These procedures should eliminate a decrease in traffic to a minimum. The practical part shows the functionality of the procedures described in the theoretical part of the work on real cases of websites of various sectors and the difficulties of those sites that have ignored these recommendations or not incorporated them correctly.

Process management and its use for optimization
Drahorádová, Lucie ; Tichá, Ivana (advisor) ; Lucie, Lucie (referee)
The subject of thesis Process management and its use in optimization is drafting process change in real company and its subsequent implementation. The work focuses on the steps important to the change process, their explanation and subsequent use in practical part. Thesis is divided into two main parts. First part is a theoretical background of the process management and a development of this sector, explanation of key concepts closely related with process management to a description of a specific methods, which play a role in the process of company management.Next part is a practical part where most of the theoretical background was used. Practical work itself is a real-world example of the banking environment, where was actually implemented. Because of a limited possibility to publish the practical part, I do not mention a particular company and the data used for the preparation example are type data - these are not real data. However, the implementation of process changes was set this way and works now, and since it was the optimization, it is therefore expected that this change will bring its savings in the future. Since the implementation of the changes has already occurred, even this assumption was fulfilled and set change of process still generates its savings.

Assess the current state of nutrition of horses in the specific stables and proposal optimal doses according to the their performance
Burcalová, Helena ; Mudřík, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Václav, Václav (referee)
This work deals with calculations of feed rations of selected thoroughbred horses at the High School of Horse Racing in Prague together with an assessment of economic aspects of horse feeding. The school is mainly focused on the education of jockeys, which means that the work with horses has to conform to the school requirements that need not meet the ideal feeding rhythm of the horses. United Kingdom norms were compared to the selected Czech norms. Focus was mainly on the racing season, which provides direct comparison of the feed rations with the horses results in the races. The racing season has the highest energetic requirements that need to take into account not only the requirements for the races themselves but also for the resting periods. Feed rations were measured and fed in precise time intervals. Main feeds were oats, hay, bran and Spillers feeds. During the assessment period a negative side - effect of high temperatures during consecutive heat - wave periods was observed. This aspect may prove important in the future and needs to be taken into account not only for feeding but for the entire horse training. Out of five examined horses, exceedance of digestible energy requirements was observed with two horses and underestimation with one horse. For two of them the anomaly was in norm. However, the horse with the highest exceedance was experiencing difficulties with feeding, always leaving a part of the ration intact. This made it necessary to adapt the rations to a higher figure than calculated. Economic aspect of horse feeding needs to be taken into account. The feeding expenses can be decreased by a suitable selection of a feeding mix, however the savings in this regard are not fundamental.

For the transport company, it is important to define these factors and then these factors follow. Transport companies define standards of quality, their use offers a quality service that passengers expect. The character of public transportation and primarily functionality and efficiency greatly affect the quality of life of the population, respectively passengers. The goal of this taskis not only to analyze the current situation, but especially to suggest some optimization of the state, in the sense just to meet requirements and expectations of passengers. Finishing this optimization is conditional on economic efficiency, technical conditions and backgrounds, so they were within the proposed optimization takes into account these factors. Overall, in the context of optimizing it is a need to meet very specific groups of passengers, such as the elderly and children, as well as adjust the location and nearby bus stops and accessible by public transportation strategic points in the area (hospitals, schools, shopping centers). The task at least it draws attention to the major shortcomings in this sphere and the goal to propose possible solutions.

Planning of routes for traveling salesmen in ELIOD servis, s.r.o.
Huzincová, Karolína ; Houška, Milan (advisor) ; Martina, Martina (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to investigate, optimize and suggest new routes to the sales representative of the company ELIOD service, s.r.o. who travels around the entrusted business partners through the Pilsen and Karlovy Vary Region. There are many possible routes´ variations in such a large entrusted region, how gradually go round the customers and take into consideration the requirements for frequency of visiting them. From this point of view, the selection of optimal routes must be done very carefully to a sales representative ran the minimum kilometers and his ride was effective in fuel consumption and in time savings as well as. To optimize the routes it will be used the methods of multiple-routes traveling salesman problem, i.e. Mayer's method and then finally computer program TSPKOSA - branch and bound method, which is the optimal method for solving problems of such magnitude. In the literature review will be presented methods for solving the transport problems. The case study will be performed by using the methods that are mentioned in the literature review and they will solve the given problem in a practical way. From the description of the company and its specific needs, requirements for the sales representative through using the methods for given problem up to achievement of optimized calculations and the best option of the resulting circuit
