Tato diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První, nebo-li teoretická část se zabývá osvětlením termínu investice a investiční rozhodování. Jsou v ní klasifikovány jednotlivé investice z hlediska finančního i manažerského a jsou zde vymezeny základní fáze investic od fáze předinvestiční až po fázi ukončení a likvidaci. Zároveň jsou v analytické části, nastíněny základní zdroje financování investic a metody, pomocí kterých jsou jednotlivé investice hodnoceny. Vymezuje jak kritéria, tak faktory, které rozhodují o realizaci vybrané investice. Druhá část práce, tedy část praktická se zaměřuje již na jeden konkrétní podnik, kdy cílem této části je porovnat znalosti z části teoretické a potvrdit či vyvrátit rozhodnutí o efektivnosti vybrané investice přímo pro konkrétní podnik. Jedná se o analýzu vlivu investice na kapitál společnosti a zároveň na její budoucí přínosy. V případě zamítnutí je nutno nabídnou jinou formu využití firemního kapitálu. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first, or if the theoretical part deals with lighting term investments and investment decisions. It is classified in the individual investment in terms of finance and management, and there are defined basic investment phase of the pre-investment phase to the phase of completion and disposal. They are also in the analytical part, outlined the basic sources of investment financing and the methods by which the individual investments evaluated. It defines both the criteria and factors that decide on the implementation of the selected investments. The second part, a practical part focuses already on one particular company, the aim of this section is to compare the knowledge of theoretical and confirm or refute the decision about the effectiveness of selected investments directly for the company. It is an analysis of the impact of investments in the capital of the Company as well as its future benefits. In case of refusal, it is necessary to offer another form of corporate capital utilization.
