Chronically ill child in the primary school

This bachelor thesis describes and analyses the issues of chronically ill children of younger school age in the period of their basic school years. This thesis first mentions the historical aspects and the historical development of the care for the people and mainly children with the health disadvantage focused on the chronical diseases, some personalities, who contributed to the development of the care for chronically ill, and additionally had impact on the foundation of the specialized instituitions for chronically ill people. This thesis also mentions the social attitude and the of the experts toward children with chronical disease and institutions which care of chronically ill children. Furthermore this thesis also desccribes the characteristics, etiology, diagnostics, risks and crisis situations, therapy and treatment and prevention of those chronical diseases, further elaborated in the practical research part of the thesis. The last of the theoretical are the reasonings, hypothesis and reflections about the influence and inputs of chronic diseases on current basic school attendance and teaching at the basic school are further, based on the through questionaires performed research in the practical part of the thesis, either confirmed or disproved, there is also a reflection about possible solutions in the pedagogical practice.

Tube microphone preamplifier

The theme of the master´s thesis is design a microphone preamplifier which uses vacuum tube as a main amplifying element. Part of the work is theoretical assumptions for the optimal design and implementation of peripheral involvement, comparing the properties of components used and the resulting parameters of modeled device. The thesis also includes a proposal of the source unit for supplying all parts of the preamplifier. The results are accompanied by circuit simulations and laboratory measurements of the main parameters of the designed device.

Recursive Web Search in KDE

The bachelor thesis deals with problems related to web sites browsing from the KDE desktop environment. Part of this thesis is to introduce the application interface of this environment, suggestion description and application amplementation. The thesis supports range of restrictions both for searching area and searching itself. Application goes through the internet with the help of recursion and hypertext links. In conclusion there are descriobed application advatages in comparison with other alternative.

Miniature stereoamplifier

The aim of this thesis was to design and construct a mains powered stereo power amplifier with minimal overall dimensions, equipped with a mute and tone/volume control circuit. The usage of an integrated power amplifier circuit was required. The circuit solution is based on a DC controlled integrated tone and volume control circuit LM1036, power amplifier TDA7262 and a number of supporting circuits for mute switching and temperature protection. An assembled sample of amplifier has 2 x 20 watts of output power, SNR 83,7 dB and a flat frequency response within the range of 3 dB for inputs from 16 to 20 000 Hz.

Analysis of accessible tourism in the chosen destination

The main examined theme of this bachelor's thesis is barrier-free tourism in the city Benešov and its surroundings. The aim is to give a comprehensive view of the level of accessible tourism in this destination. The introductory part of the thesis deals with the definition tourism, barrier-free tourism for the disabled, ways of integrating disabled people into society, the types of assistive devices that facilitate the movement, barrier-free buildings and transport and spa tourism. The second part focuses on the analysis of the accessible tourism in Benešov and its surroundings. The important part is own research, that helped to apply theoretical knowledge in practice. The last part is introducing a new project Barrier-free Maps (Mapy bez bariér).

Limitation

The aim of this thesis is to explain the legal term "limitations". This work is based on the new Law no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, which has been effective since 2014.The thesis compares the limitation according the new Civil Code with the Law no. 40/1964 Coll., The Civil Code and the Law no. 513/1991 Coll., The Commercial Code. The work describes specific changes, advantages, and disadvantages between the new and old legal arrangement. In terms of this paper there was made an analysis de lege lata. For clearer and more comprehensive explanation of the legal institution of limitation, in the literature review is described rulings or judicial decisions, judgments or resolutions. The main part of this thesis consists of two parts. In the first part is described how one company solves limitation of claims. After interview with executive manager was suggested Intercompany directive which can be helpful for the company. In the second part of main part are also specific examples of solutions limitation according to the Civil Code and Commercial Code

Legal aspects of limitation in civil law

The topic of my work was Legal aspects of limitation in civil law. Limitation is a legal institute which is connected with the flow of the time. By the limitation the law does not expire, but leads to its weakening. The aim of my work was a complex and understandable summary of this extensive issue. The analytical part contains a comprehensive overview of limitation according to previous and current legislation. The aim of the new legislation that has been effective since 1st January 2014 was not to initiate radical changes, but unite/integrate the previous dual legislation. Nevertheless, there have been several changes and there have been initiated several new clauses. These changes are described and explained in the comparative part of this work. The practical part of the work is focused on issue of limitation of debts in a specific company. The practical part is based on an interview that I made with a managing director of a company. On the basis of the interview with the managing director I have created instructions inside the company that adjust limitation of debts.

Limits of organic farming on arable land in the Czech Republic - experiences of organic farmers

The aim of the thesis has been to investigate what are the most limiting aspects for ecological farmers in terms of their arable soil management. Furthermore, in which parts of valid legislation can the questioned individuals see the biggest limitations of their activity and, on the other hand, which limits aren´t the problem for them. The method of questionnaire research have been used to investigate the limitations. The questionnaire information were processed during the personal visits of the agriculturers at the place of their business. From the questionnaire survey has ensued that a small range of anti-weed, anti-plant pests and diseases agents, unsatisfactory market with ecological generative material, meeting of a nitrogen dose being applied in farm produced fertilizers, which is assesed at the height of 170 kg N/ ha per year, limitate the farmers having been questioned. Furthermore, the farmers expressed their feeling of being limited with the height of purchase and redemption price of products and with the dotations administration for which they don´t ask regularly.

Solving receivables in company Kodak Czech

This presented dissertation is focused to clarify the problems of recievebles and its relation with income tax in term of formation, limitation, creation adjustement receivebles and one-time depreciation in Kodak Czech company. In first part of my dissertation I have aimed to problem of recievebles in term of its formation and methods of securing. In theoretical part I was concerned with relation of adjustement receivables i from both accounting and taxing point of view and also receivables depreciation. In practical part of my dissertation I was studying receivables after due date in particular company. This part contains methods of managing and solution of receivables after due date. In this part I have also introduced a new system preventing from creation of demands after due date {--} credit system. Last part was focused on receivables after due date and its impact on lowering of tax duty. Main targets were focused on calculation part of demands in term of creation of rectifying and tax items and its depreciation. In conclusion I have summrized the results of my analysis and came up with new ways of demand securing for the company.
