Treatment programs with drug addicted persons in Czech prisons
PŘIBYLOVÁ, Eliška
Drug addiction presents a problem that negatively influences the whole society. If the drug addicted person is imprisoned, it is important to solve this situation. There are various treatment programs that are performed in the drugless zones or specialized wards. Providing of substitution treatments and harm reduction programs is at the beginning in Czech prisons. The non-governmental organizations associated with Association of non-governmental organization in department of Drug service in prisons provide support and help too. Prison service of The Czech Republic makes efforts to eliminate drug abuse through anti-drug measures like drug monitoring. I devoted to treatment programs, anti-drug measures, service provided by non-governmental organizations and drug abuse in prisons in the first theoretical part of my work. In the second one, I described these issues more specifically through interview with specialists from prisons and non-governmental organization.

Healthy lifestyle - how to bring pupils of lower forms to it
KRÁLOVÁ, Kateřina
Health is one of the most important values of human life. This statement can be applied as on the health of an individual as on the health of the whole population. The view of an individual on the health and on its importance changes during the life. Concerning on the age group which I deal in this work with it is necessary to create and strengthen the relation to their own health and to healthy lifestyle. Nowadays, this topic is becoming important because the individual and the whole mankind is more and more endangered by different influences.

X-ray imaging methods in veterinary medicine
KRONUSOVÁ, Kateřina
In modern times, the X-ray examination already has a permanent position in veterinary medicine when diagnosing various diseases. It is possible to use it to obtain detailed information about the shape, size, boundary, placement and even the internal structure of different organs. In order to get the largest amount of diagnostic information possible it is necessary that the X-ray examination be properly directed and executed with technological perfection. The results, i.e. the X-ray images, must be systematically, thoroughly and objectively analyzed and correctly incorporated into the overall clinical diagnosis. That{\crq}s why each X-ray worker must have a good knowledge of both medicinal and physical chemistry. The introduction of this thesis is dedicated to the general principles of a veterinary X-ray imaging such as exposure parameters or the geometry of a picture. Of course, the necessary protection against ionising radiation is also mentioned in this section. The central part of my work is composed of a summary and description of projections used in veterinary examining labs and clinics. I have focused primarily on dog and cat projections as they are the animals most frequently examined in veterinary clinics. Besides native projections, a certain part of my work is dedicated to examinations using contrast mediums. Another part is dedicated to the X-ray examination of exotic and small animals such as reptiles and birds. Throughout the paper, I have tried to use pictures as much as possible because I consider their example to be necessary in order to correctly understand the making of the projections. Since my goal was also to find out and analyse the utilisation rate of X-ray imaging methods in veterinary offices and clinics within the territory of the capital city of Prague, in the other part of my work there is elaborated information which was obtained with the help of questionnaires from veterinary work places and also information which was given to me by the State Office for Nuclear Safety.

SMV-2013-27: Thermal radiation absorptivity for development of multilayer insulation for alternating electromagnetic fields
Králík, Tomáš ; Hanzelka, Pavel
Super insulations composed of many layers of metalized plastic foils are one of the ways of significant heat flow reduction to low temperature parts of the apparatus. The metal layer was modified to reduce heat generation by alternating electromagnetic fields (e.g. in superconducting motors, generators or transformers). The modifications of the metallisation always worsen the thermal radiative properties of the foils and it was needed to evaluate its influence. The absorptivity of thermal radiation was evaluated in the experimental study on two foils coated with metallic film divided in segments and on the foil coated with metallic particles dispersed in a binder.

Hemp (\kur{Cannabis sativa}) as an energy crop
BOUDOVÁ, Miroslava
One of the main problems of the living environment deterioration is combustion of fossil fuels. It is necessary that people should start using natural renewable resources instead of already abandoned fossil fuels. Energy plants belong those natural renewable resources. One of the energy plants is hemp (Canabis sativa). The advantage of this oil-fibre plant is the possibility of its general usage. The aim of this theses was to sum up the informations about the hemp as an energy plant. In the hemp biomass yield reaches very good results. The hemp is possible to combust as a whole plant or even as hurds or make pellets and briquettes from these materials for the following burning. The heating power of pellets and briquettes compares to the brown coal. The oil extracted from the hemp seeds is possible to use as a fuel in the case of engine conditioning or it can be used as a raw material for the biodiesel production. The other possibility of the hemp energy usage is the production of bioethanol. The appropriate technology for bioethanol production is in progress. According to the forein studies, hemp is suitable due to composition of the biomass for the biogas production. This usage is still in progress. In the Czech Republic there are not so many negligible biogas stations, but these stations use organic animal salvage for the production of the biogas rather than energy plants. In the Czech Republic, hemp is used as the energy plant only for combustionis in the form of pellets or briquettes.

Analysis of the warehousing services provided by DHL Company
Karlíková, Nikola ; Jirsák, Petr (advisor) ; Madar, Patrik (referee)
The aim of the Master thesis is to analyze the storage system of DHL Company demonstrated to a concrete warehouse from the whole company warehouse network and evaluate the situation both in terms of efficiency of the storage system, sophomore in terms of the degree of adaption to the customer requirements. To achieve this goal it is necessary to theoretically define the functions and types of warehouses and characterize the most often used warehouse equipment, handling equipment and logistics technologies. Based on the theoretical definition and collected inputs was analyzed warehouse space including all processes directly related to warehousing. The analysis provided conclusions concerning the specifics of this warehouse on which was made the judgment on pro-customer approach and its impact on the efficiency of the warehouse.
