SMV-2012-08: Research and development of vacuum feedthroughs for aerospace industry using glass seal technology

The subject of the project was research and development of several types of electric vacuum feedthrough. The outcome of the project were layout designs of the feedthrough and the technology to produce glass seals, resulting in realization of test series. These produced feedthroughs were successfully tested. The project was characteristic by the need to modify some technological steps to get the feedthroughs with requested parameters.

E-Commerce

Diploma thesis "E-commerce" aimed to create a suitable solution for marketing mix of the e-shop Levneelektro.cz. Based on performed analyzes I concluded that improvement of a communication with customers is very important for company ELEKTRA PV. I found that a crucial step for maintenance of competitiveness is the foundation of a loyalty program which is responsible for keeping customer loyalty. I have designed two different solutions of the loyalty program that are appropriate for the company.

System effectiveness evaluation of employees in the company

The target is to evaluate the effectiveness of employee evaluation in selected company and its link to the reward system. Effectiveness was assessed through a questionnaire survey, which was conducted in the department of preparation of production and quality inspection department. The investigation is due to employees meets the evaluation itself. They are happy with it and find it fair. Certain problems arise in its clarity. On the other hand, many respondents are not completely satisfied with the connection to the evaluation system of remuneration. Based on these findings, three proposals were proposed changes. The first is an increase in relation to wages, which would place the future fee increases at the time wages increased amount of personal evaluation. The second change is the introduction of benefits, collectively awarded according to performance lines. The last change is the introduction of in-house manual payroll calculation.

Návrh zlepšení systému poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých výhod ve vybraných finančních institucích

This diploma thesis, deals with a question of an employee benefits, in a selected institution of the financial sector. The theoretical part contains basic definitions related to human resources and management. Definition of employee benefits, characteristics of employee benefits and classification of employee benefits. This information is taken from professional works from Czech and foreign authors that are listed in bibliography. The main part is focused on specific companies. There is a description of each company, number of employees, and information about employee benefits, which are provided by the company. At the end of this chapter there are questionnaires that were sent out to employees of financial institutions. There are also some proposals, to improve the system of employee benefits, which are also included.

Koncepce zvyšování kvalifikace pracovníků silniční přepravy

Diplomová práce je z oblasti silniční přepravy nebezpečných látek a věcí a zabývá se koncepcí zvyšování kvalifikace pracovníků silniční přepravy s aplikací na vybranou dopravní firmu. Teoretická část obsahuje východiska Dohody ADR, praktická část aplikaci na firmu Petschl Transporte (Česko) s.r.o. a analýzu koncepce zvyšování kvalifikace pracovníků, podílejících se na tomto druhu přepravy v dané firmě. Součástí práce jsou i návrhy na opatření.

Victim in criminal proceedings and his/her protection

The aim of my Bachelor´s Degrese dissertation is to clarify the notion of the offended party in criminal proceedings, to summarise its process rights and to point out some facts related to int and to propose supplements or amendments to the legal regulativ in order to strengthen the offended party´s position. The introductory part of the work defines the term sof criminal proceedings, subjects, the parties in the proceedings and the offended party. The following section of the work deals with the offended party being represented by the solicitor and details the institute of joint solicitor. I devote a separate section to the victim of a crime act and his or her compensation as per the current legal regulation. The main part of the work deals with the offended party´s process rights in the criminal proceedings and divides them into rights pertaining to all offended parties and to the rights pertaining to those offended parties who are entitled to claim compensation for damage. I also focus on the institute of criminal prosecution with the offended party´s consent. The concluding section of the theoretical part deals with hne adhesion proceedings. The following part of the work presents my research whose purpose was to find whether the offended parties´ rights are sufficiently described in the legal order. I selected a qualitative research method, namely semi-structured interview. I asked selected experts six questions aubot the offended parties´process rights and thein application in practice. The conclusion of this part contains my proposals for modifications or amendments of certain process rights, which, as I believe, are missing in the current legal regulation. The work also features appendices: speciments of forms which bodls active in the criminal proceedings use in thein everyday practice.

The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the human resources and personnel work in the area of personnel marketing, which is followed by proposals for changes and recommendations to improve the management of this area in a particular organization. The work focuses mainly on attracting workers, remuneration, employee benefits, training, development, and their retirement. South Bohemian Regional Authority was chosen as the analyzed object for my thesis titled Personal marketing.

The concept of total compensation in the selected manufacturing company

The main aim of this thesis is to consider of utilisation of concept of total compensation in selected manufacturing company. The conclusion should recommend proposals to improve efficiency of employees reward based on the result of analysis. It was used questionnaire survey in the chosen department of firm to reach the aim. The analysis has found weaknesses in all quadrants of concept of total compensation. The main weaknesses were found in quadrant I - cash rewards and in quadrant III - training and development, but not the other two quadrants aren´t without problems. Based on the result of analysis were proposed recommendations for every individual quadrant.

Educational programme about horses for horse rider

Javorská, J. 2014: Educational programme about horses for horse riders. Bachelor thesis. Faculty of Education, JU, České Budějovice, 62 p. The educational programme "How to understand horses and how to make horses understand you" is an opportunity to apply essential knowledge of ethology and evolution of the horses in the riding club environment. This bachelor thesis concerns formation an educational programme to enable riders to understand the basic aspects of the evolution and ethology of horses. Its theoretical part works out an overview from the fields of evolution, domestication and ethology of the horses and the problems which are responsible for the prevailing current method of hobby and sport horse breeding. Its practical part contains a description of a proposed all-day education programme, which includes the above mentioned topics placing emphasis on acquired knowledge into practice at the riding club. The programme is in the form of an education project in which the participants become scientists for a whole day at the conference of ethology of horse. A set of worksheets has been created for the programme. The outcome of this work is an implemented educational programme. Its discourse part contains proposals for further improvement of the programme, which followed the pilot project.

Práce podává přehled o činnosti zastupitelstva obce na praktickém příkladu obce Baška. Srovnává teoretické předpoklady fungování zastupitelstva obce s jejich praktickým naplňováním. V práci jsou analyzovány volby do obecního zastupitelstva, které proběhly po roce 1994 až po volby, které vedly ke vzniku současného zastupitelstva. Dále je zde analyzována činnost zastupitelstva a jednotlivá práva a povinnosti jeho členů. Je zde také zkoumána činnost výborů zastupitelstva obce. V analytické části práce je zkoumán rozpočtový proces. V závěru práce jsou podány kritické postřehy k činnosti zastupitelstva obce a návrhy řešení.
