Detached family house, Nový Malín

This bachelor´s thesis presents the design of a new house focussing on the project documentation for the building realization. The building is located in a slope terrain in the village Nový Malín. The house comprised of one storey and a basement is designed for a family of four. Foundation structures are realized with plain concrete continuous footing. Vertical supportive constructions are designed from lost formwork concrete panels and KM SENDWIX lime sandstone blocks insulated with contact thermal insulation system.Ceiling constructions are realized with supported reinforced concrete slabs. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with a slope of 22. The project documentation is processed with the help of the ArchCAD computer programme.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is a new family house in Uherský Brod, part of city Újezdec u Luhačovic. The family house is designed as a detached house and i tis located on slightly sloped ground on the outskirts of the village. The building is two-storeyed, with cellar and its part is a covered parking space for two cars. From the first floor is allowed to enter the wooden terrace. On the second floor, the terrace is created by retreat of this floor. The building is made of the PORFIX structural system, the roof is flat. The project documentation is processed in the Autocad graphic program.

The theme of this diploma thesis is a project of the polyfunctional building with offices and sportbar for business activities. The projected building should be located in the village Jemnice in the street ,, Budějovická“ It is a four-storey house with partial basement, which is situated on midly sloping land. The house is built of brick blocks POROTHERM. The ceilings of the house are made out of fundamentals roofs Miako. The partitions are combination of brick systems POROTHERM and Knauf plasterboard partitions. The roof is slant double-coating covering of systém Fatrafol – S810.
Detached house in Horní Lideč

The subject of this thesis is the process of building technical part of the design documentation for the realization of a newly-built single-family in the village Horní Lideč. The building is situated on a sloping plot. The house is designed as a two-storey house with basement. The basement is accessible by the south side of the finished grade. There is a garage, utility room and sanitary facilities with sauna. The main living area is divided into a social part on the first floor and the relaxation part on the second floor. This part is roofed with a mono-pitched roof at 5 with metal roofing. The part with the garage is roofed with walkable flat roof that serves as a terrace. The house is based on strips foudations. Vertical loadbearing structures above ground are made of Porotherm system, external walls of the basement are made of prefabricated concrete shuttering blocks. Horizontal structures are designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. Building is insulated. Part of the external wall finish are made of silicone plaster and part of it consists of ventilated facade with timber cladding.

The subject of presented thesis is preliminary design of a detached house with workshop, as a design documentation for future building construction. The building is located on sloping land in the village Litohrady and consists of a basement and one above ground floor. The workshop is located on the ground floor. Roofing is solved by warm flat roof construction with an inverted roof assembly. Vertical structure and horizontal load-bearing structures are made out of Ytong system, perimeter masonry of the basement floor is made out of concrete blocks of permanent formwork Best. Construction of the house is based on footings. The main entrance to the house is designed to be in the basement, workshop has its own separate entrance on the ground floor. In the basement there is a living area and utility room with double car garage. The ground floor of the house holds a private zone and workshop. Proposal for the house construction emphasizes the layout design, architectural and construction solutions to energy savings and safety in use.

The content of the master thesis is processing of design documentation for the newly-built detached building of guest house with wine cellar. The cappacity of guest's accommodation is 24 people. The house is placed on a sloping plot in the village of Žeravice (696 47). It is a two-floor building with partial basement. In the basement there are technical facilities, storage spaces and wine cellar. The structure is based on concrete strip foundations. Loadbearing masonry is from clay blocks. floor structure is from filigran panel, the roof is sadddle with a slope of 25°.
House on a Sloping Building Site

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to design a house on a sloping building site at a level of project documentation for the buidilng realization. The building object is located in the village of Velke Porici and designed for a family of four. The building has a basement with a one above-ground floor with a wall construction system of brick blocks. Foundation of the house is done on the strip foundations and the house is covered with a flat roof. Entry to the house is solved trough the above-ground floor where there is a rest area. In the basement spaces is a daily part of the house. The building project is completed in accordance with layout, architecture and structural design and safety in use.

The subject of bachelor‘s thesis is a new detached house with sauna in Rudoltice u Lanskrouna. The building is placed on a sloping land and has a partial basement and has two storey. Sauna is located in ground floor. The house is roofed by vegetation roof, roof with concrete pavement and pent roof with a slope of 10,0° plotted with a concrete roof tiles. The house is built on strip made of concrete. Horizontal supporting structures and vertical supporting structures in the overgound part of building are from Porotherm system. Vertical supporting structures in basement are from concrete permanent formwork. Outer walls are insulated. Part of outer walls is plastered with a silicone plaster, part is covered with wood paneling. The garage in basement is for one car.
