Multifunctional object
Bogner, Michal ; Sládek, Jiří (referee) ; Smolka, Radim (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to create project documentation the new construction of a multifunctional building in the village of Dýšina. The architecture of the building is determined by the usage purpose. The administrative and residential part is designed as a three-level building and the warehouse part as a single-level one. It is a non-basement construction without a residential attic, a rectangular floor plan with maximum dimension of 63.4 x 26.26 m. The roofing is solved by a gabled roof. The layout and operational solution of the administrative part of the building is primarily focused on the offer of exhibited goods and their sale on the 1st floor. On this floor, there are offices, a shop with exhibited goods, a technical room and sanitary facilities, including toilets for people with reduced mobility. On the 2nd floor, there are commercial and manager offices. There is also a meeting room and a showroom. The residential part on the 3rd floor above the administrative part is divided into 4 residential units. The apartments are accessible from the central corridor. The entrance to the central corridor is secured with an external steel staircase on the north side of the building. The space of the storage hall is not divided to maximize usage of storage area. There is one office (26.95 m2) and storage space (973.65 m2) with a test elevator shaft. The entrance to this part is ensured by three gates and a gate with a ramp for tracks. The storage part is directly connected to the administrative part with a door.
Storage hall No. 2 in Rousínov - construction-technological project
Gottvaldová, Denisa ; Valenta, Michal (referee) ; Biely, Boris (advisor)
The subject of my diploma thesis is a construction-technological solution for realization of a storage hall in Rousínov. The work deals with a time and financial plan for all buildings of the project Storage Hall, Rousínov. A technical report, a study of the implementation of the construction’s individual stages, a design and assessment of transport routes, a design of the construction site equipment and a design of the machinery were prepared for the building No. 2. An itemized budget with a statement of acreage and construction schedule was prepared. A technological regulation and a control and test plan were prepared for the implementation process of the wire-reinforced concrete industrial floor. Within the diploma thesis, a technological regulation for the implementation of a reinforced concrete retaining wall was prepared. Noise pollution caused by the construction site was examined and evaluated in a noise study. The environmental requirements for the storage hall building No. 2 were processed.
Storage Hall
Petrů, Milan ; Štrba, Michal (referee) ; Barnat, Jan (advisor)
The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is a design and assessment of steel structuce of storage hall. The dimensions of the rectangular floor pl19x20 m and the height is 9,5 m. The supporting structure consist of the transverse frames. The distance of each cross links is 4 m. Single main frames are mutually connected with purlins and the spatial rigidity of the structure is provided by sway bracings and longitundinal bracings.
Static solution of prefabricated hall
Koníček, Jakub ; Koláček, Jan (referee) ; Zich, Miloš (advisor)
The presented thesis deals with design and optimization of selected structural elements of high-load storage hall skeleton. As a basis for the solution is taken the structure of a real storage hall designed in the years 2017-2018. The structure is designed for minimum weight. For this reason, so-called D-regions are formed on the structure. For the solution of D-areas, general methods of solution, such as STM or nonlinear FEM analyses, are used in the thesis. In the final designed structural elements are compared to the original design of the hall. Thesis include static calculation of 24 m long roof beam V1, static calculation of 24 m long ceiling beam ST1, drawing documentation and technical report. Programs were used for the calculation: SCIA Engeneer 18.1, Idea StatiCa Beam10.1, Idea StatiCa Detail 10.1, RIB Fermo, PTC MathCad and MS Excel.
Construction-Technological Preparation of Warehouse and Administrative Building in Černá za Bory
Štěpánek, Michal ; Hejl, Martin (referee) ; Mohapl, Martin (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is the construction and technological solution of the warehouse and administrative building in Černá za Bory. The diploma thesis contains technological procedures for assembly of reinforced concrete skeleton and realization of industrial floor. This work solves problems that could arise during the assembly of the skeleton and realization of industrial floor. The thesis contains a construction technology project, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages, the situation of the construction with broader relations of transport routes, the project of construction site equipment and the main design of machines and mechanisms. Furthermore, I created a variant solution of skeleton assembly including financial and time evaluation. Since the project documentation that was provided to me did not include any details for the skeleton placement, I decided to develop design details for the skeleton placement. Subsequently, I developed a plan for occupational safety and health. As a part of this work I made a comparison of industrial floors, both in terms of performance and economic. In order to find out the time demands, I prepared an exact timetable for the implementation of the main building. In order to ensure high safety and quality, I prepared a control and testing plan for the assembly of the skeleton and for the implementation of industrial flooring.

Storage area with administrative building
Šesták, Tomáš ; Dohnal, Jakub (referee) ; Pěnčík, Jan (advisor)
This master thesis focused on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of a storage area with an administrative building, consisting of the premises SO 01 - storage hall and SO 02 - administrative building. Objects are located on parcels no. 4006/16, 4006/17, 4006/18, 4006/19, 4006/23, 4006/24, 4006/26, 4006/27, 4006/28, 4006/29, 4006/30, 4006/31, 4006/32, in the cadastre unit Dolní Bojanovice. They are located on an investor's land. Traffic connection is provided by the exit from the car park on the local road. All engineering infrastructure engineering networks are located near the site. The design of the building respects the local zoning plan. Project documentation is prepared in accordance with the current wording of applicable laws, decrees and standards. The project solves the structure functionally divided into objects SO 01 and SO 02, which are both operationally and structurally connected. The construction of objects is statically independent. The object SO 01 is designed for the storage of building material intended for storage in dry rooms. In addition to the storage space there is the air-conditioning machine room. The SO 02 facility serves administrative and staffing facilities. In the basement of the building there are rooms of technical background and archives. The SO 01 is designed as a full-metal mounted object with a counter roof and foundation pads. The design system of the SO 01 object is columnar with steel columns. The SO 02 building is designed from a wall construction system made of aerated concrete blocks with reinforced concrete ceilings, base strips and a flat roof. The SO 01 has a 65.5x20.2 m ground plan. The perimeter shell of the building consists of assembled sandwich panels with a core of pure material. The largest ground plan dimensions of the so 02 are 26.75x10.35 m. The perimeter shell is made up of 375 mm piece concrete blocks with a 150 mm contact system.
