This diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of a project documentation of medical center in city Hlinsko. New building is situated in the northern part of the city in the area determined for constructions of public infrastructure. It´s a four-floor object with partial basement and slant mansard and flat vegetative roof.Object is based on foundation strips and footings made from reinforced concrete.The bearing and internal walls are designed from KALKSANDSTEIN lime sand blocks.The beams and collums are used in the placed designed with open disposition.The ceiling in 1.PP is designed as reinforced concrete for securing fire safety.The rest od ceiling constructions is designed from prestressed concrete panels SPIROLL,with exception in 4.NP,where the ceiling constructions are made from solid roof system YTONG KOMFORT,which is layed on frame system made of steel and reinforced concrete.The peripheral walls of 1.PP are made from lost formwork, which is insulated with extruded polystyrene.The walls in floors above ground are insulated with combination of external thermal insulation system (ETICS) and ventilated facade with CEMBRIT SOLID and PATINA facade cladding panels. The building is functionally divided into several part.Cafe, pharmacy, ambulance and medical center, each with it´s own entrance.Pharmacy is equipped with shop, medicine mixer and storage.Ambulance is equipped with garage slots, background for employees, room of crisis preparedness and operating center.Medical centrum is equipped with emergency, RTG, operating theater, rehabilitations and other types of examination rooms.Each examination room is equipped with waiting room.For more comfort the center has a background for employees.The whole object is designed with forced air exchange. Designed object is barrier-free.In front of the building is situated parking slots for cars, motorbikes and ambulances.Total number of slots is 74 places, which 5 is designed for disabled people.

The diploma thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a motel with restaurant designed for 50 guests. The plot is located in Troubsko. The motel is divided into three separate buildings. In the main building is reception, restaurant with kitchen and offices. The building has ground floor and underground floor. The accommodation is divided into two one-storey buildings. The buildings are formed by separate units with 4 or 2 rooms which are connected by one roof. All buildings are designed with flat green roof. There is parking lot for public and restaurant guests, for accommodated guests ans private parking for employees and supply is solved on the plot. The buildings are based on plain concrete foundation strips. Vertical load-bearing structures are designed from sand-lime. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from precast filigree slabs. Partitions are designed from autoclaved aerated concrete blocks. The facade is thermally insulated by EPS boards. The 3% slope of the roof is achieved by using tapered EPS boards. Vegetation (stone crops) will be planted on the roof. part of this thesis is static calculation and design of staircase slab from reinforced concrete.

In this thesis are solved the newly built 'hotel in Brno ". The building is freestanding. It has five storeys. The structural system is reinforced concrete skeleton. Columns in combination with masonry infill Porotherm. The building is based on the footings. The building has two height levels. The first is covered with a flat roof vegetation and the second single-roof bitumen sheets. The building is insulated contact system. On the first floor is a reception, restaurant with kitchen, fitness center and facilities for the hotel staff. The second floor of the portion used for guest accommodation. The second part is a cafe with cold kitchen and meeting room attached to the bar. In the third to fifth floors are guest rooms and technical background. On the fifth floor are apartments
Mountain hotel

Master’s thesis theme is mountain hotel project. The hotel has one lower basement and four aboveground floor. It has trditional look and the roof is double-pitched. Floor projection looks like letter "L". Main part has measurements 25,3 x 14,1 m and it has four floor. Extension is on northwest side of main part. It has measuremnts 11,85 x 9,5 m and three floor. Facede of basement and first floor is from stone facing mansory. Facade od second floor of main patr of buildings id timbered looks like curb. Third and fourth floor are attic, gable is vertical timbered. Facade of second floor of extension is plaster on ETICS. The gable od extension is vertical timbered. Roof covering is alpen shingle from larch wood. Foundations of house are shallow. The construction system is walled. The lower basement is built from masonry BS Klatovy BD30 and other wall are from masonry Porotherm . Floor structures are from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 220 mm. House stairs are prefabricated double-flight. Partition wall are mostly built from mansory Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Lintols above windows and doors in facadeare made by reverse of floor slab and inside of disposition are made by ceramics lintols Porotherm. Floor structures are floating with impact insulation in whole house. In living rooms wear layers are from oak parquet block and in common rooms, toilets, bathrooms and technical rooms is ceramics paving. Wall’s surfaces are made from patent plaster and in lower basement are made from two-coat work with white coat. Toilets and bathrooms are tilled with ceramic tiles. All distributions of building equipment are covered with gypsum plasterboard ceiling. All windows and doors in facade are made by wooden profile Solid comfort SC78 and glazed by triple glazing unit (Uw,max=0,9 W/m2.K), exception is main entrance door, It is made by aluminum profile and it is automatically opened.

