The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of debt securing and debt collecting. The study is devided into severals parts. Theoretical part is where juridical, tax accounts and economic terms are explained. Analytical part is where the debts are analyzed on a practicular subject. Next part presents own sollutions to improve more effective debt collecting and debt securing. The own sollutions are evaluated from the point of view of economic demands and feasibility in practice.

The analytical part of thesis describes the entrepreneurial subject called Logsys, s r.o. and focuses primarily on their existing securing and collecting debts. The particular recommendations of the most effective way how to secure or collect debts are included in suggestions of solution.

The theoretical part characterizes debts from a legal, accounting, tax and economic point of view. The analytical part focuses on the analysis of overdue debts and the current system of their securing, confirmation and collection. The last part is devoted to suggestions for improving of this system and to the evaluation of its feasibility.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of debt collection overdue. The theoretical part deals with the creation, dissolution, ensuring of limitation, by way of debt collection - whether out of court or judicial enforcement, execution.There is analyzed the turnover of receivables and receivables from the tax and accounting purposes too. The analytical part of the paper analyzes the current status of receivables entrepreneur Michal Šidlo resides and of the method of enforcing its claims. The last part provides ways to ensure a recovery that business might use to assess their advantages of time and financial considerations and proposals for measures to prevent problematic loans.

The theoretical part is the foundation for the rest of the work. In the analytical part, the author processes the collections analysis of a particular entrepreneur. Furthermore, the procedures for enforcement of collections and the institute of their securing are captured. The subsequent part contains suggestions to improve the current situation.

The theoretical part introduces important juridical terms and receivables from an economic point of view and serves as a basis for processing the analytical part. The analytical part contains an analysis of receivables of a selected business entity and a description of the current strategies of the entity in the recovery and securing of receivables. The last part presents proposals for improving the system of recovery and securing of receivables.

On the base of recognized informations is selected the most effective way of debts collection of enterpreneur MOHLIS,druzstvo.
