External Economic Balance of the Visegrad Group Countries
Goetzová, Lucie ; Burian, Stanislav (advisor) ; Milan Robin, Milan Robin (referee)
The thesis deals with the development of external economical balance indicators of the Visegrad Group countries according to specifically selected indicators. In the theoretical part of the thesis the emphasis is put on the balance of payments and the changes connected to the difference in comparison between the new methodology and the previous methodology. The critical values of the selected indicators are also defined here. In the practical part are selected and evaluated the internal indicator and the degree of economical openness within the limits of external and internal economical connectedness. The main part focuses on the development of the balance of payments and analysis of a current account and a financial account. The current account part of the thesis focuses on the performance evaluation of the account and on the initial pension account. The financial account part of the thesis focuses on the direct foreign investments. There is also an assessment of the level of Central bank intervention to balance the balance of payments. The next part of the thesis deals with the level and the rate of growth of the gross external debt and the development of exchange rates. In the resume of the thesis is a comparison between the Visegrad Group countries based on previously mentioned characteristics.

Micropropagation of Lippia dulcis Trev.
Zubíková, Alžběta ; Fernández Cusimamani, Eloy (advisor) ; Michaela, Michaela (referee)
Lippia dulcis Trev. (Verbenacea) is a perennial herb with a creeping stem from Central America. It is known for its healing properties for problems with the respiratory or digestive system, but also its sweet taste, which causes terpene hernandulcin because of which the leaves of Lippia dulcis Trev. are 1,000 times sweeter than sugar. Generatively, the plant reproduces by seeds and vegetatively by cuttings. The main objective of this study was to investigate the influence of cytokinins kinetin (KIN) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP) with the addition of auxin indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) on the growth and regeneration of plants from nodal segments Lippia dulcis Trev. in vitro conditions. Nodal segments were cultured on 6-variants of MS medium supplemented with growth regulators at concentrations of 0.5; 0.75 and 1.0 mg / l BAP and KIN with combination 0.5 mg / l IAA and one variant of pure MS medium as a control. Nodal explants were cultured for 35 days (the time of subculturing) and measured every 7 days. The following parameters were evaluated: regeneration, number of shoots, length of shoots, number of nodes, number and length of roots. The measurement results show that a combination of growth regulators auxin-cytokinin have no positive influence on the growth and regeneration Lippia dulcis Trev. in vitro conditions. The best regeneration (100%), growth (on an average length of the shoots 3.05 +- 1.42) and the highest number of newly created points (5.79 +- 2.4) occurred at the explants cultured on a clean MS medium without addition of growth regulators. Among the variant with pure MS and media variants with the addition of growth regulators are statistically significat defferences, but without a favorable influence on the development of nodal explants.

Typology of composite parts of the cultural landscape on sandstone bedrock.
Cimburová, Dorotea ; Veith, Tomáš (advisor) ; Halamová, Jana (referee)
This bachelor thesis deals with typology of structures built in sandstone bedrock and its relationship to natural conditions, primarily the relief. Its purpose is to compare and evaluate usage of typologies dealing with sandstone structures. Typologies of different authors are therefore at first compared in literature research. Afterwards, its usage is evaluated on the basis of terrain research. The research took place in the model area of Holans ponds. Found structure elements, which use sandstone bedrock, were photographed and then imported into the underlying map using GIS. Another aim is to evaluate the landscape structure in the model area. For this purpose, the geosystem approach is used. It is described in a larger detail in the literature researches. Landscape structure in this approach is divided into primary, secondary and tertiary structure. In this work, primary landscape structure is represented by the relief, secondary by the structures and tertiary by the intangible heritage protection of these buildings. This work deals with an assumption of mutual influence between elements of particular structures. The main emphasis is given on the relation between relief and buildings. To evaluate and confirm the hypothesis of a relation between relief and buildings, the Biogeographical division of Czech Republic II. part and the map of biochore is used. Both of them provide information about relief. Structure elements found in the model area were confronted with the map of biochore in GIS. In this way, the primary and secondary landscape structure of model area is described. To find example of relationship between structures and tertiary landscape structure the Central list of Cultural Heritage of Czech Republic was used. On the basis of terrain research the applications of particular typologies were confirmed and evaluated. It turned out that typologies of some authors are more applicable and suitable in the model area compared to others. Also, the hypothesis that particular elements of landscape structure of the model area interact with each other was confirmed.

