The castle Opočno - transformation of interiors
Vrátná, Michaela ; Biegel, Richard (referee) ; Macek, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with the Opočno castle located in Eastern Bohemia and development of manor interiors. The first chapter introduces the town history to the reader, the development of the castle from a stronghold and its first owners. The following two chapters present two most influential dynasties in the castle history who were responsible for the todays style of the castle. Thanks to the first dynasty of Trčka, the castle earned its Renaissance style. The second dynasty of Colloredo-Mansfeld paid its attention to petite treatments of the building and of the castle interiors. Furthermore, there are chronologically introduced all members of these dynasties who became owners of the castle during a few centuries. In order to describe the development of the interiors, it is very important to have knowledge of the building development of the castle which is the theme of following chapter. From the very beginning the castle went through many essential changes and building design which influenced also its interior structures. These changes are described there in accordance with the individual style periods. This chapter is followed by another passage in this thesis which deals with the development of the interior equipment since the reign of the dynasty of Trčka z Lípy till the present. Proposal of ideal smart home functionality
Zumr, Jiří ; Bruckner, Tomáš (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Luboš (referee)
The house in which the family live, should be built for the specific lifestyle residents and respond intelligently to their current and changing needs. Nowadays there are some new buildings that have such requirements partially resolved. The proposed project is based on the situation of families living in older buildings that no longer complies with their needs. Therefore they are considering home reconstruction to transform house into so-called "smart" house or apartment. The project deals with the functioning of modern living that reflects the lifestyle and how to be a house or flat is used. It takes into account the location of individual system components (control and regulation elements, controls, cameras, sensors, audio-visual equipment, etc.), and their interconnection to the selected specific component types that are in keeping with the style and interior design. The work is based on the description of the ideal smart home functionality to create smart design solutions of selected house based on currently available technologies. Detailed design is developed using available technology to control home appliances.

Revitalization Program of Floral Garden in Kromeriz
Guzdek, Adam ; Šupler, Libor (referee) ; Jura, Pavel (advisor)
Today's entrance through honorable courtyard is so representative that there's no sense of replacing it by a new one anywhere else. The entrance object has a triangular tympanum including Maxmilian Josef's gold signature and coat of arms. It looks like noble city palace of that period. Sense of the first floor, so called piano nobile, is slightly recognizing on a facade. It's the floor with a larger high that's intended for representation. Therefore I decided to use the historical object fully and all the visitors' equipment, exhibition and lecture spaces are placed right here. New-buildings in the garden are minimized that way. I conceived both of the resolving gardens very sparingly. The reason is their historical essence. Always they were only related to the formal part of the Flower garden. Premises used for any purpose (breeding of rare birds, resource for rabbit hill, growing tulips and oranges). Květnice with the cut lane walls to allow the visitor facilities and provide some exciting long-distance views Converging walls, disorientation in space, entertainment in the bowling alley, in the maze. These elements should remain a formal part of the garden today. They should be isolated and without competition. I design gardens with order, as well as the designed Libosad itself.

Controll of the sliding gate model
Bubeník, Martin ; Burian, František (referee) ; Jelínek, Aleš (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and subsequent implementation of a physical scale model sliding gate control via mobile applications connecting to the Wi-Fi network. The thesis consists of mechanical, electrical and programming section where the individual sections are described in detail control elements model contains and uses for its activities. When the proposal was disregarded primarily on security, resulting in the sensory equipment model goal.

Apothecaries in the Czech countries in the early modern period
Čižmárová, Lucia ; Hlaváčková, Ludmila (referee) ; Ebelová, Ivana (advisor)
The thesis deals with the history of apothecaries and pharmacists until 1170. Its primary focus is on the apothecaries who were working in Prague. The first part of this thesis treats of pharmacy development in Europe and continues with the general development of pharmacists and apothecaries in the Czech lands. It does provide a complex overview of pharmacists acting in Prague, whose records are being retained in archive sources. Except for proffesional degree of pharmacists the thesis also describes Medicinal rules, which they had to follow. The thesis also describes equipment and instruments that the pharmacists were using on daily basis. Further, the thesis focuses on the pharmacy atmosphere that used to have its mysterious specificity. In the conclusion, a short excursion to a Prague pharmacy is described.

Digital AM / FM transmitter
Kováč, Marek ; Strašil, Ivo (referee) ; Pavelka, Ondřej (advisor)
This master thesis is focused on the theoretical description and practical implementation of software defined transmitter. The main aim of this thesis was made the prototype of software defined transmitter in FM band. Theoretical part is determined to description of basic parts of equipment and working principles to understand the basic principle of digital transmitters and define the appropriate component base for construction. Discussed are used types of A/D and D/A converters, blocks of digital signal processing and the roles, which these components performs. The second part is focused practical. Specified are suitable types of components and block diagram is proposed for following electrical connection and printed circuit board in Eagle program as a plug-in modul for developmental platform Arduino. The main point is program, which sets and controls the transmitter. Next important part is impedance match and antenna tuning, which is explain in practical part of thesis. The result is prototype of software defined transmitter compatible with Arduino Uno platform.

Creative Use of Digital Intermediate During the Production of Light Atmosphere
Janda, Marek ; Weiser, Antonín (advisor) ; Jícha, Marek (referee)
The goal of the thesis is to sketch out the creative use of the digital intermediate in the cinematographer. Recent technologies among them also belongs digital intermediate bring new work opportunities and possibility to change the light atmospheres in the digital postproduction. At the beginning there are mentioned the atmospheres in the painting, in the photography and in the film. Further are described the types of inputs for processing the image, sorts of film transfers, scanners and outputs. After comes the prostroduction process (with the picture examples) which is focused on postproduction equipments, digital composition, rigs, color grading and image editing. There is given the description of the technology of film recording and the issues connected with digital cinema and the archiving. In the conclusion of this work, there are reminded the classical film technologies, perspectives of digital intermediate use in the creative work of a cinematographer and the future and film development trends are sketch out.

Flow Parameters Simulation Technique in Annular Turbine Cascade INLET
Jelínek, T. ; Němec, M. ; Uruba, Václav
This article summarizes the concept of equipment which produces the required flow parameters at the inlet of annular turbine cascade. The investigation of inlet flow parameters - the boundary layer on hub and tip inlet channel end-walls and the inlet flow turbulence are part of a project intent on a flow in multistage steam turbine arrangement. This variable inlet can produce the laminar or turbulent boundary layer, respectively the laminar or fully turbulent velocity profile in the inlet channel. The change of inlet turbulence level is controlled by the grid. The detailed measurement of inlet flow: the turbulence and the total pressure distribution across the height of inlet channel were performed by HWA (hot wire anemometry) probe and by total pressure probe, respectively. The measurement results characterize the inlet flow for several inlet channel arrangements and are used for the experimental investigation of the flow field inside the stage and as the inlet parameters for CFD simulations.
