Staff assessment process in the infant shools

The graduation closing work provides analyse of the actual state of Human Resource Management, focused to the workman efficiency evaluation procedure in the infant schools. The mentioned analyse offers full information about the forms and methods of assessment, applied by the school management, which of them are more commonly used and which criteria are the base point of their application. The document observes the variety of assessments between pedagogic and administrative staff and compares the applied evaluating procedures between single class schools and multi class schools. The document also figures out the adequate forms of rewards, which could be applied by school management for staff motivation and possibilities for benefits implementation in the educational system. This research were checked four hypotheses: 1. There isn't a difference between staff assessment of single class schools and multi class schools. 2. Most of the infant schools have formalized methods for staff evaluation. 3. The staff assessment is focused generally on the pedagogic part of the staff. 4. Most of the infant schools don't have ability for implementation any benefits as direct motivation of their staff. Means of usage this benefits haven't an effect on staff motivation.

Czech Republic's integration into European and world structures created for its citizens, and continue continue, favorable conditions for working abroad. In the exercise of his profession but and beyond, however, can affect a number of diseases, injuries or complications that result in their early return. This is the same time as the risks identical conditions at home and the extensive and interesting issues specific to different risk environment. And the second group is dedicated to The following thesis, motivated by a desire to create their comprehensive overview, assessment of factors facilitating their establishment and identify appropriate advice and recommendations. They are given in terms of Prevention, therefore, do not discuss questions of therapy in the expression of the disease. The text is divided into five chapters. The first offers insight into the health problems of traveling alone, because at the very the beginning of their journey in their own transport there are some health-threatening factors. Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and the Czech „Opt out“: Study 3.081

Bruselský summit Evropské rady přijal dne 30. 10. 2009 protokol k závěrům předsednictví. Protokol o uplatňování Listiny základních práv v České republice spočívá v tom, že se Česká republika začleňuje do protokolu č. 30 o uplatňování Listiny základních práv Evropské unie v Polsku a ve Spojeném království. Protokol č. 30 je už začleněn do Lisabonské smlouvy v jejím sjednaném znění. Znění protokolu pro Českou republiku bude (po jeho začlenění do smluvního základu v rámci přístupové smlouvy) shodné jako pro ostatní dva státy. Protokol č. 30 má dva články, dá se však rozdělit do 3 částí. Článek 1 odst. 1 se týká Listiny základních práv EU jako celku, článek 1 odst. 2 se v podstatě týká sociálních práv, článek 2 se týká interpretace určitých pojmů použitých v rámci Listiny základních práv EU. Protokol č. 30 Lisabonské smlouvy a tedy i „český“ protokol, až bude začleněn do smluvního základu EU, vytvoří pro Soudní dvůr více explicitních překážek, pokud by snad chtěl rozšířit pravomoci EU i mimo dosud dané hranice a aplikovat Listinu základních práv EU jako obecně a přímo účinné právo EU. Po prozkoumání protokolu je nutno konstatovat, že obyvatelé České republiky přijetím „českého“ protokolu o žádná práva (ve srovnání s ostatními členskými státy EU) nepřichází. Vnitrostátní soudy i Soudní dvůr nebo další orgány budou moci použít všechna ustanovení Listiny základních práv EU pro interpretaci výkonu všech smluvních pravomocí Unie jak v České republice, tak ve shodném rozsahu v ostatních členských státech.
