The main objective of this bachelor thesis is based on the analysis of relevant sources to define and to assess, to which extent is the Czech republic liable for a breach of EU law and moreover to provide a coherent framework of the above-mentioned institutes establishment.

Dendrochronologické datování a stavebně historické hodnocení krovu sv. Valentína v Bravanticích
Bužek, Stanislav
The aim of this bachelor thesis was, by using the dendrochronological analysis, to date the wood truss roof structure of the main nave and presbytery of the church of St. Valentine in the village Bravantice, township Nový Jičín. This seminar thesis describes a standard procedure from dendrochronological sampling anatomical identification, their modifications, measuring up to the actual dating. The truss above the nave is from the year 1662-1663; roof over the presbytery is younger, the final year of the 1834-1835. On the whole truss structure of the church was used fir wood. Dates detected dendrochronological analyses were compared with historical data derived from the available historical sources and Internet resources. The construction and historical development of the monument remained only a very small number of literary sources. The results of the analysis Dendrochronological truss structure gave us the exact date of construction, and partially uncover and add still unclear historical and architectural development of the church.

Representation in civil proceedings

/ Résumé Representation in the civil proceedings In my thesis I deal with the representation in the civil proceedings. The aim of my work is to summarize basic conditions of the procedural representation. The structure of my thesis is divided into five chapters. In the introduction I shortly deal with the basic concepts of the issue, the definition of representation, constitutional background and the interpretation of the procedural relationship. The second chapter is dedicated to the brief historical overview of the development of procedural representation, in particular in Roman law and the representation under the Act No. 142/1950 Coll, on civil proceedings. The third chapter provides with the valid concept of representation pursuant to the Act. No. 99/1963 Coll, civil procedure code. I analyze in details elements of each type of procedural representation which I divided in the representation under the law, representation under the decision of a court which is further internally divided into representation with the character of legal representation and representation with the character of representation by agent, and representation under the power of attorney. In the forth chapter I deal with the obligatory representation by the attorney and notary when required by law, especially representation...

Implementation of house arresting in Czech justice system
Čáp, Peter ; Cejp, Martin (advisor) ; Diblíková, Simona (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe and explain the main features of implementation practice of house arresting in the Czech Republic and consequently propose possible ways out in relation to subsequent (and successful) continuing of implementation procedure. In terms of theory there are reflected approaches of criminal law, criminology, penology, sociology and public policy. Within the research work, the space had been given to those participants immediately concerned and affected with house arresting agenda - judges, prosecutors, probators, ministry officers (Ministry of Justice), attorneys, watchdog organizations and experts on criminal law from academic sphere. House arresting had entered valid legal regulations in connection with new criminal law effectual since 1.1.2010. This new regulation substituted the pristine penal code. In new criminal law is significant shift of accent from tangible to formal conception of culpability. By the analysis of key participants of objective policy, identification of possible goals, adumbration of solution options is finally formulated optimal version. In terms of this version are reflected possibilities of evaluation and monitoring. Special attention is payed to identification of crucial risks and problems related to implementation practice, which...

Comparison of employment and business taxation in the Republic and in selected EU countries
Zábrodský, Jan ; Láchová, Lenka (advisor) ; Dugová, Alena (referee)
This thesis addresses the taxation of employment and entrepreneurship. Based on a comparative analysis, the author compares the taxation of individuals in selected countries of European Union including the Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the differences in taxation of employed and self-employed tax payers in four tax systems (Czech Republic, Denmark, Ireland, and Germany). In the first part of the thesis, the author describes the current taxation framework of employed and self-employed tax payers. The macroeconomic comparisons are based on the most recent comprehensive data available from 2009. In order to compare the taxation on the microeconomic level, a complete calculation example is conducted for each selected state, followed by the analysis and discussion of the implications. The calculations for each state are conducted in accordance with the state's tax regulations. The results of the analysis shows that, in the Czech Republic, employees are disadvantaged compared to self-employed by higher taxations, which are not compensated by the possibility of the individualisation of the tax bases and the tax itself. Based on the results of the comparative analysis, the author suggests that specific modifications of tax regulations are required to reduce the differences in the taxation of employed and self-employed in the Czech Republic.

Study and comparison of main kinds of evolutionary algorithms
Štefan, Martin ; Holeňa, Martin (advisor) ; Gemrot, Jakub (referee)
Evolutionary algorithms belongs among the youngest and the most progressive methods of solving difficult optimization tasks. They received huge popularity mainly due to good experimental results in optimization, a simplicity of the implementation and a high modularity, which is an ability to be modified for different problems. Among the most frequently used Evolutionary algorithms belongs Genetic Algorithm, Differential Evolution and Evolutionary Strategy. It is able to apply these algorithms and theirs variants to both continuous, discrete and mixed optimization tasks. A subject of this theses is to compare three main types of algorithms on the catalyst optimization task with mixed variables, linear constraints and experimentally evaluated fitness function.

Steam-air turbine using PBS Turbo turbocharger
Schrimpel, Michal ; Doc.Ing.Ladislav Vilimec, CSc. (referee) ; Kadrnožka, Jaroslav (advisor)
The purpose of this analysis is used PBS Turbo turbochargers like a steam-air turbine in the Flexible Energy System. The System is analogy of Brayton cycle with high efficiency, but heat is transferred to the cycle through a heat exchanger. Main parts of this work are the literature search, the thermodynamic model of the steam-air cycle, and solution for other possibilities. The goal is to find maximum available electrical output and efficiency. The thermodynamic model is used to: - check computation of the standard turbocharger - computation of the steam-air turbine contain one turbocharger - computation of the steam-air turbine contain two turbochargers. The steam-air turbine is different from the turbocharger. They are compared and than there is found some new design of the new steam-air turbine. The one-turbocharger steam-air turbine is used to test steam-air cycle. The double-turbocharger steam-air turbine is suitable for Flexible Energy System. This solution has a lot of advantages.
