Implementation of enterprise information system in the selected company

This thesis deals with the implementation of enterprise information system in the selected company. The theoretical part provides information from the field of information systems, which are complemented by the analysis of internal and external environment, the strengths and weaknesses, and the method of selection of the information system. In the practical part briefly describes the selected information system and the company, where the information system was implemented. Furthermore, the current information system is analyzed by the HOS 8 method, from which the targets for the implementation of a new information system was set. At the end of the practical part I will compare the system before implementation and the system after implementation with the HOS 8 analysis, which is the main goal of this thesis.

Aplication of multicriteria decision in rating of services

The aim of dissertation is to analyse provided services in chosen area and evaluate them by quantitative methods. At the beginning of thesis there are delimited theoretical terms connected with this area. For practital part was chosen few companies for comparison by chosen multicriteria method, which was evaluated and was chosen best company by results of method. At the end of thesis are introduced suggestions for services improvement of companies.

Strategic management in chosen municipality

This work deals with strategic management in a village called Borkovice a with the options and suggestions to improve current situation. In introductury theoretical part is described problematice of municipality and its management, cooperation of municipality with subjects from public sector, financial budget of municipality, problematic of strategic management with the most used analyses for rating of level of strategic management. At the beggining of application section there is described the current status of strategic management in Borkovice. This part of work is focused on strategic analyses PESTE analysis, SWOT analysis and there are also included two activities contained with the subscription of current status in village survey, guided interview with Borkovice´s major. Third part of application section is focused on characteristics of chosen subjects (municipalities Řepeč and Malšice) and usage of benchmarking to compare situation between Řepeč, Borkovice, Malšice. After that follows point evaluation and definition of stong and weak factors of municipality Borkovice. The last part includes suggestions to change current status and eliminate weaknesses of municipality Borkovice.

Communication in chosen organization

The aim of this thesis is the evaluation of the level of communication and the proposing of some changes that can result to the improvement of communicational processes.General communication process and its function in the organization is thoroughly described in the theoretical part of this thesis by means of literary resources.The practical part of the thesis focuses on the particular communication process in the firm named ABL Tools in Písek.The analysis is based on basic methods, such as: interrogation, observation and interviewing. Conclusions of the analysis and results will be provided to the manager of ABL Tools. These suggestions could be useful as a guideline to improve a current level of communication processes in the organization.

Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in a Small Company

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration of the employees in the selected company. The main goal is to make an analysis of motivation and remuneration in the company MA-DONA s.r.o. and to make a suggestion to improve these processes. . In the theoretical part the basic concepts related to the topic are explained. In the practical part there is the characteristic of the selected company, the way as the company motivates their employees and which form of remuneration they use. To view the facts there is used the research consists of a questionnaire with employees and interview with the manager. The outcome of this work is a suggestion for an improvement of the motivation and remuneration processes in the company.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze education system in the selected company, evaluation of the system and suggestion some changes to improvement. The rewiew of literature introduces the teoretical basis of education employees. The practical part describes current education system in the company KOVOSVIT MAS in Sezimovo Ústí and according to the identified shortcomings suggestions for improvement are designed.

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
In the theoretical part of the work I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Free Time Institutions for Youth up to 18 Years

Bachelor thesis deals with chosen institution for free time of children and youth. Theoretical
part is delimited for definitions of basic terms related to free time. Influence of environment
on education and educational activities and also patologies are described here. Other chapters
are dealing with definitions of leisure time spending, leisure time activities and insitutions.
Analytical part includes analysis of selected institution. The analysis is focused on
equipment, staff, services and financing. The aim is to find out whether the organization
fulfills its mission and has enough money. In the beggining of analytical history of the
institution and basic information are introduced. The results of the analysis are reviewed and
recommendations for improvement are made at the end.
