The bachelor´s thesis focuses on defining labor-employment relations with the selected employer. It assesses the current situation of the employer, which is related to the purchase of employees from the labor agencies. As a result of commission payments, there is an increase in costs for the employer. The thesis is dedicated to optimizing the costs associated with human resources. It will also detects whether the employer is entitled to one of the contributions under the active employment policy.

This Rigorous thesis deals with the issue of fixed-term employment. From this point of view the employee and the employer. The aim of this thesis is to summarize the legislation on fixed-term employment. An important part is dealing with the key case law. I compare the different interpretation of specific problematic issues made by the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. This comparison includes a demonstration of specific situations that may occur. This work is divided into eight main chapters. In the first chapter I deal with the conceptual definition and creation of employment relationship. In the following second chapter I go through the historical development of the employment relationship. The first two introductory chapters are primarily about employment in general. In the third chapter I deal with the first independent regulation of fixed-term employment, which was laid down in Act No. 65/1965 Coll., Labor Code. I focus in particular on the changes that fixed-term contract took place over time. The fourth chapter deals with the previous version of the legislation on fixed-term employment which was laid down in Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code. Termination of employment contract

in English The objective of the thesis rests in analysing the problems of the termination of the employment contract as per the Czech law. The ambition of this thesis is also to research and assess whether the Czech law fulfils an adequate protection of employees' interests in the present working environment in diffident conditions and under all and any circumstances and whether such protection is in balance with legitimate employers' interest to keep the working process development or enable its termination. The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part deals with legislation development and present legislation, principle and forms of the termination of the employment contract. The second part describes the termination of the employment contract by the Labour Code, i.e. a bilateral or unilateral will of one of the entities of the employment contract, which results in the termination of such employment relation. The events which result in the termination of the employment contract are outlined in the third part. The fourth part then supplements the thesis by all any other aspects relating to the termination of the employment contract.
