Psychrotrophic lipolytic bacteria and content of free fatty acids in bulk samples of cow?s raw milk
MIKULOVÁ, Magda
The objective of the study was to analyze the relationship of psychrotrophic lipolytic bacteria in bulk samples of cow?s raw milk and their metabolic activity based on the content of free fatty acids and identifying the factors that may influence their levels. The contents of free fatty acids (FFA) and counts of total bacteria, psychrotrophic lipolytic bacteria (PLiBC) and somatic cells were determined in 150 samples of cow?s bulk raw milk on 20 farms with three different milking technologies in South Bohemia during 2008?10. FFA were determined using an extraction-titration method. Within the compared technologies, the highest mean values of FFA (38,8 mmol?kg-1; P<0,001) and PLiBC (696 CFU?ml?1) were observed on farms with pipeline milking in stalls. The lowest mean FFA level (15,4 mmol?kg-1) was determined on farms with an automatic milking system. Medium values were determined on farms with parlour milking. From the aspect of the inhibition of an increase in psychrotrophic bacteria, and mainly in psychrotrophic lipolytic bacteria in conditions of cold storage of raw milk the temperature of 4°C seems optimum as it markedly inhibits the growth of mesophilic and psychrotrophic bacteria and at the same time the increase in the values of free fatty acids is slower at this temperature compared to the temperatures of 6,5 and 10°C.

The necessary defense - history, present and future
BAJCUROVÁ, Michaela
The necessary defense - history, present and future I provide by my thesis an integrated overview of the institute of the necessary defense. This summary gives to the layman instructions for its use in the statutory limits. Especially that the necessary defense was not required to be disproportionated and accordingly to that there will be no crime. In my work I bring a view to institute of the necessary defense de lege lata, I define the position of the institute of the necessary defense in a system of the circumstances which eliminate illegality. I discuss the various statutory conditions of this institute with the cases of its excesses. Because everyone behaves differently in case of attack, I devote the mental condition of person-defender and I describe what he can just feel during the attack. The comparison of institute of necessary defense with the institute of extreme distress follows, they are very similar and it often leads to their substitution. I bring an interesting comparison of necessary defense legislation in our country, the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the legislation of Federal Republic of Germany, as our nearest border neighbors. After this comparison I present proposals de lege ferenda that could be incorporated into other legislation during the legislative changes. This bachelor work ends with the research relating to public awareness on the above mentioned topic.

BOŽOVSKÁ, Vladimíra
This diploma thesis on social impacts of disasters and their solutions deals with disasters that have accompanied the mankind from the very beginning, their impacts and the effective solutions of such impacts. The theoretical section, in the first chapter, introduces the concept of disaster and it describes disasters that struck the Earth in the past and endangered substantially human lives. The second chapter is devoted to disasters of the 21st century and is divided into two parts. The first part of the second chapter deals with disasters of the 21st century in the world, including the current situation in Japan and the other part introduces major disasters of the 21st century in our country. The third chapter of the theoretical section focuses on the characteristics of basic disasters that may occur in the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter informs us about the impact and consequences of extraordinary events and crisis situations in the Czech Republic and about their solutions. This chapter introduces us to the way the Czech Republic addresses social impacts of disasters, which are an important factor in determining the seriousness of disasters. The concept of social impacts of disasters includes not only the loss of life or property, but also reduced ability of self-support of people affected by disasters caused by closing down businesses and their decreased work ability. The last chapter of the theoretical section, chapter five, deals with the role and responsibilities of state authorities and local governments during extraordinary events and crisis situations. This thesis aims at specifying social impacts of disasters and to propose some solutions. The results of quantitative research using questionnaire survey showed that we can confirm working hypothesis no. one, i.e. that one of the major impacts of disasters are social impacts. The thesis also includes research conducted using the method of guided interviews thanks to which we can confirm the second working hypothesis, i.e. that dealing with the impact takes place mostly in the reconstruction period after the crisis situation. Knowledge obtained while working on this thesis may serve as a comprehensive analysis of the current state of the Czech Republic in terms of dealing with social impacts of disasters.
