The analysis and design of the information software for startup company ITsam

This bachelors thesis is focused on analysis and design of information system which is designed for startup company ITsam. The aim of this thesis is to create business plan for startup company and then to make analysis and design of information system with data-base which will be supply with the system later. For formation of business plan are used expert internet websites and for creating of analytical part is used bibliography from ex-pert books and from professional internet websites too. The analysis and design of infor-mation system is made in computer programs: Aris, Astah and PowerDesigner. This thesis may help to understand to the reader which has no experience with the main theme. It may make basic knowledge what business plan, databases, analysis and design is about and what it resolves.

Digital music on the Czech Market

Bachelor's thesis Digital music on Czech Market is primarily concerned with analytics of Czech digital market with digital music. The thesis main target is to present complex view of Czech digital market in relation to historic, legal, distribution and technological aspects in in comparison with American and global market. Part of the thesis is also theoretical introduction to given issue, closer view into technological aspects and summary of main distribution commercial sources along with free and illegal ones. In next, analytic part of the thesis the main specific sources are presented and compared in terms of price, user interface and offering. Part of the thesis is also devoted to brief comparison of examples of digital and physical distribution. At the end of the thesis, licences, actual trends and suggestions are presented based on personal analysis, empirical data and interviews with subjects on the market alongside with summary of advantages and disadvantages of digital distribution, its role in distributional model and prediction of possible future development of the market.

Analysis of the development and the reasons of Czech households indebtedness from 1993 to 2012

The topic of the thesis is to analyze the debt of Czech households from 1993 to 2012. The main goal is to map the development of indebtedness of Czech households in these years and to discuss the reasons of increasing Czech households debt mainly including drop in inflation and interest rates, the desire of the population for their own living and the tendency towards the consumer life despite the decrease in growth of indebtedness of households till 2009. The thesis tries to answer the question whether Czech households are over indebted and whether they are threatened by falling into a debt trap. Although the increments of debt were considerable in the recent years, in the international comparison the indebtedness of Czech households is very low and the fall to a debt trap is not actual because the majority of loans are used for purchase of real estate. The risk is represented by substantial growth of interest rates, prices of real estate and increase in the unemployment rate together with low economic performance. In conclusion, the thesis tries to formulate the disposal against over indebtedness. As one of the most effective implement is considered the increase in financial literacy of wider population and the change of social atmosphere in which the debt was perceived least risky.

Application of teambuilding in the organisation

Bachelor's Thesis on "Application of teambuilding in the organisation" focuses on the basic concepts of groups and teams, and describes the different stages and other aspects of group dynamics. The objective is to analyze the possibility of using teambuilding in the company, identifying areas of potential application of teambuilding and to propose the concept of specific teambuilding events along with the proposal assessment of its effectiveness for possible future use in the analyzed company. For the analysis was selected company Kooperativa pojišťovna, a.s., Vienna Insurance Group. Number of employees of the company on 03/30/2014 was 3,757. The conclusion contains a summary of the importance of teambuilding, its theoretical aspects and describes the analytical part of the work.

Thesis deals with the production chain of internet show. It specifically analyzes production of featurette internet show. In theoretical part defines the concept of a production chain and internet show and then the chain is described in detail to individual parts. Thesis also focuses on differences in television and internet show and also describes social networks, specifically Facebook and Youtube and their options for publishing content and their analytics. The analytical part deals with analysis of the reference television and internet shows of which originated practical part of the bachelor project. The practical part includes a detailed description of the production chain of featurette internet show Kapustové zelí, assessment of the factors of show success and business potential.

Faktory ovlivňující výši inkasa korporátní daně v České republice

The main topic of this diploma thesis is tax competition in the field of corporate tax. Its first part, among others, describes parameters, whose influence on tax collection was analysed by authors in different periods and judicatures. The importance of selected factors in the circumstances of the Czech Republic between 1998 and 2012 is then tested by multivariate regression analysis. The results show that - despite of expectations - statutory tax rate together with level of profit of companies are not the only key determinants. Other parametres describing openness of the international trade, level of investitions, national productivity rate or deficit of the national budget play their role as well. Based on these results, recommendations for the authors of the tax politics are presented.

Analytical methods and controlling in business activities

Objective of this thesis is to review analytical methods and controlling in business activities, describe individual routes and then analyze their application in a concrete company TSE, s r. o. in České Budějovice, eventually to recommend introduction of new ones and determine their future benefit for company. This thesis contains a description of company accounting in the corporate-led program, together with an evaluation of the introduction of its new version. It evaluates the possibility of controlling and improving of its processing by controlling instruments through computer technology. In terms of financial controlling the thesis is mainly devoted to analyzing the economic performance of the company and selected indicators of financial analysis to provide a picture of the company. In the end there are summarized steps, that could improve informedness of the management about financial situation, but also could simplify the process of planning, decision making and monitoring. This could also create conditions for implementation of new methods.

The metod development for determination of diazodinitrofenol explosive

Diploma Thesis Title: The method development for determination of diazodinitrofenol explosive A new HPLC method for determination of diazodinitrophenol alongside with sodium picramate was developed and optimized. Column Ascentis® Express C18 10cm x 3mm; 2.7µm particles was select as most suitable one. Detection of compounds was performed at 220 nm using UV detector. Mobile phase consist of mixture 0.085% H3PO4 and acetonitrile in ratio 70/30. Flow rate was determined at 0.8 ml/min. Column oven temperature was set to 50řC. Translation of an English technical text and its issues

This Bachelor Thesis deals with theoretical and practical issues in translating English technical texts. The first part of the Thesis offers historical overview of translation in Czech lands. Second part of this Thesis deals with the practical issues of translating general versus technical texts by focusing mostly on terminology from the fields of financial and aviation industries. The third part of this Thesis presents an analysis of the translation issues, which emerged during the translation process from the source to target languages. The Czech translation of the Annual Report of American Continental Airlines (target language) has been compared with the English Report (source language) to shed light on issues that have arisen by the translation. Both these documents are enclosed in the appendices at the end of the Thesis together with the Glossary of selected economic and aviation terms.

Ion beam analysis in material research

In 2005, a new accelerator Tandetron 4130 MC produced by HVEE, The Netherlands, unique in the Czech Republic, was installed in the Laboratory of Nuclear Analytical Methods at the Nuclear Physics Institute. During the whole year 2006, construction and development of two beamlines and four experimental setups for the nuclear analytical methods proceeded. These methods namely are RBS (Rutherford Back-Scattering), TOF-ERDA (Elastic recoil detection analysis with time-of-flight measurement), ion implantation and RBS-channeling. The first three methods are presented in detail in this article.
