Motivation and Remuneration of the Employees in a Small Company

This bachelor thesis is dedicated to the motivation and remuneration of the employees in the selected company. The main goal is to make an analysis of motivation and remuneration in the company MA-DONA s.r.o. and to make a suggestion to improve these processes. . In the theoretical part the basic concepts related to the topic are explained. In the practical part there is the characteristic of the selected company, the way as the company motivates their employees and which form of remuneration they use. To view the facts there is used the research consists of a questionnaire with employees and interview with the manager. The outcome of this work is a suggestion for an improvement of the motivation and remuneration processes in the company.

In the theoretical part I describe the explanation of basic concepets such as income, expenses, municipal budget and financial analysis. The practical part of this thesis describes the general and economic activity of the municipality, the overal assessment and its future development

The introduction of quality management system according to ISO 9001

The thesis describes the design process and the documents required to meet the standards associated with the effective implementation of a quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in organization Zinková slévárna - Ing. Karel Dítě.
In the theoretical part of the work I explain the basic concepts and issues relating to the use of literature associated with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. This section also describes the general process for implementing the standards within an organization. Following on from this, I have used the knowledge gained from the theoretical section within the practical part of the thesis.
The practical part of my work includes a description of the selected organization from several perspectives - it is a focus, organizational structure, customer and supplier portfolio. This section also analyses the current state of the organization and includes a proposal to meet the ISO standards. The final section contains the documents necessary for the implementation of ISO 9001 within the organization, so that the quality management system corresponds to the prescribed standards.

Implementation, management and appraisal of process management in a logistic firm

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of process management. The goal of the thesis is to identify the processes in given firm using the graphic process map. Process mapping is performed through several methods -participation in mapping processes, observation and one-to-one interviews.
The practical part of the thesis contains situation analysis. PEST analysis is used to describe the macro environment, defining the political, economical, social and technological environment in the Czech Republic. In terms of analysis of business area, the thesis deals with parcel logistics and e-commerce. In order to analyse the competition, the Porter´s five forces analysis is applied. The analytical part also contains the SWOT analysis.
In the end of the thesis, the business process improvements are suggested by the author based on the conclusions of performed analyses.

Free Time Institutions for Youth up to 18 Years

Bachelor thesis deals with chosen institution for free time of children and youth. Theoretical
part is delimited for definitions of basic terms related to free time. Influence of environment
on education and educational activities and also patologies are described here. Other chapters
are dealing with definitions of leisure time spending, leisure time activities and insitutions.
Analytical part includes analysis of selected institution. The analysis is focused on
equipment, staff, services and financing. The aim is to find out whether the organization
fulfills its mission and has enough money. In the beggining of analytical history of the
institution and basic information are introduced. The results of the analysis are reviewed and
recommendations for improvement are made at the end.

Cost development and ways of cost calculation in selected commodity

Bachelor thesis deals with ways of estimating costs for sugar beet in FADN and ZOD Potěhy. The theoretical part describes sugar beet from the biological point of view, its occurrence, inclusion in crop rotation and soil preparation, which is divided into fall and spring. Method of sowing affects the yield od sugar beet, as well as treating the soil before sowing. In conclusion cropped and sugar beet must be taken to a refinery. This section describes the costs and their classification. Methodological part deals with cost calculation, calculation methods, both overall and costs of sugar beet. It also describes profitability and its evaluation, time series and trend functions. The practical part evaluates the total area sown in the years 1995 - 2014, area sown with diabetes in the years 1995 - 2014, the total harvest of sugar beet in the years 1995 - 2014 and price developments relating to sugar beet growing. It also states costs for FADN in the years 2003 - 2012, support for this crop and its profitability. At the end gives the total income and expenses in ZOD Potěhy in years 2009 - 2013 and the costs and revenues for diabetes in 2014.

The effectiveness of the selected investments

This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, or if the theoretical part deals with lighting term investments and investment decisions. It is classified in the individual investment in terms of finance and management, and there are defined basic investment phase of the pre-investment phase to the phase of completion and disposal. They are also in the analytical part, outlined the basic sources of investment financing and the methods by which the individual investments evaluated. It defines both the criteria and factors that decide on the implementation of the selected investments. The second part, a practical part focuses already on one particular company, the aim of this section is to compare the knowledge of theoretical and confirm or refute the decision about the effectiveness of selected investments directly for the company. It is an analysis of the impact of investments in the capital of the Company as well as its future benefits. In case of refusal, it is necessary to offer another form of corporate capital utilization.
