Title: Fitness training in basketball Objectives: The main aim of this thesis is to summarize and organize the knowledge about fitness training of basketball players and furthermore to classify the development of individual fitness abilities within the yearly training cycle. Methods: This work is done in the form of a literature review using the method of relevant literature sources analysis. Results: This thesis deals with aspects of fitness preparation, where basketball players focus themselves on the development of speed-force abilities, which are decisive for the performance of players. A chapter concerning the need for individualization of trainings is included for the scope of increasing fitness effectiveness preparation. Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football

Title: Fitness training and its evaluation in the amateur football Objectives: There are two goals of this thesis - fitness evaluation of the amateur-level football team using fitness tests and increase of knowledge of fitness training using survey for football trainers. Methods: Information about fitness training was compared based on the analysis of professional literature. A survey for football trainers was created and suitable tests for evaluation of physical fitness in endurance training were selected. This selection was based on professional literature. Results: The results concluded in this thesis were based on two goals. The first part of results contains results from the survey, which was used to analyze opinions of trainers of amateur football. These trainers fully agreed on two questions only. First question was about a use of fitness trainers for amateur level football. No respondent uses this approach. The second question was about use of tools for fitness training. Here, on the other hand, all respondents use such tools. Answers on other questions differed. Questions were mostly about inclusion of a fitness training during the week, preferences for fitness or technical training, use of physical prerequisites in two parts of the season, creation of a training plan and use of fitness...
The evaluation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14

Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Jumping load in elite volleyball players at the World Cup 2013

Title: Jumping load in elite volleyball players at the World Cup 2013 Aim: The aim of this work is to determine jumping load at individual, gaming, specialized features selected teams for the World Cup 2013. Using selected units were Czech Republic, China and Brazil. Method: In this work, I used the method of empirical observation videos from World Cup in Brno and Prostejov 2013. Observation data was recorded for clarity in the statistical tables in Microsoft Excel 2010. The results were processed, then expressed verbally and tabular. Results: The results showed that the most jumping load specialization in post feeder. Load more specializations in each team differed. In the Czech team to the blocker, then the passing spikers a minimum load of jumps was diagonal player. In the Chinese group after feeder, most jumps implemented post spiker, followed blockers and diagonal player. The Brazilian team a few less jump than feeder implemented blockers, then diagonal player, at least reflections were recorded both the passing spikers. Title: A Rating of training units in boys basketball by category of U14. Objective: Preparation, implementation and evaluation of basketball training units starting by U14 categories. The training units focus on a drill, training game and fitness training following by blending these three components. Methods: Preparing these training units I have used the professional basketball literature. This bachelor work is based on quantitative way of research. The raiting of training units was analyzed by the players of U14 category. Results: The following results were recorded according to the research. among the most popular training unit is the training games or the blending of game training with the drill and fitness training. Title: Summarizing study about the role of fitness coach in football Objectives: The aim of this work is to create a proposal of a content of the educational programme "FAČR fitness coach". This educational programme will serve to definition of specialized capability of fitness coaches who cause in football and to determine their role and tasks in the scope of sport preparation football players. Methods: In our thesis we synthesized the results of the research of several research files and fields. We compiled and evaluated the questionnaire "The importance of fitness coach in the professional football", which we presented to the head coaches of the teams from 1. Gambrinus league. Results: The result of Our work is the proposal of the content of study programme "FAČR fitness coach". The content of this study programme was created on the basis of partial results of the research which are elaborately analysed in the relevant sections of this work. Prolems of the sport preparation of youth

Title: Youth Sports Preparation Issues Objectives: The objective of the diploma thesis is to find out the intervention programme effectiveness using specific and semi-specific character exercises in relation to the enhancement of fitness training pre-conditions of the young football players belonging to the U 16 category. Methods: A group of players, who were subjected to testing, consisted of 12 players of younger junior category at the age of 16 years (year of birth 1997) who are playing younger junior league. This group was involved in a two-month process of intervention. The exercises were applied every day in both months during the main contest period. Before joining the intervention, players were subjected to entry tests, then, a two-month training cycle began. After that, the players underwent final tests which were exactly the same as the entry tests. Results: The section of the diploma thesis bringing tangible results involves their evaluation which is available in the submitted protocols. Final results are presented in a well arrange way in the form of charts and graphs followed by their evaluation. Title: Condition training in hotel fitness center Purpose: Main purpose of the compilation is to make a research about active lifestyle and to compare avilable informations from literature. I also focused on body exercise deficiency in today′s society and the function of fitness center. The objective of my work is to evaluate the goals and preferences of the fitness center clients. Method: In my work I analyzed scientific publications and compared avilable opinions and informations of the specialists engaged in reasearch of active and helathy lifestyle, insufficiency of body exercise and possible health complications connected to those issues. With a questionary i gathered the informations from hotel fitness clients about their goals and preferences. Results: Absence of active lifestyle is a serious problem of today′s society. Evolution of the society changes our lifestyle in a negative way, so it is necessary to compensate in artificially, for example in fitness centers. Use of fitness training in hereditary neuropathy

The aim was to assess exercise habits, handle the issue condition in patients with hereditary neuropathy and to clarify the possibility of using fitness training in this disease. We managed to show a reduced fitness of patients with hereditary neuropathy and its relationship with the severity of neurologic disability and mobility habits of individuals.
