The Case Study of a Patient after Osteoporotic Vertebral Fractures
Bärtlová, Alžběta ; Malá, Jitka (advisor) ; Jarošová, Hana (referee)
Title of bachelor's thesis: The Case Study of a Patient after Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures Summary: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a brief description of the anatomic structure, the function, the kinesiology and the biomechanics of the spine. Furthermore it deals with the issue of the osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and the surgical and conservative treatment as well as the contemporary methods of the physiotherapy. The practical part is a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis. The aims and the methods of the physiotherapy were set on the basis of this analysis results. The bachelor's thesis provides a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis, and a therapy efficiency evaluation. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the case study of a 65 years old patient with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. The therapy efficiency evaluation shows the improvement of the patient's health condition. The pain reduction of the patient might be considered as a significant achievement. Key words: osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture, case report, physiotherapy

Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with Psoriatic Arthritis after Total hip arthroplasty
Enstad, Christian ; Maršáková, Kateřina (advisor) ; Jarošová, Hana (referee)
Title: EN: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with Psoriatic Arthritis after Total hip arthroplasty. CZ: Případová studie fyzioterapie léčby pacienta s psoriatické artritidy po totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu. Thesis aim: In this thesis I will aim to discuss the rehabilitation after a total hip arthroplasty in a patient with psoriatic arthritis. The thesis is divided into two parts, one theoretical where the aim will be to explain some of the current research concerning psoriatic arthritis and total hip replacement. It will be focused on the anatomical, bio-mechanical and kinesiological properties of the lower extremities as well as the surgical procedure of total hip arthroplasty and following rehabilitation. I will also briefly look at the epidemiology and etiology of psoriatic arthritis and associated symptoms. The second part will focus on a 67 year old woman with the mentioned diagnosis in the post-operative state 2 weeks after surgery. The practical part aim to describe examination, therapeutical approach and conclusions after one week of examination and therapy. 4

Análisis de los efectos dinámicos que actúan sobre los cambiaviás férreos
Vukušičová, Daniela ; Tomandl, Vladimír (referee) ; Smutný, Jaroslav (advisor)
This thesis is focused on measurement and analysis of dynamic effects on railway turnouts. Two same-type turnouts with different fastening elasticity were chosen. My attention was focused mainly on the crossing part of the turnout, where the highest dynamic impacts occur. The point of the thesis is comparison of the crossing part of turnouts in term of dynamic behaviour and assessment of influence of soft rail pads on spread of dynamic energy through the construction. A part of the thesis is choice of methodology of the measurement and proposal of convenient mathematical apparatus for analysing of the dynamic effects on crossings.

Study of Hydration Process of Anhydrite Binders
Verner, Filip ; Vavrušková,, Lenka (referee) ; Gazdič, Dominik (advisor)
The presented work deals with the study of hydration processes anhydrite binders with external exciters. Work is divided into two parts. Conceptually is this work divided into two parts The theoretical part of study contains general theory of gypsum binders, anhydrite binders and research at the institude THD. In the experimental part deals with proposal of recipes, making of samples and subsequent determination of main technological tests and monitoring hydration process by the XRD and DTA analysis.

An alternative method of determining the value of the coefficient k6 for valuation of buildings
Kubečka, Karel ; Kubečková, Darja ; Vlček, Pavel
One of the methods that are currently used to determine the estimated value of the forensic expert in the real estate industry (focusing on the economy, real estate prices and estimates), the comparative method. In this method applies, inter alia, the coefficient K6, which reduces or increases the estimated final price determined by expert opinion. Determination of the coefficient K6 is implemented as an expert professional estimate. This price adjustment has its upper and lower limit and is dependent on external factors. The authors provide an alternative method of determining this coefficient method that can significantly eliminate subjective perception and help determine the value of this coefficient. To determine the method was applied risk analysis and SWOT analysis.

Detection of characteristic facial features in tele-X-ray image
Hruška, Martin ; Přinosil, Jiří (referee) ; Mišurec, Jiří (advisor)
Description cephalometric images and the characteristic points on the skull for cephalometric analysis. Theoretical analysis of digital image editing and image before the actual detection. The range of possible methods for determining the characteristic points on the face. Experimental verification of edge detectors, Hu moments with neural networks and Haar wavelets with Viola-Jones detector.

Diagnostics of flooring failures and defects in the housing and civic construction
Vrtal, Roman ; Žítt, Petr (referee) ; Schmid, Pavel (advisor)
The object of the thesis is a description of preparation process, realization and subsequent treatment of floors based on calcium sulphate, including problems related to the issue. The aim of the work is to closely acquaint the reader with methods used in diagnostics of flooring failures and defects in the housing and civic construction, including practical applications of these methods on real structures. The work also includes experimental analysis of a real floor construction during local load effect.

Experimental heat flux declaration through soil or artifikal substrate using HFP01-SC sensor
VÁŇA, Jan
The aim of this thesis is to describe a method of measuring the heat flow through the substratum or soil with self-calibrating heat flux sensor HFP-01SC (Hukseflux, The Netherlands) and to confirm the appropriateness of its use. In addition, this paper should be a manual for applications using this sesnor. Submitted work should be a contribution to disciplines dealing with measurement of heat flow through the substratum or soil.

The influence of acute and chronic application of olanzapine on brain perfusion in rat
Dražanová, Eva ; Rudá-Kučerová, J. ; Krátká, Lucie ; Horská, K. ; Kotolová, H. ; Štark, T. ; Babinská, Z. ; Micale, V. ; Starčuk jr., Zenon
Olanzapine belongs to the first choice drug in treatment of schizophrenia. We focused on blood perfusion changes inducted by acute and chronic application of olanzapine in healthy animals and MAM altered animals. We detectet significant lower perfusion of cerebral cortex in acute and chronic olanzapine treated animals. We susspect that it could be due to altered neurotransmiter regulation caused by olanzapine.

Using electromagnetic indicators from surveys of reinforced concrete structures
Tkadleček, Petr ; Vítek, Lubomír (referee) ; Cikrle, Petr (advisor)
The diploma thesis describes non-destructive methods for diagnostics of reinforcement. It is focused on the method of electromagnetic indicators. In the first part the methods are described and compared. The profometer PM-630 is also described. The second part describes experimental measurements with profometer on reinforced concrete structures. The results are described and interpreted. The effects, which have influence on measurement, are described. The recommendations for practical measurement with profometer are described. The experimental models were created for calibration of profometer. The part of this thesis is also the determination of load bearing capacity of reinforced concrete bridge in Nosislav.
