The target of this graduation thesis was to specify new views and requirements which effect on managers´ personalities´ formation and development in present HR management. For necessary information acquisition 6O managers completed a questionnaire which was about manager`s personality development. Managers and employees in monitored companies generally know (or subconsciously anticipate) how the superior HR management in nowaday trends should be proceeded and how it should look like. key-managers know about the need of superior personal work and the question is when this range becomes the same preference as economics or production

Factors affecting prosperity of a middle company

This thesis analyzes the factors that affect the prosperity of SMEs. In the theoretical part, these factors are divided into four basic areas of business management - management, marketing, human resources management, financial management. There is a description of methods and approaches, whose application allows to find the correct causes of the current or past situation of the company. In the practical part, these methods are applied to a purely manufacturing company KRC SRO & CO, k.s., which has a relatively short history, but great potential. The company is part of a multinational group of companies whose business is the production of electrical components and specialization is production cemented and enamelled resistors. The objective of this work is to analyze the company according to these criterias and make a list of recommendations and possible strategies to improve the current situation.
The quality of the offered services, human resources management and corporate culture in tourism

This thesis is about human resources management and corporate culture in the restaurant {\clq}qZlatý jelen`` in Horažďovice. The main aim of this thesis was to deal with some aspects of human resources management and corporate culture that influence the quality of the offered services in specific conditions of a small firm. For closer investigation of these issues I used two structured questionnaires and the test of colourfully semantic differential (TBSD). I suggested some provisions for the future in the closing part of this thesis. I hope my suggestions will help increase the quality of the services, the standard of human resources management and corporate culture in this restaurant.
Care of employees in the company Roctech, Ltd.

This Master's thesis is focused on care of employees in the company Rocktech, Ltd. The aim of my study was to find out whether the care of emplyees in this company is sufficient or not. For the identified deficiencies there have been proposed optimal solution. The level of care of employees in this company was assessed by survey, concretely by questionnaire and interviews with employees. At the end of the study the evaluation of the results was done as well as the proposal of recommandations to improve the actual situation.
HR outsourcing as a new tool of strategic human resources management

The dissertation thesis investigates the most up-to-date subject matter of contemporary business life, both internationally and locally -- Human Resources outsourcing, which appears to have become a new strategic tool for Human Resources Management. The concept means the strategically motivated external execution of some or all HR processes, which would otherwise be performed by internal staff, along with the assignment of the responsibility for those processes to external providers. Effective outsourcing initiatives have the potential to bring about significant benefits for the company, both operational and strategic. The dissertation thesis introduces a comprehensive and objective analysis of the global HR outsourcing model, including its microeconomic implications, the history of outsourcing, its evolution, benefits and possible risks, its different types of delivery models, suppliers'analysis and supply models, the cost aspects, the principles of effective management of the outsourcing project or the relationships of outsourcing with information and communication technologies. Another part of the thesis focuses on the phenomenon of offshoring, which represents one possible way outsourcing can be executed. Employees' outsourcing, its cost efficiency, legislation framework and private agencies' industry impact on the labour market is a subject of another part of the thesis. The consequent section includes empirical research executed with the aim to investigate the principles, models, scope and trends of HR outsourcing activities in the Czech republic. The results of the research are compared with scientific hypotheses that are based on the knowledge of the HR outsourcing global model which results in defining a local model of HR outsourcing. The concluding part of the dissertation thesis summarizes both the theoretical knowledge and practical findings and formulates a number of recommendations and advise for company top management about how to implement effectively HR outsourcing in the company or how to improve its quality if already implemented.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyse aplication of the Performance Management Process theory in Siemens company. In the previous theoretical part are introduced the main aims of the whole concept, as well as the particular parts of the Performance management process- defining the performer's role, enclosing the performer's contract, managing the performance process, final evaluation of the performance. Performance Management Process is a concept, which aim is to connect horizontally and vertically personnel activities with the company's strategy. Performance management process is based on a permanent improvement of the performances through educating and developing. This process also changes role of the manager- he should not be a bossy director anymore. From now he is a partner.
Diversity Management

The Bachelor`s Thesis is concerned with Diversity Management and its implementation in companies situated in the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to at least partially answer the question, whether diversity of employees is managed in the Czech Republic, or not. Situation in companies had been monitored by personal dialogues with managers, personal observation and internet research. The findings based on this research are that neither of the chosen companies fully implemented Diversity Management and is successfully managing diversity of their employees.
Analysis of the small company´s personal work

This work deals with human resources management in small companies. In its theoretical part there are first clarified specifics of small companies' management and then there are described personal processes and work that should be done in small organisations in detail. The aim of the first part of the thesis is to make a theoretical framework for the second -- practical part. In the second part small enterprise is presented and personal work which is done in it is described. The goal of the analytical part and the result at the same time is an analysis of these processes and also recommendations that would, in case of application, lead to an improvement of the company's human resources management system and implicitly to higher competitiveness in a particular branch.
Human resources management in a small business

This thesis focuses on the topic of human resources management in a small business. The goal of the thesis is to analyze human resources management in a small business PAT, show their strengths and weaknesses and eventually suggest some corrective steps. In the theoretical part after the terms human resources management and small business are defined, the differences between human resources management in a small and in a large business are described as well as individual human resources activities and their specifics in a small business. In the practical part of the thesis the concept of human resources management and of human resources activities of the chosen business PAT is analyzed. The thesis is based on scientific literature, company documentation, interviews with the employees and personal experience of the author.
