Krbec, Jan ; Pelc, Bogdan (advisor) ; Brož, Prokop (referee)
PSEUDO-RELIGIOUS ELEMENTS IN DICTATORSHIP SYSTEMS. EXAMPLE OF TURKMENISTAN Bachleor dissertation The objective of the dissertation in catholic fundamental theology is to provide an empirically supported theological analysis of elements reminding religion and its acts in official actions of modern dictatorship systems. The paper is supported by the authority of expert works at modern dictatorships, the philosophers Hannah Arendt, Eric Voegelin, Raymond Aron and the politologist Hans Maier. It provides a summary of substantial elements in the dictatorship of French Revolution and in atheistic totalitarian régimes of bolshevism, fascism and nazism. In part, the paper makes efforts to extend the matter from positions of theology of evidence. Based on tomistic concept of religion, it characterizes pseudo-religious elements as practices of sourcing external forms from religious acts in the secular dimension, however without their intrinsic content. The paper sees their possible roots in cultural heritage, in limitations of adequate human resources for expression of the highest values and in abusing such acts as effective tools of human manipulation. The mentioned systemisation is applied to the example dictatorship of the 21st century in today's Turkmenistan, concretely to relevant questions regarding the...

Employee motivation and stimulation in the specific organization
ŠLAPÁKOVÁ, Milena
The main aim of this work was to define the basic approaches of motivation and stimulation of employees in the specific organization with a focus on rewarding system. Further assess its efficiency and effectiveness and to propose recommendations and changes that would lead to the improvement of that system. To obtain the necessary information the questionary research in the company was used and completed by interviews with employees. The research revealed dissatisfaction of employees with the amount of their wages. This dissatisfaction could be caused by a lack of wage formation information. From the research results, there is suggested that the company's management should familiarize the staff in detail with the system of remuneration not only immediately after establishing a working relationship but also during the time it lasts. The employees are satisfied with financial and nonfinancial benefits and they made them feel motivated for better job performance. The incentive system should operate primarily on communication between the superiors and the subordinates. Employees usually get the feedback from their superiors, but mostly in the form of criticism. The executives were informed of this fact and they should realize the importance of giving also the positive feedback and start to use it. On this topic there are many courses and training, in which the company should not be afraid to invest. The company should keep the motivation system updated so that employees could feel it and were constantly motivated. That is why the anonymous questionary was created, to find out on what level of satisfaction are the employees and what could be done for it.

Thesis deals with motivation potential of work in a selected organisation, identification of presence of job characteristics according to Hackman and Oldham Job Characteristics Model, their perception of intensity and importace for employee. Furthermore proposing improvements of job characteristics and enrichment of employees' job. Another goal is to find satisfaction with current motivation program and in case of deficiencies to propose changes. Data were obtained by using questionary, this data were processing by descriptive statistics. Education of a midwife on the use of contraceptive methods in women after childbirth.
FALÁŘOVÁ, Eva
At present, family planning and availability of contraception have become a part of life. Therefore midwives need to be educated in this area to be able to provide mothers after childbirth with quality information concerning this issue within nursing care. The main aim of this thesis was to identify the quality of midwives´ education regarding contraception after childbirth and to find out how midwives orient themselves in contraceptive methods that may be used in confinement and breastfeeding periods. Another objective was to determine whether mothers after childbirth are well informed about the choice of appropriate contraceptives, and whether a midwife has an important role in educating mothers about contraception after childbirth. Research questions and hypotheses to meet the aims were stated. To carry out this survey a qualitative research with the combination of a quantitative research was conducted. The qualitative research was carried out by an interview technique. Interviews were conducted with midwives in the department of gynecology and obstetrics in Strakonice hospital, Inc., with midwives from consulting rooms of gynecologists in Vodňany, Vimperk and České Budějovice and midwives providing field care in Strakonice, Tábor and Písek areas. The survey was conducted in March and April 2011. The quantitative research study was carried out in consulting rooms of gynecologists in Strakonice, Vodňany and České Budějovice. To find the answers the technique of an anonymous questionnaire with 30 questions was used. Respondents were women after childbirth coming to consulting rooms of gynecologists for a check up after the confinement period. The total number of respondents was 121 (100%). The survey was conducted in March and April 2011. The stated aims of the thesis were met. The qualitative research has shown that midwives orient themselves in methods of contraception. They apply this knowledge only when they see interest in mothers. Based on the quantitative research it is possible to set up two hypotheses. Hypothesis 1, which was confirmed: Mothers after childbirth are educated to take an appropriate choice of contraception after childbirth. Hypothesis 2, that was not confirmed: According to the interviewed mothers, a midwife does not have an important role in education on the selection of appropriate contraception after childbirth. In spite of the fact that education on family planning and contraception is a matter of midwives´ job, midwives do not have an important role in education concerning this issue. Key information is provided by a doctor. Therefore, based on findings and results of the research, an educational plan and educational standards for education of midwives in primary care were made up.
