A Price Map of Vacation Property Sales in the Eagle Mountains and its Use
Novák, Vojtěch ; Jachan, Tomáš (referee) ; Kosová, Jaroslava (advisor)
The master's thesis is divided into two parts. The term „property“ and also terms dealing with segment of the vacation properties are defined in the theoretical part. Then there are defined different types of prices and valuation. This part also deals with the fact, that affect the selling price. Price maps and their importace at present are discussed in the last chapter. The practical part deals with procedure of creation of the price map, whose byproduct is creation a form for the estimation of the usual price. The region is defined here, including charakteristics of individual location, followed by a description of the property market in the region and analysis of the data base for creating price maps. The price map in text and graphic vision and the form are output. Estimation of the selling price of the property is generated after filling the form. The applicability of the form is verified by determination of the selling price of farm house in Slatina nad Zdobnicí. This property is also being valued according to price regulation in parallel. The practical part is completed by comparing of both achieved prices.

Viscoelastic properties of microcrystalline cellulose of Avicel PH 200
Skálová, Marie ; Řehula, Milan (advisor) ; Špaček, Vladimír (referee)
In this dissertation the viscoelasticity of the most common excipient microcrystaline celulose was valuated and viscoelasticite parametres were compared to three substances. Viscoelasticity was valuated by two methods..The first method is Creep test. In this analyze the compression force is constant and hold for 180s. During this time height of the tablet was lowered. The diffrences of tablet height was noted and used for calculation in Crčel test. Parameters of elasticity got by this method are FCT1,FCT2 and parameters of plasticity are PCT1,FP. When the parameters of elasticity increase the elasticity decrease. When the parameter FP increases the plasticity increases too. The higher the value of PCT1 is the lower is the plasticity. Stress relaxation is the second method. In this analyze hight of tablet is constant and decline compression force is recorded. In this analyze we noted the decline for 180 sec. In this way we get parameters of elasticity ESR1, ESR2, ESR3 and parameters of plasticity PSR1, PSR2, PSR3. The plasticity increases when parameter P increases. Comparing three substances the elasticity increases in-line Emcompress, Avicel, Flowlac and the elasticity decreases in-line Emcompress, Avicel, Flowlac.

Snow water content modelling in small catchments
Němečková, Klára ; Daňhelka, Jan (advisor) ; Bercha, Šimon (referee)
Title: Snow water content modelling in small catchments This work deals with modeling of amount of snow cover, snow water equivalent, respectively, on an experimental catchment in the Jizerské hory Mts. Measuring and modelling of the snow cover is an important part of water management practice from the perspective of reservoir operation and flood management. The first part of this thesis describes physical-geographical characteristics of the Jizerské hory Mts.especially from the climatological and hydrological point of view but also other charakteristics and conditions that may affect the dynamic of snow accumulation and melting are described with detailed focus on the experimental catchment of Černá Desná river - Jezdecká. Two modelling approaches were applied to simulate snow water equivalent (SWE) based on observed precipitation and temperature. Beside the well knowen SNOW17 model a simple method based on heat index was developed in this work and its parameters were calibrated based on measured timeseries of daily average air temperature, daily precipitation and observed SWE for winter periods 2001 to 2009. Both methods provided reasonably accurate estimates of SWE over the tested period, however it was found that the results for winters with extreme conditions (very warm or very cold) are less...

During this thesis two beamforming methods were selected, namely Delay and Sum a Constant Directivity Beamforming - Circular Arrays, and were applicated on real environment signals using two microphone arrays’ geometries ULA (Uniform linear array) and UCA (Uniform Circular array).

Formulation of polyester nanoparticles.
Nosková, Veronika ; Dittrich, Milan (advisor) ; Šnejdrová, Eva (referee)
The thesis was directed to the detailed study of the influence of preparation process on parameters of size and surface charge of nanoparticles fabricated from aliphatic polyesters. Linear poly(DL-lactic-co-glycolic acid) and terpolymer of tripenterthritol with DL-lactic acid and glycolic acid with branched molecule were used as model drug carriers. Nanoparticles were prepared by emulsion-solvent distribution and evaporation method. Ethylmethylketon and ethylacetate were effective as polyester solvents, while nanoparticles prepared from dichloromethane and ethylformate were the worst in the view of evaluated parameters. Nanoparticles prepared from methylformate and methylacetate solutions were polydisperse, because of the dual mechanism of their formation by dispersion by shear stirring and simultaneously by spontaneous turbulent efflux of solvent into the external aqueous phase. Extremely low concentrations of emulsifiers in the range from 0,025 % to 0,20 % were used. As emulsifying agents were more efficient sodiumlaurethsulfate and laurylhydroxysultain as sodiumlaurylsulfate. Changes of pH towards acid and alkaline side had not influence the characteristics of samples. Nanoparticles were consolidated very rapidly, they were stabilized in the short time interval from twenty to sixty seconds in the...

