Issue of the lower extremity deformities occurrence among preschool children with handicap
BENEŠOVÁ, Gabriela
This thesis deals with deformities of the lower limbs in children with physical disability. Theoretical part of this thesis deals with various issues of disability of lower limbs and their impact on human health. Comprehensively introduce the development of lower limbs, walking significance for the organism and diseases that affect the quality of the legs and their health. Furthermore this thesis deals with the importance of foot and arches of the foot which is also connected to the possibility of influencing walk and body using assistive technologies such as insoles or shoes itself. The practical part of thesis is built using case studies involving four patients. The research was conducted in rehabilitation center Arpida in České Budějovice carried out between November 2014 and March 2015 in children aged 4 to 6 lets disabilities manifested to some extent in the lower limbs. The probands I met once every week ranging from 30 40 minutes. Some part of the research was examine patients, taking medical history and therapies based on this solution. Part of a training unit was to develop movements abilities of children and improve movements stereotype mitigation or eliminate the problems associated with the disease, I used techniques Vojta reflex locomotion, practicing balance and proper walking stereotype, soft and mobilization techniques in the legs and the facilitation of the slab. In the work itself I focused on children with disabilities and their lower limbs. I chose to research using four casuistry, which include anamnesis data and determinate input and output tests and describe therapy, which was carried out with patients. In these examinations were surveyed overall objective investigation, aspection, palpation, inspection walk and motor skills as well as testing on Podoskop and elucidation of locomotion stage by professor Vojta. The result of the practical should be explore how they can be therapeutically affected by lower limb deformities in preschool children with disabilities through appropriate exercises and using appropriate assistive devices. The second objective was to design and create a training unit to improve patient complains. The results confirm that at least to a small degree was given by the subject achieved a positive effect of therapy in relatively short time. These thesis can be used for physiotherapy students dealing with this issue or as an educational component for parents of children who have a similar problem. It can also become an inspiration for parents or therapists in the treatment of specific diagnoses concerning the issue of the lower limbs, but also a holistic view on patient.

Lifestyle of diabetic
HYNKOVÁ, Jana
Diabetes is said to be an epidemic of 21st century. Although death rates from diabetes are decreasing, the treatment results are still not satisfactory. Today, every tenth Czech is affected by diabetes, but according to doctors, a quarter of patients do not even know about the existence of their disease. In my thesis I focus on the lifestyle of diabetics. I am mainly concerned about their diet. Another important thing was to find out if they eat regularly, and whether the portions are eaten at regular time intervals throughout the day, as the regular and balanced diet is more important in diabetic patients than in anyone else.My survey has clearly proved that stress significantly worsens the quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus. On the other hand, there is no evidence that a healthy diet and physical activity significantly improve health condition of patients with diabetes mellitus.

Schlaraffia Budovicia 1882 - 1917
HLAVNIČKOVÁ, Kateřina
This bachelor thesis, named Schlaraffia Budovicia 1882 {--} 1917, is engaged in one of many local parts of a global extended German speaking cultural-humorous associations called Schlaraffia and founded in 1882 in České Budějovice. Here this club existed until its prohibition and annihilation in 1939. The thesis wants to present almost unknown strictly male khighthood club and its curiosities, because there weren´t too small of them. The work is constructed on the basis of literature, list of articles and chronicles, which were made mostly by member of Schlaraffia themselves. The work is constructed on the basis of origines predominantly from resources Šlarafie in State District Archive in České Budějovice too. These resources are represented with many kinds of papers like meeting protocols, prepared speeches, poems and letters. So on the basis of this the ordinary life of Schlaraffia association is approached including a few of unusual events, which had interfered with it. Schlaraffia of České Budějovice is demonstrated by description of its meetings, its members and the place, where did they usually meet.

New devices for diagnostics of historical structures
Hasníková, Hana ; Kloiber, Michal ; Zíma, Pavel
The aim of the paper is to present a few new devices that were developed at ITAM AS CR for non-destructive testing of materials, especially those from historically valuable structures. So called microtube is a semi-automatic portable tool for water absorption measurements. It consists of box with microprocessor where the time is recorded and the plastic “pistol” – a part that is in contact with the material surface and where the scaled micro-tube is fixed on. The natural stones, mortars and other porous materials can be measured by the microtube; it is very useful to assess the efficiency of various hydrophobic treatments used within the restoration. The diagnostic device for in-situ assessment of timber in existing structures enables direct determination of conventional compressive strength and modulus of deformability in arbitrary depth along timber profile. The semi-destructive method causes a very gentle damage on the structural members.