Kejmar, Jiří ; Brožek, Jiří (advisor) ; Petr, Petr (referee)
The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the Microsoft .NET Framework, development environment Visual Studio and C # programming language issues. The practical part of the thesis deals with the Software management issues in company and the subsequent implementation of a customized solution. In the first part the practical part focuses on analysis of the current process which is based on defined requirements of the proposal for optimizing the processes of the central management software. This process is designed using a multi-layer architecture and includes a user interface on the ASP.NET platform, a central database SQLite, the internal logic of the system implemented using Windows system service and proposing a centralized repository of the source data, application scripts and installation records. In the second part focuses on the design and implementation of individual parts of the system. In the last chapter the verification methodology of the created prototype is introduced. The final evaluation summarizes the thesis, selected solutions and the results of the tests performed in a real environment. The created system allows the simple way to centrally manage applications in a company.

Bitchs pregnancy and aftercare about bitch and her puppies
Šírková, Eliška ; Chmelíková, Eva (advisor) ; Fiala Šebková, Naděžda (referee)
The period from the beginning of rutting, mating, pregnancy to birth and following birth time is a difficult period for the whole female dogs organism. The reproductive activity of a female dog is characteristic by physiological, ethological and somatic changes corresponding to each stage of this period. After setting of suitable time of mating, the progesteron level is detected by sampling of peripheral blood. Possible is also assessment of number of foetus by X-ray in time when puppies have ossified bones. Both of these methods can prove not only frequency of litters but also possible complications from side of mother or puppy. The hormonal activity is an important part of genitals during the pregnancy. Their activity and central control are an important factor for a normal development of a foetus and for a physiological birth. Some complications can happen during the birth because of the material or fetal causes. Material causes occur more than fetal ones and the most frequent complication is lack of contraction of the uterine muscles or the narrow pelvis. Fetal causes are less frequent but they are more serious. It can occur to wrong posture of a puppy in birth canals or a foetus can be abnormal big.

Diversity of insect communities of non-indigenous forests of black pine (Pinus nigra) in the western part of Central Bohemia
Tůmová, Klára ; Kadlec, Tomáš (advisor) ; Jakubíková, Lada (referee)
Due to the rapid intensification of agriculture, there were a bigger and more often habitat loss and their fragmentation. These led to the decreasing of the size of suitable habitats and their isolation. The isolation of landscape fragments is a basic geographical characteristic, which plays an important role in the ecological invasions. The invasions generally cause major economic damages and they affect the loss of biological diversity in the stands. In this work, we focused on the effects of black pine (Pinus nigra). This wood plant has been occurred in the Czech Republic since the Tertiary period and disappeared by the subsequent disintegration of continents. The aim of this study is to determine the influence of black pine (Pinus nigra) on the invertebrates compared with the native stands of scots pine (Pinus sylvetris). The experiment was conducted at 35 plots in Central Bohemia (18 plots of Scots pine, 17 plots of black pine). The invertebrates were captured by light traps. The total abundance and biomass of invertebrates were determined from the captured samples. From the processed data was not proven negative impact on non-native black pine to overall abundance and biomass of invertebrates. This fact is most likely due to the phylogenetic relationship of both pine species. There were not found any differences in abundance and biomass of most herbivorous groups of invertebrates. However, in the black pine stands was reported a higher incidence of carnivorous species of invertebrates. The stands of the black pine have no negative impact on number of invertebrates in the Czech Republic, actually there was demonstrated even higher affinity of carnivorous species of invertebrates to the black pine trees.