Biotyping of ascomycetous yeasts
Jurnečková, Alena ; Dudášová,, Hana (referee) ; Stratilová, Eva (advisor)
In total, 84 yeast strains (originated from water, plants, fruits and soil) were selected for MALDI-TOF biotyping. All strains were cultivated on malt agar and YPD medium. Samples for biotyping were processed according to methods of Bruker Daltonik GmbH company, Institute of Chemistry of SAS and combination of these methods. Single strains were identified based on the analysis of intracellular ribozomal proteins using MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry. In case of ambiguous results, the DNA was isolated and the D1/D2 26S rRNA domain sequencing was performed. The strain identification was carried out by comparing its mass spectra with spectra of sequenced strains using MALDI Biotyper 3.0 software. The mutual similarity of strains was considered by score value, which was the result of the analysis. In total, 18 strains from 84 were previously sequenced and used as model strains for comparison with unknown isolates. Altogether 51 strains were definitely taxonomically categorized into 18 phylogenetic groups at the species level. The MALDI-TOF biotyping was repeated for overall 6 strains because of ambiguity of results. The taxonomic classification of 15 strains was not clearly determined and, therefore, these strains were suggested for D1/D2 26S rRNA domain sequencing. It was not possible to identify one strain, based on the results of sequencing, therefore, the DNA isolation was repeated. In the case of 8 strains, the results were identical with originally designed taxonomic classification. Conversely, the remaining 6 strains were identified as species. For 20 selected strains the basic characteristics were determined using microbiological methods. The shape of colonies growing on solid medium and appearance of cultures in liquid medium was assessed. Furthermore, the radial growth constant and the presence of urease were determined. Finally the microscopic observation of cells and the fermentation test for carbohydrate substrates were performed.

Analýza obchodních vztahů mezi Evropskou unií a Latinskou Amerikou
Daza Aramayo, Lourdes Gabriela ; Krebs, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Macháček, Jaroslav (referee) ; Benáček, Vladimír (referee)
The Doctoral Thesis "Analysis of Trade Relations between the European Union and Latin America from 1995-2011" focuses on the determination Latin America's potential as a trading partner for the European Union. It will be based on an analysis of the region's trade relationships between 1995 and 2011 through different econometric models and a macroeconomic analysis. It will make recommendations for improving economic relation policies with Latin America and the European Union as well as identify the sectors which could represent great potential for trade between both regions. The research is divided into seven chapters: The first chapter covers international trade theory; this part comprises the theoretical aspects directly related to international trade. The second chapter analyzes the macroeconomic features of Latin American countries and compares them with data from the European Union. A separate, detailed analysis of 17 Latin American countries was performed and the potential of each one to make their importance known to the world and define their geopolitical position is described. The third chapter details the trade policies of the European Union and Latin America. The fourth chapter discusses trade relations between Latin America and the European Union through a look at the trade agreements that have been signed between the European Union and Latin American countries and tries to identify possible causes of failures for agreements not signed. This chapter also studies the sectorial composition of trade between the two regions, emphasizing the asymmetry between these trades flows as they enter the countries studied. The fifth chapter, the heart of this research paper, analyzes the trade relations between the EU and Latin America through a gravity model, identifying the obstacles and barriers to international trade between the two regions. The second part of this chapter discusses institutional factors, which, as a result of the conclusions from the gravity model explained earlier in the chapter, play an important role in international trade between Latin America and the European Union. This section contains a comparative analysis of the situation of the institutional factors in the 29 Latin American countries which were analyzed in the gravity model. This chapter also includes a trade simulation between the Czech Republic and Latin America with the institutional factors in Latin America showing a 10% improvement. In the sixth chapter, the competitiveness of 17 Latin American countries is calculated using the results of the barriers to international trade through a new method based on the comparison of indicators, ranked by dimension and according to the weight thereof for a period of time. The last chapter focuses on the identification of the variables determining foreign direct investment in Latin America, represented by 29 countries and over a period of time from 1995 to 2011. It considers variables traditionally not considered such as the number of patents registered, the tax rate and institutional factors, which have revealed important explanatory variables as well as those traditionally considered such as GDP, inflation, population, the share of GDP by sector, income level, etc. The last part of this research lists the conclusions reached and proposes recommendations for economic relations policy development between Latin America and the European Union.
