SENIORS´DRINKABLE REGIME CONSIDERIN the PRODUCT ASSORTMENT and PARTICULAR SEASON
SVOBODOVÁ, Michala
This diploma work is aimed at the basic information about the importance of the drinkable regime especially at elderly people and at the topic of the drinkable regime at seniors in collective facilities in general. The theoretical part contents information about the process of human organism ageing and about the importance of the drinkable regime in senior age. It solves health consequences while the drinkable regime is not being kept sufficiently and it specifies the drinkable regime in senior age during hot and colder periods of the year. In particular chapters there are specified different kinds of water, their elements, particular parts of beverages and their pertinence for the senior population. The practical part analyses the results of the research that was performed by means of anonymous questionnaires in the facilities for seniors and in hospitals for patients under long-term treatment. These questionnaires are aimed at the frequency, amount and the assortment of the consumed beverages in particular periods of the year and it should reveal if the seniors are well informed about the drinkable regime in connection with their health condition. The research has proved that seniors are sufficiently informed about the principles of the drinkable regime but they are often limited by the financial situation or by the level of their self-support.

Fine ways of the enforcement of judgement for pecuniary claim amount
Kázsmérová, Adriana ; Kotoučová, Jiřina (advisor) ; Češková, Marie (referee)
This Bachelor's thesis describes the enforcement of judgement as an independent institute and compares it with the executory procedure. It is also dealing with the legal essentials of the enforcement of judgement as much as with the participation of foreign components. The main purpose of this thesis is to deepen the knowledge in the sphere of its chosen ways, that is order of court claim. From the point of view of the law this subject is really extensive. Consequently it is divided into individual chapters. Each of them analyses one type of order of court claim, which is different, depending on the object about which has to be decided. It also offers a clarification of nuisance and intangible claims and the procedure of replacement by the bailiff.

An Attempt to Compare Theoretical and Practical Patterns in Physical and Technical Praparation for High Jump.
Ryglová, Iveta ; Krátký, Petr (advisor) ; Kaplan, Aleš (referee)
The tittle of the work: An attempt to compare theoretical and practical patterns in physical and technical preparation for high jump Aims of the work: An attempt to characterize approaches of intentionally selected authors to the question of employment of various training means for physical and technical preparation and consequently, find out how specialized coaches solve this question in practice. Methods: ln order to obtain a sufficient amount of research data the Methods of Quantitative Research were used within the framework of the diploma thesis. Namely, it was the Metod of Documents and Physical Data and the Metod of Non-standardized Questionnaire. For the work with the graphs the Metod of Comparatize Analyses was used. The employment Method made it possible to obtain the data in a relatively short period of time. The individua! techniques were- for the purposes of easier understanding - described in detaile in the research part. Results: The attitudes of selected authors and specialized coaches were investigated in the diploma thesis by the Method of Quantitative Research, Method of Documents and Physical Data, Questionnaires and furtherrmore by the Method of Comparative Analyses. The results point out the difference (agreement) in the employment of imitation techniques in theory and in...

Consequences of the real estate tax amendment on the example of the particular municipality
Štefek, Michal ; Sedmihradská, Lucie (advisor) ; Sedmihradská, Lucie (referee)
The Bachelor thesis deals with the consequences of the real estate tax amendment for the Liběchov municipality, while using all the powers that municipalities have under this amendment. The first part of the thesis focuses on the funding of municipalities and individual forms of income to the municipality budget. It describes also the real estate tax, tax subject, tax exemption, tax base and the rates used. Special emphasis is put on the powers of municipalities and amendments adopted over the last two years. The second part deals with the real estate tax in the municipality Liběchov. It assesses the management of the municipality based on the information available and then analyzes the real estate tax in Liběchov itself. It explains the tax amount, as well as other possibilities under the current legislature to increase it. The final part describes the local coefficient, exemption and the impact of the amendment in terms of its effectiveness and fairness.

Luminescence spectroscopy of impurities in fast oxide scintillators
Kučerková, Romana ; Kučera, Miroslav (advisor) ; Mareš, Jiří A. (referee)
In the present work we studied the dependence on concentration gallium ion in single crystal LGAG: Pr a LuAG: Pr, prepared by ,,micro-pulling down,, method (-PD) at Tohoku University in Sendai, Japan. -PD method allows growing a single crystal using small amount of row material, typically less than 1 g, in time period of one day because of very high growth speed up to 20mm/min. Scintillation materials are necessary for a number of applications (e.g. medicine), in which high spatial resolution is required. The aim of this work was to measure luminescence and scintillation characteristics of the Pr3+ doped -PD grown Lu3Al5O12 single crystal host. The absorption, photo- and radioluminescence spectra and both photoluminescence and scintillation decay curves were measured. The photoluminescence decay curves was single-exponetial characterized by a lifetime around 17ns. Slow components were present in the scintillation decay curves. This is a consequence of retrapping of the charge carriers on electron traps connected with the anti-site defects, which are generally present in Czochralski od -PD grown aluminium garnets. On the other hand, they are completely supressed in the liquid-phase-epitaxy grown single crystalline films due to lower growth temperature. Excitation spectra of the 5d-4f luminescence completely...

