VÝVOJ MIKROSATELITŮ U NEMODELOVÝCH DRUHŮ ŽIVOČICHŮ

This thesis is a compilation of six publications describing development of microsatellite markers for four mammal species and five insect species. Most of these species are endangered and the aim of developing microsatellites was their use in conservation-genetic studies. The thesis thus represents a contribution to methodological tools for investigation of endangered animals. Different approaches were used for the development of the loci, including inovative pyrosequencing, which represents a trend in DNA analyses with variety of practical aplications. Besides other things, this thesis documents increasing availability of the most modern molecular biology methods and their utilization in classical biological disciplines such as zoology, botany and ecology.

The Public Procurement for the Supplies

The thesis deals with the theme of procurement of supplies in the Czech Republic from its beginnings to the present in the context of legal and economic developments. The current situation is analyzed on the basis of the Public Procurement Act, in connection with monitoring the preparation and adoption of new legislation. Legal issues will be extended by an overview of relevant laws and evaluate the problems in the formation of tender documents for the conclusion of framework agreements for the supply and reviewing compliance with the principles of the Act on financial control in public administration. Theme in the application of profiling on public procurement, focusing on a framework agreement designed to capture recurring delivery. The study is supplemented with practical experience in the field of public procurement for the conclusion of framework agreements, provides an analysis of the positive and negative aspects of this method of procurement, including proposed solutions. The practical part is elaborated on the basis of a comparison of the specific tender documents with the statutory legislation, qualitative research and secondary data analysis of tender documents for contracts to supply a valid framework contracts signed by the selected organization in the years 2012-2016.

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
In the theoretical part of the work I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Regional Policy and its Role in Development of Pardubický Region

The Czech Republic through its European Union membership obtains a possibility at development projects to draw on financial support from the European funds. This diploma thesis deals with the regional policy in context of the European funds and the regional policy effect on the Pardubice Region development. The Regional policy (including its principles, tools and targets) and an evaluation of draw on possibilities of European subsidy instruments for regional development (in framework of Regional Operation Programmes) are described in the first part of the thesis. The second (main) part deals with an analysis of the projects realized in particular counties of the Pardubice Region during programme period 2007 2013. This analysis is realized with theoretical and practical experiences and based on available data and documents from Regional Council NUTS 2 Northeast. The main part of the thesis also contains a particular projects comparison based on information which had been obtained in interview with managers of the projects. This comparison gives information related to the impact on regional policy in the Pardubice Region.

History, assess the current state and prospects of development of viticulture at the Benedictine Order

The subject of this thesis is based on an analysis of documents assessing the evolution, current state and prospects of development of vine growing in the Benedictine order. The first part is devoted to the history and principles of the Rule of St. Benedict, according to the motto "Ora et labora" - Czech "pray and work" together with the basic division of the community with the spiritual order. The following chapter focuses on the development of the monastic winemaking at home and abroad that the problem also affects the Cistercians and their winery in Žernoseky. Part of the topic are also circumstances of expansion vines on the territory of Bohemia and Moravia and the related adaptation varietal charge on domestic vineyards. The last part deals with the origins and history of selected Benedictine monasteries with emphasis on their vineyard management, while also focuses on the past and current situation wineries of Benedictine order at us.

Death penalty

1 Death Penalty - Summary As the theme of my thesis, I've chosen the death sentence. Such sentence has accompanied the human society from the early times. From the history to these days, it helped to maintain the public order and the law enforcement. The public order was seen differently in each society and every historical stage. However, there was always one thing in common, it intended to protect life, safety, law enforcement and community rules. During the period of economic growth, abundance and prosperity, the society tends to treat law and public order intruders more liberally. The "western part" of civilization is currently at this evolution stage. Our country is firmly integrated into the European Union. There is a straightforward common understanding. The death penalty is prohibited and it has to be respected. The world tends away from the death penalty in general. I've outlined the questions to be addressed at the introduction part of the thesis. I structured the dissertation into ten chapters. Further supplements are attached to the material, including the photographic documentation provided on my own, deeds and other documents related to the topic. I explain the definition of the death sentence and its purpose in the first chapter. I introduce different theories about the purpose of the death...

Individual production of caravan

The topic of this thesis is individual construction of the O1 category caravan on
mass produced cargo trailer chasiss. For simplifying administrative processes, the whole
construction is done as a rebuild. Thesis is about workflow of construction, legislative
requirements and documents that need to be present to all neccesary autorities. In thesis the
whole idea of building a caravan is covered. It starts from documentation, then buing of mass
produced chasiss is described, the build itself is described and in the end there is information
about registering of completed caravan according to czech law 56/2001 Sb. - o podmínkách
provozu vozidel na pozemních komunikacích (law about requirements for road driven
vehicles). In the thesis the choice of ideal mass produced chasiss is described, materials used
for construction are defined and necessary homologated parts needed for legal registration are
labeled.

Life cycle and documentation of student projects

The aim of this work is to describe and compare student projects by time, range, sources, benefits, risks and quality and suggest possible ways of improvement in planning and organizing of these projects. First part of the work introduced theoretical overview in area of project management and the terms used in case study are listed and described. At first, there are described obtained information about specific projects that are the subject of comparison. From this information was analysed the state of use of the project management tools and the life cycle of student projects. This analysis shows information important to following comparison. Then, it was examined which factors positively or negatively influences the planning and organizing of projects. Subsequently, the proposal was drawn up to enhance the positive effects and reduce negative impacts on student projects. As an additional study then came the analysis of students' interest in participating in the Contest of Student Projects organized by the Department of Systems Engineering at the Faculty of Economics and Management of the University of Life Sciences in Prague.
