Thermostat for measuring passive component controlled of AVR
Demjanics, Ferenc ; Koňas, Petr (referee) ; Roubal, Zdeněk (advisor)
The aim of this work is to familiarize with the design of the thermal test chamber to measuring passive components. Show features and involvement of selected circuits that ensure reliable operation of the device. For the realization of the role are the most important the Peltier cells and temperature sensors. But they can not work without the control unit. The control unit provides the necessary communication with each component and also with user. For this purpose we made a selection of suitable type of microcontroller and communication equipment (matrix keypad, LCD, buttons and LEDs). Subsequently was designed the algorithm to control the thermostat suitable for using in students training. The algorithm was written in the microcontroller in form of a program. There is also implemented a PSD controller in the program, which evaluates the data collected by a sensor. Then set the correct function of Peltier cells. After the thermostat was designed and realized, test measurements were performed and the results were documented and evaluated.

Analyses and rationalization of reverse logistics within DHL Exel Supply Chain, Automotive UK
Beneš, Martin ; Pernica, Petr (advisor) ; Jirsák, Petr (referee)
This diploma thesis has been created based on the demand of the management of DHL Exel Supply Chain and Swindon Pressings Limited to increase the efficiency and utilization of resources employed within they operations. The theoretical introduction part is first of dealing with the terms "logistics" and "supply chain management" in the perspective of their use in the contemporary logistics theory, comparison of their meaning (are there differences) and explanation of their use in this thesis. Subsequently I am explaining "reverse logistic" and its position in the structures of corporations and logistics itself. Supply chain management and the concept of lean manufacturing combined with the six sigma approach are, from my point of view, essential for today's supplier-customer relationships. That is why those topics are examined in the last part of the theoretical chapter. Returnable packaging and the transport process are key elements of the second part -- practical part, the reengineering of logistics processes which occurred at Swindon Pressings Limited. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the give problem, develop problem solving options and critically comment them. Finally choose one of the options, implement it and document the process of "going live".

Capital adequacy of banks
Müller, Tomáš ; Dupáková, Lenka (advisor) ; Hraba, Zdeněk (referee)
This work concentrates on the issue of capital adequacy of banks. Inadequate capital base of the banking sector is often referred to as one of the causes of the latest financial crisis. Such topic is currently very actual. Even banking regulators pay high attention to this topic. In my thesis I focus on legal and economic aspects of this topic. It is typical for the banking sector that banks operate with much more leverage effect than enterprises belonging to other sectors. Therefore, I focus on the root cause of this phenomenon in the third chapter. I assess the bank indebtedness using the theory of optimal capital structure and I also address the relations between economic and regulatory capital. In the fourth chapter I focus on the concept of capital adequacy and its comparison with leverage indicator. The next chapter concentrates on the development of regulatory minimum capital adequacy standards developed by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, known as Basel I and Basel II. The last but one chapter focuses on the latest regulatory rules Basel III governing the capital adequacy of banks and their legal implementation. Final chapter analyzes the impact of Basel III rules on the capital structure of banks in the European Union and the Czech Republic. A separate part of the chapter is...

Murry Rothbard a jeho přispění k objasnění Velké hospodářské krize
Sejček, Zdeněk ; Potužák, Pavel (advisor) ; Štěpánek, Pavel (referee)
There were many attempts to explain what exactly happened to USA?s economy between years 1921 and 1929. First and for many years the only one ?mainstream? explanation was that the main cause of Great Depression was underconsumption and overinvestment brought about by irresponsible customers and much more irresponsible investors. But there were also other explanations, based on totally contradictory conclusions and main cause of business cycles was found in state?s driven monetary expansion. Murray Rothbard?s explanation, based on Austrian Business Cycle Theory and developed in his book America?s Great Depression (written in 1963), is just one of them. In this book (despite of it has more than 300 pages) he advocates only one receipt how to avoid depressions: to stop FED?s power to inflate. Only this governmental agency, delegated by government to care about money and to expand money stock when necessary, can cause such big depression as Great Depression had been. Natural business cycle, less serious without compare, is organic part of every market and there is no reason to fight against it. But in the background with ever-present governmental attempt to do things better than something uncontrolled like market, business cycle changes itself to destructive long-term process that might take multiple more time to recover back to prosperous and healthy economic system. As Rothbard pointed out, all depressions without governmental interference were short-lived and self-adjustment process completed itself as rapidly as possible. The main ambition of my work would be to summarize Murray Rothbard?s work regarding Business Cycle and especially Great Depression and put it in context of Austrian Business Cycle Theory.