Population density of the red deer (Cervus elaphus) and forest damage in Křivoklát region (Central Bohemia, Czech Republic)
Faifr, Michal ; Červený, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Mrkvičková Kořanová, Diana (referee)
The aim of this study was to determine the population density of deer in the area Křivoklátsko. To detect a population density was used counting dung piles. The work is also characteristic of the whole monitored area, and the deer (Cervus elaphus), which Krivoklatsko abundant. This work also discussed the various census followed by a focus on the method of counting dung piles. Furthermore, it evaluates the incidence not only of deer in forests and damages, as well as the presence of sika deer (Cervus nippon), roe deer (Capreolus capreolus), wild boar (Sus scrofa) and fallow deer (Dama dama) and damage them caused. In this study also highlighted the amount of catch deer in both areas, compared with known population density of deer. In the discussion we discussed the pros and cons of methods of counting dung piles and accuracy of results.

Landscape development of the former military area Milovice - Mladá
Pavelka, Libor ; Pecharová, Emilie (advisor) ; Barbara, Barbara (referee)
This work deals with the territorial development of the former cadastral area Mlada to which belonged also the former military area Milovice - Mlada. The special interest area of 1460 ha is located in the Central Bohemia, approximately 40 km northeast of Prague, between the towns Benatky nad Jizerou and Nymburk. The purpose of this study is comparing the land use/land cover in individual time periods documenting important historical events and current status. To make this study maps from the Stable cadastre from 1842 and aerial photographs from years 1954, 1999 and 2015 were used. Subsequently, the data were processed using a geographic system. A field research carried out in 2015 with a self-evaluation is an integral part of this study. A carried out analysis helped to found out that decisive effect on the land use was caused by the presence of the army and the resultant deforested areas - training grounds. Gradually, there was a sharp decline in agricultural land, particularly arable land, but also the felling of trees stands. Now the former military activity and the absence of agriculture in this area have created a unique habitat of extraordinary scientific value. Based on field research it can be stated that particular localities Pozorovatelna and nature reserve under the Benatecky vrch provide a valuable refuge for rare plant and animal species. The planned construction of a polygon for a test drive of Skoda Auto cars, which should take place in 2002 in Pozorovatelna, could probably lead to the eventual devastation of the area, which could cause irreparable damages to this area.

Parasitic diseases of Australian parrot species
Rasochová, Karolína ; Jankovská, Ivana (advisor) ; Husák, Tomáš (referee)
Australian parrot species can host many species of parasites. Parasitic diseases affects both parrots kept in captivity and living wild. This work is compiled as a literary review and provides a summary of most parasites with confirmed presence at the Australian species of parrots. Many parasites species have been detected recently. The presence of new species is confirmed also for parrots kept in Central Europe (coccidia Sarcocystis calchasi) including the Czech Republic (parasitic protozoa Leucocytozoon spp., roundworm Ascaridia platyceri). Parasitic infections may be detected trough examining samples from living parrots (feces, blood, tissues) or trough necropsy of died individuals (histopatology). In psittacines, protozal infections have been described (phylum Metamonada and Apicomplexa). Giardiasis, coccidiosis, cryptosporidiosis and blood parasites (Plasmodium spp., Leucocytozoon spp., Haemoproteus spp.) are among the most frequent. Australian parrot species are among the most frequent hosts of nematodes roundworms (Ascaridia spp.) and capillaries (Capillaria spp.). Regarding the strain Fungi, presence of Encephalitozoon hellem which causes microsporidiosis which primarily occurs in humans with acquired immunodeficiency has also been identified in psittacines. This makes it a potentially zoonotic disease. As of the ectoparasites, those most important representatives from the variety of species of parasitic mites and insects are mentioned. The life cycle of the parasites, their pathogenicity, ways of transmission, clinical signs in affected individuals, diagnosis and treatment options have been described.
