration. Numerical calculations simulating the initial crack growth in the wheel web loaded by experimental set up have been performed. Under assumptions of linear elastic fracture mechanics the residual fatigue life of the cracked wheel has been predicted.

Legal relations in transport of people and goods
REZKOVÁ, Ivana
This thesis revers to the Legal relations in transport of people and goods. The introducy chapters are described types of transports. The major part of this text is dedicated to the international and inland treaties. In the practical part of this thesis directs its attention at clarifying essential parts of Agreement ADR and shows the application of Agreement ADR.In the closing part the autor indicates the necessity for a collaborative development of contracting states in Agreement ADR.

Carbon dioxide transport within the leaf mesophyll: physico-chemical and biological aspects
VRÁBL, Daniel
Stomatal conductance and mesophyll conductance for CO2 transport are two key components of diffusive limitations of photosynthesis, since they restrict CO2 flux from the leaf surface to the sub-stomatal cavity and from there to the sites of carboxylation. This thesis summarizes our findings in the field of nature of mesophyll conductance to CO2 transport and its regulation per se and in respect to stomatal conductance.

Transportation and traffic ecucation as a reflection of traffic literacy of participant of tourist trade
MARKOVÁ, Pavlína
Graduation thesis is bent on analysis traffic literacy of participants of tourist trade. According to the research only a half of the polled people have heard about a transport education first time in Kindergarten. This is a very bad result because children belong to the most risky group of traffic operations. That is why the analysis was made in Kindergarten, concretely in Kindergarten Bratrská, Dačice, to find out present status of transport education. We set up a project which should obtain an improvement of transport education.

Mutual balance of trade between the Czech Republic and Japan
VARBANOVOVÁ, Lucie
The dissertation deals with the topic of the mutual trade balance between the Czech Republic and Japan. The main focus is to find the causes of contemporary state of the mutual trade balance. The dissertation research which factors influence it and which factors will influence it in the future and how will the mutual trade balance probably develop in the future. The partial aim of this thesis is to find the possibilities of a concrete company to enter the Japanese market with reference to the market barriers. The dissertation firstly provides the theoretical information includes the topics of the economical development of Japan, Japanese external trade and also the trade between the Czech Republic and Japan. Then there are analyzed various entry barriers of the Japanese market. All the barriers are considered firstly generally and afterward they are applied on the concrete company, which contemporary thinks to enter the Japanese market. There are also discussed other factors, which are important in regard to entry the Japanese market as is transport, the business risk etc. The next part covers the causes of the contemporary mutual trade balance and the possibilities of its future development and possible equalization. There are analyzed factors, which influence the most the mutual trade balance between the Czech Republic and Japan.

Adenosine signaling in Drosophila
KUČEROVÁ, Lucie
This thesis characterizes adenosine signalization in Drosophila and describes response to adenosine in various cell types. Extracellular adenosine mediates most of its physiological effects through its receptors but recent data also indicate that adenosine transport also has important physiological functions. It was shown in this thesis that adenosine stimulates only cAMP second messenger system in Drosophila cells endogenously expressing AdoR. The pharmacological profile of the DmAdoR was established using the cAMP functional assay. The utility of the agonist 2-chloroadenosine and antagonist SCH58261 were examined in flies in vivo and compared with phenotypes of DmAdoR mutants. The responses of Drosophila cells to adenosine mediated by adenosine transport were also examined. Different cell types exhibited striking differences in adenosine uptake and adenosine recycling that were closely connected with the regulation of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism. This thesis provides an important foundation for the study of interactions between adenosine receptor and adenosine transport.

Personnel management in a chosen company

The Influence of the System "Human {--} Vehicle {--} Environment" on the Road Safety
NUNVÁŘ, Jiří
This student thesis deals with problems of the causes of road accidents and injury in the Czech Republic, and with the possibilities of their elimination. The human is the most dangerous factor of the transportation system. This resulted in the analysis of the causes of road accidents. The safety of the human factor depends on the experience of the driver, appreciating of danger, attention paid to the driving of vehicle, and on the stress of the road-traffic. The basis of the effective accident prevention are traffic safety precautions.