Financial supervision in the EU - comparison of the CR and Great Britain
Loub, David ; Sedláková, Lenka (referee) ; Kopřiva, Jan (advisor)
On the first April 2006 came to the turning point in the Czech Republic in the sphere of supervision and regulation over financial market, whereby approach more ideal European markets. In the master's thesis I focus on the present state of supervision and regulation of the financial market in CR, but also on system development before the 1. April 2006. I also deal with operating system on the financial market in Great Britain. The aim of my thesis is comparison of supervision and regulation in the Czech Republic and Great Britain.

Representation
Horčičková, Anna ; Dvořák, Jan (advisor) ; Elischer, David (referee)
1 Abstract Representation This thesis concerns the institute of the representation in effective legislation of civil law particularly in the Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. This institute is very important for each person, no matter it's age or profession, because everybody in his live needs to use the representation. Not only have I focused in my thesis on the part of the Civil Code which is called representation, but also on the other parts that contain representation as well. My thesis is divided into nine chapters, in which I am dealing with representation based on the decision of the court as well as the contract or the law. At the beginning my thesis describes historical basis of representation and also short glimpse to the previous legislation. The next chapter deals with chosen types of the representation that are not regulated in the chapter III of the Civil Code, but I also consider them as really important and very useful in practice. The most of the thesis is focused on the part of the Civil Code that is named the representation. Firstly general provisions are described where I specially focus on the power of attorney, its form and necessary provisions. In the representation based on contract belongs also procuration, where I included its origin, its extent, form and termination. The thesis...

International sale contract
Koričanská, Marie ; Pauknerová, Monika (advisor) ; Kučera, Zdeněk (referee)
The purpose my thesis is to analyse the substantive and temporal scope of application of selected general binding rules governing the international sales contract and to analyse their mutual relations. The work is composed of six chapters, each of them dealing with a different issue of international sales contract. The first chapter deals with the definition of the term international sales contract in view of the practical and theoretical understanding, because the definition of an international sales contract has its own specifics in contrast to the definition of a sales contract in Czech law. The second chapter discusses the basic approaches of legal regulation in private international law and outlines the basic advantages and disadvantages of specific approaches of legal regulation in private international law in view of the international sales contract in this section. I put this chapter into my work for the better understanding and orientation of reader in issue of general regulation of international sales contract. The third chapter deals with the substantive, temporal and personal scope of application of the Czech Act on Private International Law in view of the international sales contract. The fourth chapter discusses the substantive, temporal and personal scope of application of the Rome...

Rotational cryptanalysis of ARX ciphers
Töpfer, Jakub ; Hojsík, Michal (advisor) ; Tůma, Jiří (referee)
We investigate functions which can be realized using only addition, XOR and rotation (ARX). Sometimes we admit operations with constants as well (ARX+C). We start our research from a theoretical point of view. We prove that every function can by written using only ARX+C operations and that we can even omit XOR. On the other hand, other combinations of these operations do not generate all functions. We also present an algorithm determining whether a function can be realised only by addition and XOR. After that we present a rotational cryptanalysis, which is designed especially for ARX ciphers. We demonstrate this method on reduced variants of Threefish, TEA and XTEA ciphers and discuss for which ciphers it is suitable. The last part of this thesis deals with a modification of rotational cryptanalysis called rotational rebound attack and shows its application on Threefish.

The holy foolishness and other expressions of sub-standard behaviour from the point of view of speech-behaviour tactics Based on Dimitry of Rostov's Chetii Minei
Řoutil, Michal ; Lášek, Jan Blahoslav (advisor) ; Kovačičová, Oľga (referee) ; Milko, Pavel (referee)
The presented thesis deals with the holy foolishness and other expressions of sub- standard behaviour as part of hagiography. It is examined from the point of view of the so-called "singular speech-behaviour tactics" (сингулярные рече-поведенческие тактики) and based on the analysis of texts taken from the most comprehensive corpus of the hagiographic texts written in the Church Slavonic, Dimitry of Rostov's Chetii Minei. The thesis consists of the Introduction, three main chapters, Conclusion and Bibliography. The first chapter focuses on history: it describes relevant works on the Russian hagiographic literature of the 11th-17th centuries concerning the hagiographies of the holy fools, it shows the current state of search in Russia and describes the basic monuments of literature. The second part of this chapter deals with the life and work of a great Russian writer of the turn of the 17th and 18th centuries, Dimitry of Rostov (1651-1709). The second chapter is devoted to the methodological approach used in the thesis, i.e. the singular speech-behaviour tactics as understood by E.M. Vereshchagin and V.G. Kostomarov, who introduced them in the world science. Furthermore, the wider and narrower context of the research carried in this field up to date is shown. In the third chapter, the essential...