This elaborated is on the theme of "Family House." They work out of the A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 and Annex no. 6 to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll., On Construction Documentation, as amended by Decree no. 62/2013 Coll. Family house is designed for 4-5 members. Building Plot is located in Uničov and a number 2126/59. It is a two-storey building with a partial basement. In the eastern part a garage, without a basement. The roof of the garage serves as a balcony. It is accessible from one of the rooms on the second floor. The building is covered with a wooden truss. This creates a pitched roof with a covering of corrugated iron. On the south side terrace is partly covered by a small roof hanging on steel rods. In 1PP is lightweight gym, bathroom, food store, inventory, laundry room and utility room where the boiler is located. V 1 NP is a study, kitchen with pantry, dining room and living room and wc. 2 NP serves as the resting part. There is a bathroom, bedroom, closet and three children's rooms. Perimeter, internal bearing and inner walls are made of Porotherm. Only the basement is part of shuttering. Ceiling construction is Miako and beams Pot.

Abstract This bachelor‘s thesis focuses on design of detached house with a wine shop situated in town of Žadovice near Hodonín. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The house is situated on a plot number 1245/75 in Žadovice. Near the house is located roadway and common infrastructure. In front of the building is a paved driveway and parking spots for customers of the wine shop. It is a double floored building with one flat suitable for 4 inhabitants, a wine shop and a garage for one 1a class vehicle on the ground floor. Buildings groud floor is an irregular shape with dimensions 17,35 by 15,85 meters. Foundations are made from plain concrete. Vertical supporting structures are made from Porotherm blocks. Ceiling is made from reinforced concrete girders with Porotherm ceiling blocks. The object has a gable roof which consists of wooden trusses and over the wine shop and the garage is an aisle roof. The ceiling is made from gypsum plaster panels with thermal insulation fixed into the roof trusses. This thesis contains study works, project documentation plans and reports, heat engineering calculations, fire safety report and semester project which consists of 5 detailed drownings.

The bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation. Specifically, the parts A, B, C, D.1.1 and D.1.3 of Annex 6 to Regulation No. 499/2006 Coll., On construction documentation, as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. The documentation refers to a house designed for four-to five-member family. Land with plate number 1414 is in Troubsko. The building has two floors and a partial basement. The second floor is designed in the form of the attic below the pitched roof with timber roof truss. Lee is protected by pitched hipped roof with timber roof truss. On the south side of the house is a spacious terrace. In the basement is designed one-car garage, utility room and storage. The first floor is the social part of the house. The second floor is resting part, children's rooms and bedroom for parents are placed here. The house is based on the footings of plain concrete. Vertical and horizontal load bearing structures are designed from Porotherm. Partitions are also designed from clay blocks Porotherm. For roofing are designed roof tiles. Roof is supported by timber roof truss. Retaining walls are designed from permanent concrete formwork. The enclosed essay deals with the topic of staircases.
Family house with an establishment

