Children in risk in the Scout centre. Course proposal completing a training system of Junák - association of Scouts and guides of the Czech Republic

In my thesis I deal with problematic behaviour of children which scout leaders face in Liberec region and their ability to solve these problems. Theoretical part is followed by a combination of quantitative and qualitative research. In my theoretical part I described Junak organization - Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic, its training system. I also concentrated on what causes problematic children behaviour, competencies of a leader, danger for a child when there is a lack of competencies and methodology of work with children in Junak. My aim in empirical part was to understand what problems scout leaders face, if they are able to solve them, and what is their idea of an educational seminar which could help them when working with children in risk. I obtained data from 68 leaders in Liberec region by a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Then I used a method of semi-structured interview and obtained information from 10 centre leaders Retez Ceska Lipa. In interviews I focused on: problems which scout leaders have experienced, how they solved them, if this solution was successful and concrete ideas of a course. Project of Profession Navigation for Students of Faculty of Management of University of Economics Prague

The aim of thesis is to propose specifications of workshop named Profesní navigace, co se životem na prahu dospělosti?, which is organized at the Faculty of Management of University of Economics (FM VŠE) in Jindřichův Hradec. The seminar is aimed at helping students, who are looking for answers to their questions, which are connected with their entry into adulthood. Trained tutors, authors of course, help them with using the method of process-oriented work. In the theoretical part I am writing about personality development and about methods, which are using to conduct these courses. In the practical part I am applying acquired knowledge into concrete recommendations for further development this workshop.

Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest" deals with buying used cars. The essential part of this work is a creation of e-learning course for buyers and other people interested in this area which aims to improve their knowledge. The participants will get an overview of the most common situations and problems they can meet when buying a used car. The theoretical part presents an overview of the topics of the issue of purchase of used cars. It may serve as a theoretical guidance to the e-course, it brings its content. The topics are based on the analysis of information from printed and electronic sources, supplemented by experiences of the author and experts in the field. The practical part deals with the creation of an e-learning course. It contains an analysis of the needs of buyers, the reasons for the creation of the course and the requirements of it, its objectives, a description of the used authoring tool eXe and graphic creation process from the creation of the course after its publication in steps. All this is complemented by the feedback from six volunteers who have expressed an interest in testing the course and then doing a review. Before the creation of the course it was necessary to analyze the situation and find out why such a course is needed. The acquired knowledge was then processed in the course by the synthesis method. For the evaluation method it was used a short personal interview where the author examined satisfaction with the course, its possible shortcomings and suggestions for improvements or enhancements.

Stock Analysis

The work focuses on describing key methods used by investors for appraising equities. First comes a description of the nature of shares, laws connected to their ownership and their types. This is followed by an explanation of the main analytical approaches to shares; the fundamental, technical and psychological analyzes. The efficient market theory, which is in opposition to the three previously mentioned approaches, is also described. The practical part of this work makes use of theoretical knowledge and applies some of them on a real, existing equity. It is a technology company Apple. In the beginning there is a basic description followed by basic company indicators and a description of the corporations products and services portfolio. Based on the company indicators, the work also compares the company with five other companies competing on the stock market in the same industry.
Lastly, the work compares the development of prices of the company shares with the development of the stock market index NASDAQ.

The content of the Bachelor thesis named,, Stock analysis "is, as other theses, divided into two parts, which are the theoretical basis and practical part, taking primarily information from the first part and personal experiences with the movements of stock prices.
In the first part the reader learns the basic building blocks, procedures and principles of functioning fundamental analysis as global analysis, industry analysis and company analysis and as graphs, graphical modeling and technical analysis methods.
The second part of the thesis is a subsequent application of theoretical knowledge of technical analysis to predict the progression of stock title known as automotive concern Volkswagen before the scandal Dieselgate when shares of the company had one of the largest declines in history.

In theoretical part of thesis, there are discussed various important aspects that are necessary for the understanding of the patterns of all when trading commodities. The main part concerns the actual market structure, contracts, units, analysis of the brokerage company. In the practical part examines the functioning of two Czech timber market in the last 8 years.

Commodity market trading

The main purpose of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the commodity market situation.
The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and analytical.
The theoretical part briefly outlines the history of commodity markets and their development in the world and in the Czech Republic, and specifies the basic division of markets according to the literature. Furthermore, the theoretical part includes the general characteristics of individual commodities and instruments, which are necessary for commodity trading.
The aim of the analytical part is a technical analysis of the trend of selected commodity - gold. This analysis is based on the study and application of the real data and is created
in the simulation program. The conclusion of this thesis summarizes the results of the various methods of technical analysis, and proposes some recommendation for real trading with gold.

E-learning support for lifelong learning

The bachelor thesis E-learning support of lifelong learning concerns the topic of e-learning. Its main goal is to create and implement an e-learning course of Czech language for foreigners, more specifically for foreign scientists who come to the Czech Republic for work. This goal is reached in the practical part of the thesis which describes the process of creating the course with learning management system Moodle and its following implementation into practice.
The theoretical part focuses on adult education, on forms and methods of teaching which can be effectively used in educating the adults and the motivation of adults to continue with learning throughout their life. One of the chapters deals with lifelong learning as an important concept of todays society. Next the thesis focuses on history of e-learning and how is this teaching method percieved today.

The Phenomenon of art production

This bachelor thesis deals with amateur fine arts. We are trying to demarcate the boundary between unprofessional and professional attitude to art expression. We are also introducing the aspects of polemics of their mutual pervading. We are trying to represent the main features of the genesis of the amateur production in the history of fine arts, related to the traditional and naive art. We are analysing the newest trends in the amateur production and their role in contemporary fine arts. Specifically, we are dealing with the trends in creation of amateur web pages and its galleries, fine arts courses and workshops, schools of fine arts, amateur photography etc. We are also mentioning the relationship of amateur production with art therapy and art production of mentally diseased people.