Distribution patterns and habitat requirements of the species of the family Cobitidae in Slovakia
Pekárik, Ladislav ; Švátora, Miroslav (advisor) ; Ráb, Petr (referee) ; Matěna, Josef (referee)
Distribution patterns and major environmental correlations of the species of the family Cobitidae are presented here. All three species are still relativem widely distributed in Slovakia. Comparing with the past, no rapid ganges have been found. However, river regulation, pollution and the lowland amelioration affected the distribution of these species. Following the results of the occurrence of Balkan spined loach (Sabanejewia balcanica) within the mesohabitat scale, distance from source, slope, water depth and vegetation cover are the most influential variables in the proposed model. All these variables that contribute to our model explanation determine the stream morphology that affects the consequences of local temperature conditions and other abiotic factors as oxygen amount. Switching to microhabitat spatial scale, several microhabitat variables significantly influence the spatial distribution of analysed species. Depth more than 40 cm, refuges stones and point near bank (<15% of river width) are the most influential ones supplemented with substratum sand, substratum cobbles, substratum boulders, no refuges, refuges woody, depth 0-10 cm and maximum velocity none. Balkan spined loach occurs in the microhabitats occupied also by young-of-the-year (YOY) individuals and common minnow (Phoxinus...

Effects of diet and feeding behaviour on nestlings quality in House Sparrow (Passer domesticus)
Lusková, Miroslava ; Klvaňová, Alena (advisor) ; Šálek, Miroslav (referee)
This study focused on analysing the diet composition of nestlings of different age during two breeding seasons in rural environment of agricultural farm near Veselí nad Lužnicí, South Bohemia. Feeding behaviour and habitat selection by parents was also monitored. Population decline of the species as a consequence of low invertebrates rate in nestlings diet and disappearing of important habitats are discussed. Most of studies on feeding behaviour in the Czech Republic focused only on feeding frequency. Two commonly used methods for diet determination, neck- collars and faecal analysis, were compared. The feeding frequency of male and female were also determined. Coleoptera (Scarebeidae) were the most often determined group in samples of feacals, while Diptera (Tipulidae) were the most often determined group in samples from ligatures. The differences between diet of younger and older nestling were assessed. While diet of young nestlings contained Diptera, Coleoptera dominated in diet of older nestlings. The vegetable food, mainly seeds of Poaceae, dominated in diet of older nestlings. Amount of food increased along age gradient (samples of older nestlings were heavier). Different effect of animal proportion in the nestling diet was determined. Increase in animal proportion in the dietof young nestlings caused...

Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism treatment during pregnancy and their consequences for the human foetus development.
Šípová, Drahoslava ; Peterka, Miroslav (advisor) ; Peterková, Renata (referee)
Hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and the autoimmune thyroid diseases are the basic disorders the diseases affecting the thyroid gland can be divided into. The causes of the thyroid disorders are assigned to the genetic background, environmental factors and too high or too low iodine intake. Various forms of thyroid disorders are very common among the large number of world population, more often seen among women compared to men, scale approximately 4:1. The attention is more paid to women because of their bigger predisposition to the thyroid diseases but also because of the persistance or new occurence of the diseases during the pregnancy. If the diagnosis is not retain early and no adequate treating follows, the proceeding disease will mainly in the first trimester negatively affect the developing baby. There are relatively big amount of the miscarriages, premature deliveries, stillbirths and babies with various degrees of somatic and intelectuall inflictions appearing. Within the frame of the treatment, in the case of thyroid hypofunction with levothyroxine and in the case of thyroid hyperfunction with propylthiouracile, carbimazole and methimazole, the smoothing of the thyroid disorders signs happens. After the delivery there is a risk of neonatal congenital disorders, whose cause is assigned to...

MEDIA INFLUENCE ON PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN´S
DAŇKOVÁ, Ludmila
This baccalaureate work {\clqq}Influences of Media on children{\crq}s behaviour of pre-school age`` treats the role and meaning of Media in the process of upbringing and education of preschool aged children. In this work, it is partly referred to possible negative effects of Media rising on children especially in consequence of showing violence, partly to unfavourable impacts rising in consequence of spending ewcessive amount of time in front of a television or other Media at the expense of other useful activities. The change in behaviour and behaviour of a boy is outlined in case studies. He is influenced by frequent playing computer games that are thematicly unsuitable to his age. At the same time, this features possibilities as how to prevent these negative influences.

Peter Singer's ethics as a challenge to traditional morality
Šestáková, Kateřina ; Čapek, Jakub (referee) ; Dvořák, Petr (advisor)
This essay chietly discusses the most controversial consequences of Peter Singer's preference utilitarianism in these three areas: 1) Singer's critique of human attitude towards animals and his demand of vegetarianism; 2) Singer' s rejection of sanctity of life ethics and his advocacy of abortion, infanticide and eutanasia; 3) Singer's conviction that we have a moral obligation to help financially poor people in third world countries to such an extent that giving more would cause us comparable amount of suffering as that we are trying to reduce. I also attempt to summarize main arguments of Singer' s critics. In my own criticism I tend to be quite generous to Singer and attack his opinions from within in most cases. I do my best to share not only my own arguments and examples, but also my personal experience and emotions, because this topic deserves nothing less in my opinion.
