The aim of this work is to analyze the financial situation of the company and propose options for improving the financial situation. The first part of work is contains basic information about the company Kverneland Group Czech, s. r. o., the second part focuses on theoretical analysis. In the third part is the company analyzed mainly by using financial analysis. Last part contains recommendations for improving the economic and financial situation.

Financial analysis of the Traditional brewery in Rakovník, a.s.

This bachelor thesis deals with the financial analysis of the Traditional brewery in Rakovník, joint-stock company. It is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part will explain what the financial analysis means, its purpose, users and resources. I will establish to a description of how the financial analysis of the company should take place. In the practical part I characterize Traditional brewery in Rakovník, describe developments in the beer market in the Czech Republic and practically apply what I explain in the theory. Finally, I find out the strengths and weaknesses of the company, whether it is financially healthy and recommend improvements.
