Monolithic reinforced concrete detached house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a newly built cast-in-place detached house in the village called Křepice u Hustopečí. It is a double-storey building without cellar. The shape and height position of the house is adapted to vertical alignment of the ground. The house is designed for four family members. The main entrance to the building is from the north side in the first floor level. The garage for two cars is a part of the house. The main residential rooms are situated to the south and east side of the building. Vertical load-bearing structures are made of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete as well as staircase. Partitions are made of clay blocks. The floor structures are composite steel and concrete structures and the roof is mono-pitched. The dominant elements of this detached house are big windows leading to the garden and connecting the house with the surrounding environment. The project was processed by computer software ArchiCAD 16.
Influence of the building envelope structures on the expenses associated with the operation

The thesis deals with the assessment of the current proposal for pension envelopes along with proposing alternative plans with emphasis on reducing heating costs. The first section describes the types of buildings according to heating demand and output energy performance of buildings. Work also deals with a list of different variants of thermal insulation materials and design options outer insulation of the building envelope. It outlines fire characteristics of building materials and options of construction budget. The second part is devoted to a specific pension house in the Old Rejviz for which there are designed in three variants of insulation. These variants are then reviewed in terms of thermal insulation. Through research will bedetermined price of implementation of proposed insulation options together with the costs of operation of the pension. The conclusion is to evaluate each proposed version of insulation of the building envelope associated with the economic return on investment.
Apartment house, Boskovice

The work deals with the design and development of the design documentation of an apartment building situated in the cadastral area of the town of Boskovice. The documentation contains all the requirements according to the valid regulations. The designed four-floor apartment building is situated in gently sloping terrain. There are 13 flats in this apartment building. A balcony or a terrace belong to each of the flats. From the ground floor apartments there is an entrance to the garden. The flats are designed to meet the requirements of the present day. There is a car park in front of the buiding. The vertical loadbearing structures are lined with clay blocks. The building is covered with a one-layer coating flat roof with a load-bearing layer of monolithic reinforced concrete boards. The insulation of the building is provided by a contact thermal insulation system. Fire safety, energy saving and thermal protection is ensured.
Development of a new self-supporting insulation system with respect to dynamic stress

This diploma thesis deals with suggestion of self-supporting insulating system that can be used for objects which insulating is more or less complicated. In this thesis are theoretically processed information about insulation systems while focus is on their structure, composition and principle of operation. Further, there is theoretically designed self-supporting insulating system which is practically built after theoretically composed testing for finding its basic properties. The most appropriate process of realization is formulated at the end after evaluation of the individual tests.
Multifunctional house in Karlovy Vary

The project solves a multifunctional Duma building in a vacant lot, contemplated the construction site is located in Carlsbad, in the street Vyhlíce. This is a protected site spa. Part of the project's layout and structural design of the house. It is a six-storey house with an attic and a basement floor. It is designed as a free-standing in the gap as the final house. The layout is divided into two complete units with their own input. There are spaces for business and residential units for permanent housing. Part of the living area are also room house equipment. Inputs to both parts are wheelchair accessible. The house is not wheelchair The house is designed as a brick building of brick masonry Porotherm the module dimensions of 250 (125) mm with reinforced concrete ceilings. Roofed by a hipped roof. The house is located on a private plot of 519 m2 built-up area of 221 m2. The land is gently sloping. The main orientation of the building to the cardinal's east and west. The south wall is adjacent to the neighboring house.
Construction technology study regeneration external cladding and roof of accommodation building

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the technological studies of regeneration of external cladding and roof of the accommodation building located on the Tučkova 23 street, Brno. The thesis describes technological processes, principles of organization of construction, time scheduling, suggestion of mechanical sets, occupational safety and health, quality requirements and itemized budget.
Multifunctional building, Morasovice

In this project, there is processed complete documentation of a new multifunctional building, Morašovice. This project is solved as operative project. The house is a three story building, partly with a basement and with attic room, which is used. The house is bricked, partly with skeleton construction elements and with wooden saddle roof. This project of the multifunctional building is focused on architectonical solution and implementation into an existing rural area. This project solves relation between disposition and static, fire protection and energy savings. All blueprints are elaborated by ArchiCAD software.
Low-rise apartment building

The bachelor's thesis deals with project documentation for the construction of a low-rise apartment building in Malenovice near Zlín. The apartment building is situated in a buildable area. It is an apartment building with five storeys and an elevator, composed of one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The foundations of the apartment building are made of plain concrete belts. In the basement there is a technical background of the building, a bicycle shed, a cleaning room and storage cubicles for individual apartments. On the upper floors, there are two residential units on each floor, so there are a total of eight residential units in the building. Most of units have a terrace or a balcony. On the first floor, there is also a carriage house near the lift. The load-bearing perimeter masonry in the basement consists of concrete blocks of lost formwork. In the above-ground part of the building is the supporting structure made from ceramic blocks. The ceiling structures are made from reinforced concrete prestressed ceiling panels. A single-skin vegetation flat roof structure is designed for the roofing of the building. The building envelope is insulated with a certified contact insulation system ETICS.
The Influence of Thermal Insulation of a Residential Building in Slavičín on the Expenses Related to its Operation

The aim of the thesis is the economic evaluation of return of the different variants of thermal insulation for residential building in Slavičín. In the first part are described the topics, which is related to the issue. Further, it is written the entire range of insulations, which currently are appear on the domestic market. In the practical part is described the residential house and are performed by the proposals of the variants of thermal insulation. Further, they are processed energy performance certificates for buildings, the cost to implement the options chosen. In conclusion, the evaluated individual variants and determined their economic return.
Electrical safety monitoring systems - Insulation monitors

This thesis deals with solving the problem of insulation monitoring devices (IMD). The aim is to monitor the isolation status in the healthcare system, thus in an isolated power supply (IT) called the medical IT system. A summary of the used means and the used solutions of the way of supply from the point of view of reliability and safety were made to solve the problematics of the medical IT system.The thesis is based on an analysis of the experience of the use of IMD in medical IT system and also provides instructions for using IMD depending on the extent of their functions. The result of this thesis is a design of the electric power switchboard medical IT system with insulation monitoring device. A partial result of this thesis is the technical layout of the components inside the switchboard cabinet and their setting by means of a communication bus.
