Interaction of Space
Křivák, Petr ; Písaříková, Jana (referee) ; Gabriel, Michal (advisor)
The main objective of this thesis is the relationship of space and sculpture and pursuit of a single expression using 3D digital sculpting
The Use of Additive Technology for Manufacturing Components of the Sample
Vrbická, Eliška ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Thesis deals with the use of additive manufacturing technologies for the production of sample components. These are mainly using method Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). The production was used to 3D printer for based on this principle. Manufactured subject has own design of pendant, this pendant has shape of blooming flower with leaf. The model was created in SolidWokrs 2013. This model is further elaborated in the program CatalystEX. Thus originated data for the printer Dimension uPrint. Once printing is complete and upon dissolution the of aid were removed imperfections printing. Thus-to-terminated object can be used as a garnish.
Production of designed quadracopter using rapid prototyping
Melša, Jan ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
Design and manufacturing of a quadrocopter prototype using the Rapid Prototyping additive technology – the Fused Deposition Modeling method – is the goal of this Bachelor’s Thesis. The Thesis describes the process the prototype has to go through from the 3D computer model, through production settings down to the production itself. The individual prototype models have been created using the Creo Parametric software and they are adapted to the real components of a functional quadrocopter. The Thesis ends with a technical-economic assessment.
3D printers
Göbel, Lukáš ; Synek, Miloš (referee) ; Pavlík, Josef (advisor)
Bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the general use of 3D printers in the industry, describes the pre-processing and post-processing operations and used materials. The second part is concentrated on the construction solution and describes each principle of the 3D printing machines, including their advantages, disadvantages and applications. Also some selected common printing technologies are mentioned with examples of their parameters and used materials.
Recyclation of thermoplastics for FDM 3D printing
Žmolík, Ondřej ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The work deals with the recycling of thermoplastics designed for 3D printing method fused deposition modeling. Performance of their basic characteristics and ways to recycle these materials. Then I present the recycling machines and their technical-economic evaluation of the production of recycled filament.
Production of charging dock on FDM printer
Válek, Lukáš ; Kolář, Ladislav (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The essence of this bachelor’s thesis is describe production of charging dock on FDM printer. The thesis virtually describes the whole process of manufacturing, from its 3D computer design, and setting up its production according to an applicable software, to its actual production. The thesis concludes with an economic evaluation and properties of the production process.
Production of herringbone gears on FDM 3D printer
Čada, Jiří ; Fiala, Zdeněk (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deal with an issue of manufacturing herringbone gears by Fused Deposition Modeling method. It focuses on manufacture of the gear by using FDM printing and compares it with using conventional methods from technological and economic perspectives. The gears are designed and modeled with respect to the abilities of FDM printer depending on the preservation of the components small size.
Production of working replacement part on FDM printer
Frélich, Tomáš ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis is looking into the production of a part of a cover for ignitron of motorcycle Honda CR500R. In consideration of the required function and the attributes of the desired part an aditive technology called Rapid Prototyping (hereinafter referred to as „RP“) – method FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) was chosen. The first part of this thesis defines summary of methods RP and materials usable for these operations. The second part is focused around a design for the 3D model in a program called Autodesk Inventor 2013, the production itself, evaluation of the technology level of the construction and a techno-economic evaluation of the costs.
Reprap, 3D FDM printer
Minařík, Miroslav ; Madaj, Martin (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
The essence of this bachelor’s thesis is describe RepRap, 3D FDM printer. First, the work is focused on presentation some posibilities of rapid prototyping and explain basic mechanics of FDM technology. In the second part, several types of RepRap printers are described and use 3D printer in practice.
Production of replacement cogwheel using RP methods
Světlík, David ; Pekárková, Eva (referee) ; Zemčík, Oskar (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with problems of spare cogwheel production using Fused Deposition Modeling technology, compares produced part by FDM technology with part produced by conventional technologies and economical comparison of those technologies. Model, which is made using Autodesk Inventor, is created according to real gearbox of electric whisk. Spare cogwheel was printed in printer of REPRAP standard.
