Analysis of the course and the possibility of accounting data in selected accounting software

The thesis deals with a comparison of two accounting software in a chosen company. The company used to use an accounting software Abra from its beginning, but in 2015 they bought an accounting software Pohoda. The company had mostly negative experience with software Abra. As for software Pohoda, no disadvantage has been found, though not all functions have been used yet. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether the enterprise should keep using software Pohoda or whether it should come back to software Abra. This suggestion is based on an analysis of both accounting software. The accounting software are compared through bookkeeping of the company. The practical part describes the process of accounting of this model example in each of these software. Then the advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. A scoring table, which assesses the quality of important criteria, is used for the final assessment of the better quality of the software. The criteria for this method are the complexity of inputting data, the update, the continuity of accounting events in each agenda, the printing sets, the maintenance and security of data, the closing date, the taxes and the price. On the basis of this table, software Pohoda was evaluated as the "winner". Therefore, it can be recommended to the company to keep using the accounting software Pohoda. As there were not found any essential disadvantages, the enterprise does not have to consider changing the accounting software.

Comparison of Selected IT Accounting Products for Treasury Management

This thesis is focused on the comparison of selected economic products for the treasury management available in the Czech Republic using the created areas of functional criteria. In the theoretical part of the thesis is described the development of accounting software to current ERP systems. In the practical part there are individual products compared with the system using a particular company. Subsequent evaluation results and findings for the company are captured in final chapters.

Particular chapters subsequently deal with direct banking - its formation, services and security, concerning accounting software as well as the interconnection of banks and the company accountancy using conversion applications integrated into the economical software.

Implementation of an information system for a store

Zavedení informačního systému pro obchod This thesis deals with the selection of the information system and compare sets of software solutions covering different areas versus implementation of ERP. Thesis brings process and the election of a comprehensive e-business solutions, accounting software, loyalty program, customer care and storage software for small stores. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts such as information systems, ERP and other important concepts necessary for this work. This part of thesis continues to describe information needs, collect and catalog of requirements for small stores. In the last chapters of the first part of the thesis conditions and specific areas of expertise, which is important for companies and the subsequent assessment of economic return. The second part is practically focused on store (boutique) Gentleport and online store www.gentleport.cz. The method of analysis of documents, observation and interviews with management defines the expected reality, needs analysis and requirements for trade. This section is also devoted attention to the description of appropriate systems - a set of independent software compared to implementation of ERP. The third part focuses on the selection of a supplier that meets the requirements of an information system for online store and store Gentleport. The final part focuses on the evaluation of the chosen solution. This section confirms or refutes the hypothesis given at the beginning.

Assessment of the Accounting Software PUP

This thesis deals with the book-keeping on the computer and accounting software evaluation. The theoretical part includes chapters about history of book-keeping, legal regulation related to book-keeping using ICT, business information systems and the selection criteria for the accounting software. The knowledge from the theoretical part is used in the practical part, which is addressed to the evaluation of specific accounting software PUP.

Circulation of accounting documents in the company and their computerization

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to record circulation of accounting documents in company molton, Ltd. The theoretical part deals with accounting documents in written and electronic form and describes their circulation within the company. I focus on the legal requirements which are set for these documents throughout their lifecycle. In one of the chapters I also outline the opportunities of using information technology in the circulation of documents. In the practical part of the thesis is theoretical knowledge applied to the company molton, Ltd. I describe the actual circulation of documents and the changes induced by recent transition to a new accounting software. In conclusion, I assess the current situation and suggest some changes.

Choosing accounting software for your company

The aim of the thesis is to select and recommend the accounting software for the company, which would fit best the requirements in the accounting records of the data. The accounting software is an essential part and a tool of managing for account administration. Selecting the right software is very tricky. The first part is dedicated to the creation and development of information technology in processing accounting data, description and definition of ERP, history of ERP and development of ERP in the Czech market and the general process of selecting of accounting system The practical part deals with the specific company called JASA s.r.o. and selecting the software for the company according to its own criteria. The software was selected on the basis of the analysis of the gained information about different accounting programs and the requirements set by the company.

Financial statements, their structure and assembly in accounting software

The theoretical part of this paper is focused on importance and functions of financial statements. This is followed by characterization of the main financial statements: balance sheet or also known as a statement of the financial position of the company, profit and loss statement or abbreviated P&L statement and cash flow statement. Further it is dedicated to the individual items of the balance sheet and profit and loss statement, economic results and methods of cash flow statement. The practical part deals with the processing of accounting in selected company in three concrete accounting software and the preparation of financial statements. There is a selected software: Money S3, EKONOM and POHODA. In conclusion there is a comparison and evaluation of the quality of outputs in preparing the financial statements in accounting software for PC.

Payroll and processing in various accounting programs

The study is concerned with personal and payroll administration in accounting software represented by Pohoda and EKONOM programmes. The theoretical part includes specification of the personnel management, definition of the wage and labour-law relations with legacy of Labour Code. The study proceeds with characteristic of the systems that are being used in the followed part. The practical part is mainly dedicated to analysis of these accounting software. Particular staffers, personal data, attendances and wages are step by step put into the programmes. It is followed the comparison of the outputs and the assessment of the programmes in a personal management estate. The work assesses rightness, clarity, price and harmony with Labour Code. There is pointed out the negatives of the programme in the finish part and the other way around, the positives of the software are underlined.
