CSR personality types – inspired by ecology

The article introduces a novel personality typology inspired by the classification of plant strategies by Grime. It describes the original C-S-R typology and derives a similar classification of humans. The psychological analogy of C-S-R typology is based on differences in motivation, goal-selection, aspiration and persistance. The analogy enables generalization on other systems with significant competition factor e.g. in sociology or economy.

Theoretical part defines essential background of personality and work psychology which are pillars for using the personality and roles typology in practical part. I also define conceptions such as group, team, procedures of making the team. Practical part is focused at making the repertoary grid which outlines proximity of team roles, anchored in the repertoary grids upon personal atributes basis and picked team positions.

Next part is devoted to cognitive psychology, performance tests and illustration conception of intelligence. Are there circumscribed tests attention, creativity and intelligence. Follows presentation company providing software services and productions for profiling personalities. Project manager are advised preferable tools for his work.

Personality at teamwork

This paper is divided between practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part defines essential constructs out of personality psychology, which provides foundation for improvement personality typology at practical part. Further section of theoretical part defines constructs like group and team. For that section I gathered information from the theory of work psychology particular organization psychology. Last but not least final section of theoretical part defines team roles. Practical part contains from hypotheses formulation, here I defined which psychological types should matches which team roles. Next section of practical part is focused on description of next steps leading to the verification of my hypotheses.
