Psychological care design concept for cardiocenter

in English My thesis is focused on integration of diagnostic and terapeutic methods of clinical psychology into the concept of contemporary cardiology. Modern medicine consider not only somatic aspects of patient's ilness, but also the aspects of personalitie's diferencies and needs. Psychologist applies the knowledge of psychological theories and psychophysiological mechanisms into the field of clinical diagnostic and treatment thinking about the individual patient. (A) Psychologic treatment of in-patients involves: (1) Crisis intervention (KI), i.e. treatment of the patients with urgent psychological difficulties. Cisis intervention presents the most indicated type of intervention in in-patiet's psychological treatment. (2) Pre-operative psychological care before recent cardiothoracic surgical intervention reduces patient's distress in pre-operational and post-operational period. (3) Individual approach to problematic personalities can significantly improve cooperation with medical staff. (B) Specific psychological problems of cardiac out-patients involves: (1) Depressive disorder developes after the frustating exposure of medical problems. The hospital of St. Paul in Prague

The institution of St. Paul 's Hospital in Prague belongs to social-charitable institutions that had taken care of the needed poor, ill, old, widows and orphans in the early modern period. The history of St. Paul 's Hospital had taken place in the area behind Poříčská brána and after the thirty year 's war in so called Temple. Certain amount of information, explaining not only economic and administrative functioning of St. Paul 's Hospital but also the history of day-to-day activities of the inhabitants, has been preserved in the hospital books in the Archive of the capital city Prague. The diploma thesis analyses material background of the hospital, the system of hospital donations, the administrative organisation with an accessible list of hospital clerks, and the quantity of care that the hospital was offering. In the list of the history of St. Paul 's Hospital there is also enumeration of duties and rules that had to be followed in order to stay in the hospital as well as references to the conditions and reasons for the admission of hospital applicants. Observation of the satisfaction with care in community services for people with mental disorder

This work is focused on satisfaction with care in mental health services. In the theoretical part we will deal with generally statisfaction, next we will focus on the satisfation with care and various aspects of this satisfaction. And then we put the emphasis on mental disorder and treatment, community care and we tried chart the surveys dealing with the satisfaction. In the practical part we charted various aspects of care which related with the satisfaction. On basis gained results we generate the questionnaire and then was realized the pilot survey with sample of community services users. The results showed that reliability (measured by Cronbach's alpha) is good, but showed that the questionnaire must be partial adjusted. Our findings shoved that overall satisfaction is good. The best was assessed the admission to patients and communication, on the contrary availability was assessed worse.

Congenital Cleft lip and palate in the Czech Republic is one of the most occurring congenital defects. Neural tube defect is a complex disabilities whose treatment requires multudisciplinární approach and guides the individual from birth to adulthood. It represents the life of the victim, especially during childhood , adolescence and young adolescence , a number of complications that manifested in virtually all areas of life affected people and have biological, psychological and socio-economic manifestations and consequences. primarily, the defect negative functional consequences of biting , swallowing, breathing and making the voice and speech. Aesthetically affects facial triangle, which most affects the appearance of the face. Isolated defect is not lethal or associated with mental defect , but in up to 20 % may be associated with an associated morphological disabilities. damage to the face has a significant impact on the self-image of the affected individual , the reaction of the environment may be another source of stress. The consequences of defects is significantly reflected in the claims asked to close the affected individual , in particular the family. Ethics of clinical research provided in intensive care by nurses.

This presented gradual thesis deal with problems connected with research projects provided by nurses in cooperation with doctors on Coronary Intensive Unit in the IKEM hospital Praha. The exact name of this thesis is - Ethics of clinical research provided in intensive care by nurses. This thesis is composed from two parts - theoretical and practical. Theoretical part is divided into the seven parts. The first chapter descripe a develop of relationship between the doctor and patient whitch is very important especially during the research studies. The second chapter is focus on problems of informed consent area. Describe its historical development and process its standardization in big hospitals. The third chapter contain an information about ethicall comitte and its role in medical researchs. Fourth chapter contain some information about development and changes in documents important in research area. Nursing as a area for research is mentioned and discuss in five part of this thesis together with supervision which is very important in research too. Part six try to solve a problems connected with competention of nurses in the Czech republic in research area. The last seven part try to explain the meaning of some research studies, which are actualy running on Coronary Department in the IKEM Praha hospital....
