This thesis addresses the design of multi-purpose building with six floors. The building is located on gently sloping terrain in central Blansko, the plot number 2840th. The first floor is designed for services and other floors are designated for housing. The building has 8 flats – 1 room + kitchenette and 10 flats – 2 rooms + kitchenette, a total of 18 housing units. The supporting structural system is transverse. The walls of the house are built from blocks POROTHERM. The roof is designed as a flat. Windows and doors are wooden.

Brno - damlake

Multi-purpose building is located in the South creek Brno-damlake. On one side is surrounded by a damlake, from the other side grow greenery. Two stand-alone units (cafe and amphitheater) were connected with ramp, which corresponds to the original paths and brings a new perspective. Continuously straight ramp connects to a cafe and another part goes in the amphitheater. Also, it connects seamlessly with the prospect, which is located above the café. Café just out from the ramp above the water-level, the emphasis is achieved with the logo entry in corten-wall. The kardinality of the amphitheater is suppressed slightly sunken below the water surface. The water surface flows over the edge and has a relaxing effect. The amphitheater is variable and is freely accessible. Building Compact and creates a smooth transition between the damlake and shore.

Construction of a multipurpose building superstructure

The main construction work is subject to technological solution phase construction of a multipurpose building superstructure in Lanškroun. The study deals with the use different types of structures and economic terms, technological specifications, occupational safety, quality of the implementation and time plan of the building. The basis for the development of the project was the partial implementing documentation of the building.
