Laboratory railway model control
Šimík, Vladislav ; Chovanec, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This work deals with possibilities of operating signals under the power supply voltage and using of this technology in guidance of a model of railway. Firstly there is an analysis of analogous and digital guidance of the model of railway. There is also a description of theory of three kinds of used modulations such as ASK, FSK and OFDM modulation. There are described only principles of those modulations because the problematic of the modulation is going to be solved by integrated circuit. The next part of this work is going to deal with a market research and with description integrated circuits, which ensure the modulation of operating signals of power supply voltage. There is also going to be noticed a description of others circuits that are needed for the correct function of the whole furnishing. Then I will continue with a project of scheme and single PCB for a guidance of the model of the railway. The last part of this work is concerned with activation and a proof of those proposed linkage.

I analyse the current system of the fight against organized crime and terrorism and authorities established to be in charge of the fight. The following section of my thesis gives an analysis of crucial issues {--} safety measures for security protection of the police station buildings and the persons inside those buildings in the event of emergency incidents and breakdowns. It also refers to the Critical Incident Management Plan (CIMP). This is the basic framework for critical incident preparedness. It applies to all units to cover every unit´s individual needs. It specifies individual methods of protecting police station buildings {--} the security guard, the regime measures and the protection by technical means. It explains the regime measures to protect the buildings and specifies the technical means and states how these means can be used. It also mentions and assesses the possible risks and the exposure to hazard. The next section of my thesis examines the probability and possibility of an emergency incident as a result of trap explosive system usage. I describe the response to findings of such explosives or other suspicious objects in a police station building and the response to an explosion both in the inside and the outside of the police station building. The closing section of my thesis analyses activities necessary to be carreid out after a critical incident threat or a direct assault. The target of the work is to classify the level of knowledge of possible side effects of radiotherapy (acute or late effects) and precautions leading to ease acute post radiation reaction among breast carcinoma sick women. The work method is to create a questionnaire which is distributed to women who are in therapy in the hospital of Znojmo. Research survey was conceived as quantitative survey. Clinical importance and mechanisms of action of morphine and methadone
Slušná, Michaela ; Hejnová, Lucie (referee) ; Novotný, Jiří (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with gathering the information regarding the clinical importance of opioid drugs, particularly morphine and methadone, and their mechanism of action. Awareness of health professionals and the general public on opioid is inadequate. This evokes unnecessary anxiety of uninformed patients by the treatment of this kind of drugs. This thesis contains information that should know each worker in the health sector. It deals with pharmacodynamics, which is important for understanding the effects of drugs, both biochemical and physiological as well as pharmacokinetics, which describes how the body compensates for the delivered drug. Usage of morphine and methadone is currently irreplaceable. Morphine is a strong analgesic effective control of pain of different origin. Methadone is used for the substitutive treatment of people addicted to opioids. The side effects occurring during the treatment with opioids are acceptable with regard to severe pain, which is attenuated by opioids.

Data integration and automatic task processing
Meisner, Tomáš ; Nemrava, Jan (advisor) ; Svátek, Vojtěch (referee)
This diploma thesis deals with automatic task processing, especially with automatic processing of forms on web pages. The thesis throws light on the theoretical and practical matter. At the beginning of this thesis are described the reasons, why this topic were chosen. Also there are mentioned the possible uses of application, realized on this principles. Foremost simplification of retrieval of data with standardized (but general) format from common users, which could be used for data mining process. For creating this kind of application is described concepts of its implementation, including description of problematic parts and their possible solution. In this part is mentioned algorithm, which deals with security limitation of current web browsers -- so-called cross-site scripting. One part of this thesis is description of current commercial and non-commercial solutions, which at least partly fulfills the demands of the application. At the conclusion is analyzed functionality of created application and proposed advancements and improvements for creating new versions of application