Functions of different song types and song structures in songbirds
Pišvejcová, Iveta ; Petrusková, Tereza (advisor) ; Linhart, Otomar (referee)
In this review I summarize information about different types of song and its structures in which has been well documented their context of use. I have tried to find out, if there are some generally valid rules. The work is aimed at Passerines (Passeriformes) males living in the temperate zone. They sing the most intensively after their arrival on breeding grounds in early spring. Depending on a species and moreover an individual, the song might differ in structure, time and frequency parameters. Some species use complex songs, and change the way of its production according to attending audience. In such cases, the length and versatility of the song (the number and variability of syllables) may reflect the quality of a male. On the other hand some species with a simple song use different criteria to assess the singer quality. The individuals then differ in the way of song production or just in use of particular structures. For example, wide frequency range and length are considered to be energy-demanding for production, and so it could be a suitable indicator for a male quality. Short syllables produced at a faster rate can be not only production-demanding but can also indicate aggression. In general, we can estimate the function of a produced song according to "mating status" (before and after pairing) and...

Raně středověké hradiště v Libici nad Cidlinou, velké nebo malé zázemí?
Mařík, Jan
This paper makes an attempt to quantify the demands of the agglomeration of early medieval castle in Libice on agricultural production and timber resources. The basis of the estimates is population size calculated according to the results of archaeological excavations of burial grounds. Spatial models have been produced showing the maximum, middle and minimum territory needed to supply the agglomeration requirements. None of these models is meant as a reconstruction of a past reality, but as an attempt to define the limits of further thinking about the economy of Early Medieval centres. The maximalist model could go as far as 4.2 km behind the fortification. The models have shown that requirements on arable land and cereal production could be satisfied in the vicinity of the agglomeration. Timber resources and the timber consumption were relatively balanced with no need for transport of timber from further away.

Utilization of molecular markers in oil seed rape breeding programmes
KRISTINOVÁ, Helena
Current breeding of oilseed rape is focused on breeding of F1 hybrids and the male sterility and self-incompatibility could play the significant role in hybrid breeding programmes. Plant breeders also more widely utilize molecular genetic techniques for selection of desirable plants/genotypes. Molecular methods are faster, more reliable and more specific than conventional ones, which are based mainly on morphological descriptors. The aim of my thesis was to optimize PCR analysis methods and to develop specific molecular markers for target plant selection in oilseed rape hybrid breeding programmes. The new marker for detection of fertility restoration gene (Rf) in CMS Ogu-INRA plants was tested. New primer pair RsPPRF2/RsPPRR2 was designed in the coding region of PPR-B protein, which participates in the restoration of fertility in CMS Ogu-INRA. Also newly designed primers BrSLGIIF/BrSLGIIR were tested in SI plants. The optimal annealing temperaturse of these primers was 58 °C. But amplification in some SC plants was also observed. The optimization of the PCR reaction was performed for all designed primers. The set of F1 SI hybrids created by crossing of two lines with different S II haplotypes was tested by using of the PCR-RFLP technique for detection of polymorphism in amplified fragments.

Rating of automotive transport system with swap bodies in the business of agricultural production.
KULÍK, Jan
This thesis deals with the evaluation of automotive transportation system with swap bodies in the business of agricultural primary production and the possibilities of its use. The Automotive transportation system can be the carrier system for several kinds of extensions because of its design. In this case, the investigated transport system in selected company uses the back of the bulk materials, tanks and bulk truck. It was the truck LIAZ 151 with hull CSAO for bulk materials, faecal tank ACF 041 and high-volume hull type for transport bulky feed. Operating and investment costs of the whole transport system, performance of each swap bodies and technical parameters were evaluated. The primary agricultural enterprise ZD Trhový Štěpánov, a. s. was also characterized. For this thesis were detected information by observing and processing time of each frame bodies. More information has been gathered from internal materials, such as a serious journal, time sheets, annual report and other enterprise data sources. In terms of economic costs, these costs have been identified - costs per km = 27,91 CZK/km, costs per tonne transported = 52,93 CZK/t and costs per tonne-km = 7,46 CZK/tkm. Total operating costs amount is 702 243.62 CZK. Another result of the investigation was determined consumption and annual use of individual bodies. For the bucket SCAO was found that the consumption is 0,69 litres per tonne transported and annual use of individual bodies is 98 days. For feacal tank ACF 041 the consumption is 29.1 liters per hectare applied of manure and Antal use of individual bodls is 98 days. The consumption of bulk superstructure is 0.93 liters to be transported tonne and was used for 34 days.
