Legal acting
Skřejpek, Jakub ; Salač, Josef (advisor) ; Švestka, Jiří (referee)
- Legal actions Jakub Skřejpek Key words: Legal actions, manifestation of the will, interpretation Legal actions are generally classified as legal facts, which have effect on the creation, modification and termination of legal actions. Legal actions occur in the sphere of civil law. Legislation of legal actions is included in the current Civil Code, which also provides what conditions must be satisfied to make a legal act valid and vice versa, which is an invalid legal act, either absolutely or relatively. To be valid, a legal act must be a manifestation of the will, which is directed specifically to the creation, modification or termination of a legal relationship and the law must connect such a manifestation of the will with legal consequences. This legal specification is in the Civil Code. In the current draft of the new Civil Code, however, such a definition of legal actions is missing, and are specified only the consequences of legal actions. You can expand, that the validity of any legal action depends on the expression of the will of the acting person, which must be capable of acquiring rights and duties. The validity of the legal action is necessary for the expression of the will of the person to be free, serious, specific and comprehensive enough. It must not be done in distress or under...

The Feast
Orel Tomáš, Jakub ; Šejn, Miloš ; Ruller, Tomáš
For the realization of forest feast, I chose the form of a happening, and consciously find myself on the edge of art and ritual. I see art as both artifacts created a situation for forest receptions, so the process of formation and reflection receptions, concept or screenplay. Different variants of scenarios that stand in zákadě events I describe below in thinking about work. Also, the script for which I have reached the gradual development considerations, is to read the below invitation to the event, enclosed in the picture. A Feast For example, in ancient Greece began and ended the festival of sacrifice to the gods. I decided to accentuate this motive. The victim from receiving food, waiver of thanksgiving everyday dish deepens, it becomes a conscious activity. In the Christian world has in this sense, the greatest significance of the Last Supper, its symbolism are the most important ritual in the Christian Mass. The feast of Christ gradually became a major theme in the history of art to the modernist and contemporary design. However, I wanted to draw your own version of a symbolic feast as it is for me the key theme of the relationship between man and nature, I placed a feast to the natural landscape. That is my role model in the theater of orgies and mysteries Herman Nitsch and installation Woman House Dinner Party by Judy Chicago. My happening also counts with people, which is thought imminent. Already during previous meetings with small domestic fire, we realized that it is an intimate ritual and should be well participants choose to debate with them about the situation, well brighten intention. Some of the invited guests with my thoughts directly disagreed and refused to participate. That's why I later reviewed, it is a community event. Close relationships that are fundamental perception of that experience helps a reality shared apartment, in the city center on Minority 12. Here, daily life is characterized by the features of a small community. One of the reasons why some invitees refused participation is likely that not so common reality. They do not have a clear awareness of the artistic realities and contexts that allow action should be viewed with a certain detachment, as a result of some conceptual activity of the author. Flavor through community acquires a more significant role if Ideally happening repeat (turns into a ritual), but this time actually with cultivars, products directly in preparation for this purpose. So in terms of actual conscious experience of the origin of food and the principle of submission (the victim): That is their commitment to a particular location to maintain the robust earth energy. The issue of my presentation happening is an issue. I think there is a need, the essence lies in the internal happenings and common experiences of the people involved. Therefore I kept an open space, which form when presenting choose. During implementation, however, consistently work documents. Some moments, however, are not transferable camera. Thus documenting the needs of the thesis and its presentation. Ideally, in the future feasts I want to accentuate documentation retreat.

Sources and Importance of Natural Antioxidants for Human Health
Frühaufová, Lenka ; Rambousková, Jolana (advisor)
Existence of free radicals as participants in biological processes, scientists expected at the beginning of the 20th century . Given the characteristics of these substances, their instability and very short half-life , however, was their exploring challenging to impossible , and therefore a deeper learning to occur with the development of relevant research methods. Hand in hand with uncovering secrets and patterns of oxidative damage to biological macromolecules occurred to focus attention also to a system that is capable of this action prevent and maintain a balance in the cell , the antioxidant system . It is formed diverse group of substances of enzymes catalyzing redox reactions through plasma proteins to substances that the human body is not capable of self- produce and must be obtained from food . The subject of the research are now interaction of both systems and applications, primarily acquired knowledge into practice. What is the role of free radicals in the pathogenesis of disease states such as cardiovascular disease or malignancy ? How to participate in prenatal damage to the fetus ? They are involved in the aging process ? Together with obtaining answers to these and many other questions are logically appears another : we can use substances having antioxidant effects in preventing or treating...