The proposed building is newly built single-family house with an establishment. This is a small nursery school for a maximum of 16 students. House is located to the north of the main entrance. Floor plan has a rectangular shape with dimensions of 11.75 x 21.75. House roof is hipped roof with a slope of 24o. The supporting structure is made up of wooden roof trusses with a roof in the form of clay tiles Tondach company in the black. Face paint made by Den Braven was elected in yellow and white color. The windows are wood throughout the building, a specific type of wood is spruce. Entrance doors are also wooden spruce. Base is not granted and the entire height of the building is only plaster Den Braven. Gutters are made of galvanized sheet steel with white finish. Part of the house is eroded down the slope. The ceiling is the height level around the perimeter profiled polystyrene, continuing impression overhang ceiling. In the section for housing enters the sloping pavement via a covered terrace. From the entrance hall a door leads into the hallway and into the kitchen to the living room. From it also door leads into the hallway, which is the main communication space in the rooms, bathrooms and storage. The bedroom has a walk-in closet added. The main entrance to kindergarten is from the west. The terrain in this part of the reason for the use of persons with reduced mobility planar. Upon entering the hall through the closet kids get into the common room designed for gaming. From the common room is access to the terrace with pergola, storage sleeping needs, kitchen, bathroom with toilet and warehousing services. For personnel who are simultaneously resident and residential part of the building is available, room for changing, storing documents and the like. and also has a bathroom.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on design of detached house with a café situated in town of Mutěnice near Hodonín. The documentation of this project is elaborated with regard to contemporary Czech legislative and standards. The house is situated on plot number 1609/2 in Mutěnice. Near the house is located class III. roadway and common infrastructure. In front of the building is paved driveway and parking spots for café customers. It is double floored building with one flat suitable for 4 inhabitants in ground floor and coffee house and garage for one 1a class vehicle in basement. Basement level is mostly under surrounding terrain except for its southern fasade which is facing the street. Buildings platform has an irregular shape with dimensions 18,0 by 16,0 meters. Foundations are made from plain concrete. Vertical supporting structures are made from Ytong porous concrete blocks, basement walls are made from concrete blocks as permanent shuttering combined with reinforced concrete. Ceiling is made from reinforced concrete girders with Ytong ceiling blocks. Ceiling above a coffee house is designed as reinforced concrete board. The object has a gable roof which consists of wooden trusses. The ceiling above ground floor is made from gypsum plaster panels with thermal insulation fixed into roof trusses. Above a café is a flat roof which is split in two parts where the first part is made as terrace and the second part is a vegetative green roof. In front of the café and over part of garage is shed roof. This thesis contains study works, project documentation plans and reports, heat engineering calculations, fire safety report and essay dealing with the issue of green roofs.

Bachelor’s thesis theme is isolated family house project. The house is devided into two major parts. Floor projection looks like letter „T“. First part has measurements 7,0 x 25,0 m, It has two aboveground floor and one lower basement. The roof of this part is double-pitched (top of gable +8,500), roof covering is from Ethernit NATURA and facade has surface from Klinker belts, which are sticked on ETICS. Second part has no lower basement and one aboveground floor, their measurements are 9,9 x 10,2 m, it has flat roof (attic gable +3,700) and ventilation planch facade. Foundations of house are shallow. The construction systém is walled. The lower basement is built from masonry UNICA 20 and other wall are from masonry Porotherm . Floor structures are from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 240 mm. House stairs are prefabricated single-flight. Partition wall are mostly built from mansory Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Lintols above windows and doors in facadeare made by reverse of floor slab and inside of disposition are made by ceramics lintols Porotherm. Floor structures are floating with impact insulation in whole house, mostly with floor heating. In living rooms wear layers are from oak parquet block and in toilets and bathrooms is ceramics paving. Wall’s surfaces are made from patent plaster and in lower basement are made from two-coat work with white coat. Tilets and bathrooms are tilled with ceramic tiles. All distributons of building equipment are covered with gypsum plasterboard ceiling. All windows and doors in facade are made by wooden profile EURO IV 68and glazed by double glazing unit (Umax=1,2 W/m2.K).
