Financial Evaluation of Construction Project from Aspect of Investor

The aim of this paper is to approach possibility of financing investment construction project from perspective of smaller public investor – the village. As part of this work will be evaluated and assessed the possibility of financial acquisition of project Complex revitalization of center Cechy pod Kosirem in specific ways of financing and also demonstrates advantages of implementation of co-financing mainly from grants of the European Union. Further focuses on the proposed acquisition of subsidies from structural funds as an external source of financing of construction project.

Evaluation of Economic Efficiency of Investment Project

This thesis deals with the evaluation of economic efficiency of the planned investments in the form of buying a laser cutting machine in a middle sized enterprises engaged in manufacturing industry. There are analyzed the possibilities of financing the investment with a focus on subsidies from EU structural funds. Based on the results of methods of the evaluation of economic efficiency of investment is decided on the implementation and drafted their own proposals and recommendations.

Intention of the Bachelorś thesis is to contribute to understanding problems of preparing projects financed by Structural Funds of European Union. The main aim of this work is to create a project able to gain financial resources from European Union. Concretely it is the project of building-up of boarding house Pod zámkem Lednice. The theoretical part targets single aims and instruments of regional policy of European Union in 2007 - 2013 period and single basic activities definition which has to take place within project preparation and proceeding.

The topic of diploma thesis is transport infrastructure in Moravian Silesian region. The thesis is separate to theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on region characteristics, regional development and transport infrastructure including financing. The practical part is focused on analysis transport infrastructure in Moravian Silesian region, which is mapped and described in detail. Using the knowledge from the theoretical part, the outcome is described impact of transport infrastructure on the region development.

Cross-border cooperation of the South Moravian Region

This diploma thesis deals with the topic of cross-border cooperation of the South Moravian Region. The theoretical part deals with the definition of terms such as region, regional economics, regional policy, and regional development. It also deals with the regional structure of the Czech Republic, NUTS regions or regional policy institutions. The last chapters of the theoretical part are devoted to the possibilities of financing development strategies and cross-border cooperation. The following is a part of the description of standard-specific research called Real estate market analysis in cross-border regions and the designation FAST-S-19-5899 based on which the topic of this work was selected. In the practical part, it characterizes the South Moravian Region and the village Mikulčice specifically described the selected project and its financing. The conclusion is a theoretical proposal of other financing options and an evaluation of the impact that the project has on the development of the region.

The output of this work is the recommended procedure with a description of the benefits and pitfalls of the recommended solutions and guess of the chances to get a grant or other kind of support.

This diploma thesis focuses on financing of ecological investments, let us say financing of alternative sources of energy, especially fotovoltaic eletric power stations. In one part the thesis focuses on the list of structural funds and ways of financing. The thesis offers the abstract of legislation and limitations which goes with the applicants in all periods of projects. The analysis of the background concerning the financing ecological investments in the Czech Republic is the integral part of thesis. The practical part of the thesis shows if the ecological project could be interesting and beneficial for investors. The Cost Benefit Analysis could be instrumental for finding out the relevant information.

In the theoretical part of thesis there are simply described possibilities ensuring of needed financial resources for realization of construction order realized by municipality and alongside there are briefly characterized basic terms from this issue. Practical part of the project is focused on analysis of budget the municipality, proposal of financial ensuring the project and assessment if its financial feasibility.

Investment Construction in the Frame of the Regional Development

The goal of the thesis is to create a general knowledge about function of regional policy of European Union in the Czech Republic and about drawing of financial resources from EU funds for a particular project. The introduction describes the concept of European Union and the formation of regional policy. In addition, it describes regional policy in the Czech Republic and the project in general. The practical part describes the project of Revitalisation of the pond in Čenkov by Třešť from setting the targets, applying for the reguest of subsidy, up to implementation, termination and final use.
