The main subject of Bachelor thesis two technological steps carcass superstructure factory springs in Kunvald, as Kunvaldská The building consists of two parts: manufactory and administrative part. Bulding is out of town and will be used year-round. It is a basement building, factory building is on one floor and an office building on two. Construction of factory building is made up of steel I-beams sheathed wall panels Kingspan, office building consists of ceramic bricks Porotherm. Processing stages of technological addresses cladding on the shop floor wall panels Kingspan and the creation of an office building roofs. The flat roof of the office building consists of two parts walkable and nowalkable , will be made to both technological prescription.

Family house in Nový Jičín is projected as family house with business premises. This is a two-storey house without cellar built up from HELUZ system. The house has flat roofs, reinforced concrete floors and glass staircase. In the front of the northeast side there are business premises. Other premises provide living of 4-6 people. The main entrance to the house is from the southwest side. Daytime part of the house - living room with dining room and kitchen which are situated on the southward, is on the first floor. Rest part of the house is on the second floor. Bedroom is situated on the northwest and rooms on the eastside. Bathrooms and the garage are located on the north and eastside. House foundation is made up of footings from plain concrete where is foundation concrete slab included. The main wing of the house has a contact insulated frontage. The main part of the house is covered by single-layer non-walking roof. On the left part of the house there is an en extensive green roof with well aired frontage. There is a large terrace with well aired frontage on the right side above the living room with dining room. Ceilings are built from reinforced concrete with crossed reinforced system of roof slabs. Glass staircase is fixed to the steel construction.

The subject matter of my Bachelor thesis is the project of a new single-family detached house with historical automobiles' showroom located in Vyšný Kubín in the Slovak Republic. The building is situated on southern slope and has three over-ground floors. The vertical load bearing system consists of combination of Porotherm walling system, monolithic iron-concrete and welted steel pillars. The horizontal load bearing system consists of ceilings from iron-concrete monolithic constructions. The building cladding consists of ventilated façade with exterior wooden trim combined with gabion baskets as one of modern façade elements. Roofing of the building is designed as two flat vegetative roofs and one flat walk-on roof - terrace. The building has also a spacious terrace with swimming pool accessible from both the first as well as the second floor. The building foundations consist of iron-concrete monolithic strips and blocks. The project emphasizes the layout plan, thermal technical properties and safety in use.

The aim of the project is a new building of a family house in the cadastral area Bratčice, South Moravian Region. The house is in the row of existing development. It is designed for a family of four. The building has no basement and two floors. On the first floor there is an entrance, garage and main day area. On the second floor there is a bedrooms, work room and utility room. The building is designed mainly in wall system of Porotherm. There is a shed roof with a dormer and flat roof. The facade is designed as an external thermal insulation composite system or as a ventilated facade.

Detached House in Dolany u Olomouce

Bachelor’s thesis is focused on the detached house on the slope in the village Dolany near Olomouc. The building has one floor and partial basement. The main feature of building is floor with large glass surfaces oriented to the south into valley and winter garden protruding into space. Part above ground is designed as a timber frame construction that extends over the basement part built of concrete building blocks. The building is divided into four sections. Resting area for parents in the west and resting area for children in the east are connected with central living area. Relaxation and technical facilities are located in the basement of the building.

The aim of this thesis is to design a detached house with traditional production of cheese. It is a new build two storey family house with a cheese manufacture included, located in Píšť municipality. The building has a partial basement. The house is has a flat roof. KM Beta was used as a construction system. Chosen architectural solution does not affect the sorroundings.
Detached House with Motorcycle Restoration Workshop

The main thesis of this project is designing a place for relax and free time spending. The ground plan contains two intersected rectangles making a solution possible to protect each section requirements of a family house with workroom. The modern two storey basement house is placed to a gradient terrain on the periphery of village Dolní Dobrouč. The first part of squared basement is embedded in the ground around. The second one is opened to the north-east and it is used for relax, followed by the underground storey used for the technical foul territory. The overground storey is situated to the west and it creates in combination with the second overhead storey a daily and quiescent part of the object. The restorer-workshop is located on the ground floor on the ground plan of the second rectangle. The hip roof combined with flat roof and green roof are used for the coverage. The constructional standpoint has been proposed so as the chosen materials and systems functionally correctly worked, and they enabled an effective usage of particular parts. The general appearance of this construction will not affect either view of the house-building nor total character of a landscape because the house copies terrain.

The house is designed as a detached house situated on a gently sloping terrain, which makes the access into the basement garage possible. The roof is designed flat with single casing.
