The strategy firm dealing in Dental hygiene products

The aim of this thesis was to prepare an analysis of the business environment and companie tranding in goods and products for dental hygiene. The operational objective was to assess the development of business opportunities in this field, focusing on short-term and long-term prosperity of the business and possibly adjust the current business strategy. In preparing the analyzes, it was found that the company hadn´t developed a strategy, but it only works with the visions, both in the market, property, economy and human resources. The proposed new strategy is a combination of market-oriented strategy and customer oriented strategy.

The basic aim of this work is to evaluate the economic health of an agricultural company and examination of its current data and business strategy with respecting of available resources and instable economic situation. In beginning of this work was given basic description of a firm, its business, strategy and basic attitudes to its creation including different ways of economic analysis. Part of this work was devoted to SWOT analysis or financial analysis. There is basic overview of absolute, ratio and distance economic roadsings. In this work two projects were considered in reason to improve economic results of ana-lyzed firm.

The Diploma thesis called ?Analysis of a Selected Business Firm and Future Development Suggestion? deals with the theory and practice of business management strategy. The theoretical part defines general procedure of business strategy and management, which is the basis for strategic plan creation. The practical part describes an actual well-established medium enterprise, presents a complex analysis of external environment, or its surroundings, and internal environment, or its internal sources and abilities. A SWOT analysis is realized based on the facts consequent upon the enterprise analysis. Thus we can compare the existing strategy and plans of the enterprise to the suggested solution.

Thesis on "business strategy" is focused on content analysis of strategic business process and its conclusions to be drawn, which lead to future business development strategy. The main result of this work is the strategy, that would drive the company had overcome the crisis that was triggered by the loss of most voluminous contract. SETJA Company Ltd. In this work through external analysis, internal analysis, analysis of industry and competitor analysis are described in detail and set out the problem areas. These problem areas are the proposed measures, which are summarized in the actual business strategy.

The Strategic Analysis prepared for Raselina a.s. is a graduation thesis, which concentrates on theory, methodology and work experience applied to the strategy and operating management of the company. The theoretical part focuses on general methods and characteristics of strategic analysis. The work experience part summarizes the theoretical and methodological analyses and applies them to analyze the actual internal and external strategy of the company. The aim of theoretic part of the thesis is to define the term of a strategy, specify the way how to create the strategy, what approach, methods and instruments are used for the strategy determination. Part of the definicions and further focus will be the area of strategic analysis,competetive advantage and the Enterprise's resources. In the application part, the present strategy of Airport Prague company, that is the the international Prague Ruzyne airport operator, will be specified. On the basis of theoretically-methodological part of the thesis, the present strategy of Airport Prague company will be evaluated and possible recommendation for changes or modification that should strengthen prosperity of the company in medium and long term perspective will be stated.

The Using Logistics in a Manufacturing Company

This bachelor thesis deals with using logistics in the brewery Městský pivovar PLATAN s. r. o. It reports on the present state of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consumption in the Czech Republic. The consumption of non-alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic beer has a significantly increasing trend. The largest part of alcoholic drink consumption in the Czech Republic is beer. The strategy of the brewery Platan is presented. The strategy should lead to maintain the sale position the company has reached. An analysis of competitive environment was performed for the investigation of market position of the company Platan. The study describes the material flow and information flow in the company as well. The material flow was described in terms of inputs, production, outputs and reverse logistics. The results of this study show that the gastronomy sphere customers have the widest requirements. Based on the questionnaire investigation, the standards in providing brewing services were compiled. Finally, the distribution services was examined and the possibility of using own transportation when compared to the outside forwarding agent services was explored.
Strategic management and development of business strategy

The aim of this thesis has been to assess the activities of strategic management in the production plant. An inspected object, the firm A, is engaged in cystom manufacturing for the general engineering industry. All the analysis (a financial analysis, a SWOT analysis, a STEP analysis) were performed between 2006 and 2008. On these basis were established assumptions of future develeopment. These assumptions affected the factors of external and internal environment of business. There were presented three options for future development, i.e. the destructions of competition, the cooperation with nex suppliers in the business growth, the improvement of the quality of thein products, in the cost reduction, in the quick fullfillment of contracts and in the timely payment from the customers. Only with these factors can be achieved positive economic results.
