Costs of low kvality

The objective of this bachelor thesis is area of costs for non-conforming products in industrial company. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a system analysis of the current state of the specific issues and a proposal to create a system for monitoring the cost of low quality in manufacturing proces. Some preview into quality management is itemized in the introductory part. I also describe the management of nonconforming products, with which I was able to analyze the collected data and develop a solution in the final part. Next I did an analysis of the company FRAENKISCHE CZ s.r.o. and I did an analysis of cost of low quality in this company. The data obtained from the cost analysis I proceed with the help of quality tools and I was carried out their evaluation. In the final part I evaluated the results and proposed several recommendations for improving current processes in the company.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a control plan for a pressure vessel in cooperation with company Frauenthal Automotive Hustopeče s.r.o.. In the theoretical part of thesis I deal with the subject and its related documents or standards. Then I describe utilization all of related documents and creation of control plan in the practical part.

This diploma thesis focuses on the design of an information system for car services and their customers, which is designed for evidence of orders, cars and service records. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part describes the theory of creation of the information system. The next part contains the analysis of the current situation and description of the problem. The last part is divided into two parts, one part describes designed information system using data ant functional modeling and the second part shows the design of user interface.

Applying Lean in Hypermarkets

This Bachelor Thesis focuses on the determinants of hypermarkets and areas for lean and operational management application. The goal of the thesis is to determine the applicability of lean and operational management tools in hypermarkets. The method of the analyses is the critical case study using the deductive approach. The theoretical part explains the main factors forming hypermarket and the main lean tools which can be applied for this topic. The practical part includes the different analyses of the observed hypermarket and the possible ways to improve the current situation there, using the lean management. The output of the thesis is the project for improvement, which can be used for the real-life application.

Implementation of Lean Six Sigma in Catering

The aim of the thesis is to suggest recommendation to optimize and increase efficiency in a process of catering ordering in a company Express Deli by using methods of lean six sigma. The work is built as real project od lean six sigma using some methods of the methodology lean six sigma. In the theoretical part of the thesis, methods of lean six sigma used in the practical part, are described. These methods are mainly methods of process mapping. Each chapter is a step of DMAIC methodology. Core part of the thesis is process mapping at a customer side, so in the other part there are all recommendations directly focused on customers requirements. The results of the work are suggested proposals for process improvement. Some of them were implemented during the project.

The first section contains the theoretical background to explain used procedures and methods. The second part is focused on the analysis of the current state of the information system in the company. The last section contains design, possible solutions in the implementation of application and economic evaluation.

This work deals with the design of the information system for small bakery Majdy Ltd.. Analyzes rhe current state of the information system and informtion technologies and on the basis of this analysis and the requirements of the company describes the design of a new inormation system. The work describes the different parts of the information system and using flow charts are shown ways to work with these parts.
