Implementation of the Third energy package into the legal order of the Czech Republic Summary This thesis discusses the implementation issue of the Third energy package, also known as the Third liberalization package, into the Czech national law. It consists of three regulations and two directives of the European Union, which determines the energy politics both on the European level and on the level of the member states. The first part of this thesis describes the ancestors of the Third energy package and their accomplishments or failures together with reasons for creating the next generations of liberalizing legislation. The author describes the liberalization in the form of the legal, functional and accounting unbundling separately for electricity and gas industry at the European level, and then the implementation at the level of the Czech legislation. In the next chapter it is further explained, what were the European legislator's incentives for creating the Third energy package, and what new institutes it stipulates. It is herein described that the European Union came with three different unbundling versions of the transmission system operators (TSO) - Ownership unbundling (OU), Independent system operator (ISO) and the Independent transmission operator (ITO). The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation kindergarten. The building is situated on flat terrain in Kromeriz. This is a kindergarten consisting of two objects. SO01 building has two floors, with two departments for children and the economic part, SO02 single-storey building with one department for children. The building will be based on the footings of plain concrete C 20/25. Priming concrete slab will also unreinforced concrete C20 / 25, equipped with curry networks with a diameter of 6 mm and a mesh size of 150x150 mm. Perimeter, internal bearing partition walls and floors are designed from the system POROTHERM, the upper part of the foundations is made of shuttering blocks BEST 500x300x250 mm. The insulation system is designed BAUMIT ETICS. The horizontal structure of the ceiling is solved keramobetonovým ceiling Porotherm (POT beams and inserts MIAKO) thick. 250 mm. The staircase is designed reinforced concrete. The chimney will be built from the system SCHIEDEL ABSOLUT a ventilation shaft. The roof consists of extensive vegetation flat roof.

This diploma thesis on a topic “Nursery school in Třebíč” deals with a new building proposal of a nursery school. The building is situated in Třebíč, in a densely populated part of the town which is called Podklášteří. It is a brick single-storey detached building, mounted on a gentle slope with green vegetation. The layout of the building is divided into three departments and an operational part. In each department, there is a dressing room, food distribution, study and dining room, playroom with a cushy job, toy store, warehouse of folding beds and bedding, washroom, toilet, utility room and room for the air handling units. Departments are covered by wooden trusses which bear single-layer saddle-shaped roof with an extensive green vegetation. Above the operational part, there is a single-layer flat roof. Wall system is made of ceramic blocs of a system Porotherm and trusses are from a company called Vazníky D.N.K.

The topic of my diploma thesis is new building kindergarten. The house is situated in flat terrain in Kroměříž on the outskirts of the city. House has 2 floors. The first floor is divided into two classes and economic section, on the second floor there are 2 another classes. Overall kindergarten is designed for 96 children. The building is designed in the system Porotherm (walls and ceilings) with thermal system ETICS WEBER. The roof is a flat extensive green roof.

The subject of this thesis is the solution of a new building of nursery school in the part of city Brno – Tuřany. It is a cellarless, detached building and single-storey building. Nursery school will be two classes with 40 children. The floor plan is irregularly – shaped plan with orientation of the classes to the east. Building is designed from structural masonry system Porotherm with contact thermal insulation system. Roofing is solved with use of two different slopes of timber girder.

Master’s thesis „Nursery School" is proceed in form of project document, including all requirement according to standards and regulations. New building is located on parcel number 439/50 in city Přerov. Detached building has three floors and is partly cellarage. It is brick construction system based on packs. The roofs are flat, and constructed as single shell. Te floors are connected by prefabricated concrete staircase and by elevator. The nursery school is designed as a four departments building, with capacity of 96 children.

The subject of this project is a nursery school in Sokolnice. The building consists of four departments, facilities for personnel and kitchen. The building is designed as a two-storey cellarless building. It has concrete foundations. The external walls are designed from POROTHERM 425 T Profi bricks with internal insulation. The internal vertical construction is designed from POROTHERM bricks for thin-layer masonry. The supporting structure of roof is provided by slab method Spiroll. The entrance doors are made from aluminum sections, plastic windows. The building has single-layer flat roof with waterproofing coating.

LISP - The separation of network node's locator and identifier

The purpose of this paper is to describe the features and functionality of LISP protocol (Locator / ID Separation Protocol), its possible use in the network infrastructure and description of the requirements necessary for its successful implementation. Part of this thesis is also the setting of modules to support the network protocol on FreeBSD and then connecting the station to the experimental network, operated by Cisco Systems. The reachability of the test station in the experimental network is verified by station within the network and by server from the internet. LISP implementation on FreeBSD is called OpenLISP and has fully integrated support for encapsulation and decapsulation of datagrams. It also includes the implementation of the mapping cache and mapping database. For connection to Map Server is used OpenLISP Control Plane implementation by Guruprasad K. Rao and LIP6. The paper is based on the draft implementation of this protocol and its individual parts placed on the website of the Internet Engineering Task Force organization. The functionality of the protocol, described in this paper, is valid by March 2012.

This bachelor thesis will deal with the issues of activities in an independent and delegated powers of municipalities. The bachelor thesis is devided into theoretical and practical parts. In theoretical part are defined basic terms and relations interested in this issues and then the metodology for determining the contribution to the performance of state administration and proportion of activies in an independent and delegated powers of municipality. In the practical part the thesis is keen on analysis of the activities of a particular office and determines the proportion of independent and delegated powers.

This graduation theses is focused on order analysis from view of controlling. The title of order was {\clq}qFaktory building X {--} Miličín``. Consumer was company ABC, limited Tábor and supplier was company MABA Prefa, limited from Veselí nad Lužnicí. In forepart I was engaged in theory and abstrakt, which connected with proces of order. In secondpart I described the proces of concrete order in the company MABA Prefa. The order has been assessed on the basis of obtained data. The company made profit.
