Programming CNC machines with digital control system Fanuc.
Tkáčová, Alena ; Sedlák, Josef (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
The theme of this bachelor thesis focuses on the CNC-programming, which is currently used in many branches of the machine industry. The theme is elaborated and divided into well-arranged chapters. The first part deals with the development of the control system of cutting machines, beginning with the hard automatization and ending with the computer-controlled cutting machines. In the second part there is described the general control system Fanuc including the machine description. The third part contains the application of the real cutting procedure - with the NC program for turning and milling of the sample component in a certain company.

Solution technology of two groove guide pulley production.
Pokladník, Robert ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Kalivoda, Milan (advisor)
Technology compiling two groove pulley making for two types of billets. As a billets is used in both cases a cast iron EN-GJL-250. The technological process solves production of both variants from designing the billets to trans-mission to the storeroom. The production is realized through cutting operation by CNC machines. The tools are selected with cutting tip. Finaly both variants are compared from economical perspective.

Machining with a focus on tools and technologies for turning
VONDRÁŠEK, Michal
This bachelor thesis is focused on cutting operation, particularly on turning and about the appropriateness of the used tools. The first part of the thesis is focused on the importance of cutting operation in a broader context and in relation to economy. The definitions and basic concepts of the cutting operation are described in the second part. The thesis is mainly focused on tools for turning, materials which the tools are made of and on the appropriateness of their use for different types of procedures and machined materials. The whole text is didactically conceived to be usable in teaching.

Theory of metal machining in 3D applications created with software SolidWorks
BULÁNEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis addresses the issues associated with the theory of chip machining of metals. The theories are supported in many chapters by illustrative images created in the SolidWorks 3D modeler. The introductory part is rather theoretical, describing integrally and systematically the basic terms of splinter machining. The subsequent chapters address the issues of the turning tool edge geometry, different types of tools? materials, chip development, forces, work, temperatures and heat emitted during the work. Furthermore, the diploma thesis also addressed issues related to the machining efficiency. Finally, the conclusion of the thesis consists of a description of the basic types of milling and turn machining