Problems of Indications Rides Emergency Medical Services
DVOŘÁK, Jiří
The bachelor thesis deals with the issues addressed at the dispatching center of the emergency medical service. The indication of actions by emergency medical service has been a topical issue in the debate on provision of pre-hospitalization emergency care. In 2012 the dispatching center for the South Bohemian region was centralized in České Budějovice. The center managing the operations has acquired a more comprehensive overview of positions and activities of all emergency medical crews. This has also changed the approach to crew deployment coordination. The dispatcher now coordinates crews in action in the entire region, being the only person responsible for the correct procedure. The most important aid used by the dispatcher is a list of indications which describes various situations and procedures to deal with them. However, the list includes only situations when the action by the emergency medical service is required. The list of indications is issued by the provider of the emergency medical service based on the Act No 374/2011 Coll., on emergency medical services, and the Decree 240/2012 Coll., implementing the act. The research was conducted at the emergency medical dispatching center in České Budějovice. A qualitative method of research was selected as the most appropriate. The respondents were employees of the emergency medical dispatching center who are in charge of coordination. A part of the respondents performed both the function of emergency calls receiving and the function of operative management of crews. Semi-structured interviews with 15 questions were conducted with the respondents. The questions focused both on receiving of emergency calls and operative management of crews and they concerned primarily the urgency levels N3 and N4. A substantial part of the interview concerned the list of indications and confrontation of formalized and intuitive procedures in decision.-making by the operators. During the interviews the respondents were asked additional questions to ensure maximum accuracy of the answers. Tables or diagrams were used for several questions to obtain some quantitative results in order to determine prevailing opinions or facts among the operators. It should be noted that the data are approximate and have low validity due to the low number of the respondents. The surveyed group consisted nine of operators of both genders, different ages and different lengths of experience in the health sector. The research has shown that the operators use alternative options in ca. 10% of cases. They are very well familiar with the issues of indication of actions by the emergency medical service. Differences in decision-making result from a greater or smaller willingness to be exposed to risks of forensic consequences. The issue of indication of actions by the emergency medical service keeps developing. The general efforts head towards maximum formalization of the procedures to relieve the operators from their legal liability. The thesis maps procedures used in the emergency medical dispatching center and it may be used as a study material for medical workers who need more information about the issue.

Study of interaction of antimicrobial peptides with cells in culture
Kroupová, Hilda ; Stiborová, Marie (advisor) ; Votruba, Ivan (referee)
In English The thesis deals with research of novel antimicrobial peptides (AMP) Halictines (HAL-1, GMWSKILGHLIR-NH2 a HAL-2, GKWMSLLKHILK-NH2) and their structural analogs isolated from the venom of the wild bee Halictus sexcinctus. The structure and antimicrobial activity of these peptides had been described earlier [1]. The goal of this diploma thesis is to find peptide which is strongly toxic only for cancer cells and nontoxic for normal cells. Using of the fluorescent marked peptides we aimed to acquire the information about mechanism of action of the studied peptides on the cells. Using the MTT test (determination of valuation IC50), the toxicity of HAL-1 and HAL-2 and their analogs against 2 normal cell lines (Human umbilical vein endothelial cells, HUVEC, and normal rat intestinal cells, IEC) and against 2 cancer cell lines (cancer cells of suppository uterine, HeLa-S3 and cancer cells of human colorectal carcinoma, CRC SW 480) was determined. First we tested antimicrobial peptides with antimicrobial activity and low hemolytic activity. For verification the toxicity of less active analogs was also determined. We found out that the HeLa-S3 cells are the most sensitive to these peptides. The most toxic peptides (HAL-1/9, HAL-1/18, HAL-2/2) kill 50% of cells in the concentration 2,5 - 10 µM. To obtain...

Malaria: the global challenge
Nicholson, Ashley ; Dáňová, Jana (advisor)
More than half the world's population is at risk from malaria, with up to 500 million cases each year and more than one million deaths directly resulting from the disease. Those at highest risk from the disease are people living in endemic areas, travelers to endemic areas, small children and pregnant women. Malaria is a constant risk to the overall health of the global population. Treatment of malaria depends on the species of infecting parasite, the area where the infection was acquired and its drug resistance status, the clinical status of the patient, any co-morbidities, pregnancy, drug allergies or other medications taken by the patient. Proper treatment of malaria will shorten its duration, prevent complications and help to avoid the majority of deaths. Currently the best available treatment is a combination of drugs known as artemisinin-based combination therapies (ACTs). This therapy works rapidly and has little or no resistance to date. In order to protect against the development we must combine drugs with different mechanisms of action against the same stages of the parasite. Malaria prevention includes vector control, chemoprophylaxis use and the future possibility of vaccine use. Vector control is achieved with the use of insecticide treated mosquito nets and indoor residual spraying of...
