Fuselage design of TL-4000 aircraft

Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom kompozitového trupu štvormiestneho jednomotorového turistického letúnu TL-4000, ktorý spadá do kategórie CS-23 zo zameraním sa na zadnú časť. V tejto práci je vypracovaný návrh vnútornej konštrukcie s ohľadom na posádku a pasažierov. Z navrhnutej konštrukcie je vytvorený MKP model po ktorom nasleduje vypracovanie a vyhodnotenie skladby laminátových a sendvičových častí nosnej konštrukcie pomocou softvérov MSC.Patran/Nastran a ComPost pre vypočítané kombinácie vzdušného zaťaženia.

Fuselage and control system design of VUT 081 Kondor

This master’s thesis deals with VUT 081 Kondor composite fuselage design and control system layout design. Load computation and selection of critical load cases are made. Principal inner surfaces of the fuselage are designed with respect to basic ergonomic requirements of the crew. Construction materials are chosen and a layup of composite materials is performed. Fuselage FEM model is made in MSC Patran/Nastran system and the structure-strength analysis is given for chosen load cases.

Design of Trainer Aircraft with Tandem Seats

The diploma thesis deals with the project of composite constuction of aeroplane VUT 001 Marabu and its FEM stress-deformation analysis. The project of pilt´s cockpit is solved in the light of basic ergonomic requirements. Mass analysis, calculation and resulting selection of conclusive events of load are parts of the work. The results are applied on FEM model of fuselage and the state of stress in individual sections of composite structure are determined by the MSC Patran/Nastran system.

Replica Design of L-40 "Meta Sokol " Airctaft - fuselage

This diploma thesis deals with the design of all-metal construction of fuselage of the replica L-40 Meta Sokol aircraft on the basis of CS-VLA regulation. As far as the aircraft is concerned, the thesis establishes the load of tail surfaces, landing gear and engine bed. Futhermore, it designs the construction of fuselage, tail landing gear, including the system of its retraction, wing-fuselage connection, engine bed and the primary design of cockpit. In the end, the thesis focuses on the fuselage production technology.
