Fundamental analysis of Tiffany & Co.

The bachelor thesis focuses on using the principles of fundamental analysis in order to formulate an investment recommendation with regard to the publicly traded company Tiffany & Co. Making use of established investment methods, it is performed in three consecutive parts. Firstly, the global analysis views the macroeconomic environment and its possible impact on stock prices. Secondly, the industry analysis examines the conditions in which the luxury jewellery market operates and what challanges it might be exposed to in the future. Thirdly, the company analysis treats historical, present and expected data in the process of determining the intrinsic value of the company, using various methods of calculation. The objective of this part is the establishment of a reasonable investment recommendation.
Fundamental analysis of a share of Pegas Nonwovens

The topic of my bachelor thesis is the fundamental analysis of a share of Pegas Nonwovens company. It consists of three parts: the first (global) part examines how major macroeconomic variables (interest rate, inflation, money supply, GDP) influence share prices. The second chapter describes characteristic factors of nonwovens industry which may also affect analyzed share. It's for example cyclicality of the business cycle or competitive environment. At the third, lowest level the corporate fundamentals are introduced. Using various models, I calculate the intrinsic value and in comparison with the market price I determine the valuation of shares. The aim should be the formulation of investment recommendation to buy or sell Pegas shares.

The purpose of this work is to briefly describe the principles of fundamental analysis and, at the same time, to provide a simple guidance to be used by investors when assessing the shares. Within the framework of global analysis such individual macroeconomic quantities are defined that can influence the development of the ČEZ Company. The power of their impact on the shares is calculated by way of correlation coefficients. In sectoral analysis the position of ČEZ Company is described not only on the Czech but also on foreign markets. Attention is also focussed on different types of regulations and provisions that are characteristic for the energy market. In this part individual methods are described and the information items and data defined that are necessary for the assessment; at the same time these data are used for the calculation proper of the internal value of shares.
Fundamental analysis of stocks of Komerční banka

My Bachelor thesis is concerned with the fundametal analysis of stocks of Komerční banka, a. s. By applying all parts of fundamental analyses -- global, market, firm, I will do a detailed analysis of these stocks with consideration of the relations which affect the price movement. After that I will determine the intrinsic value. Every chapter consists of both the theoretical basis that outlines the area being solved and the practical application of those methods. The outcome of this work will be investment advice, whether to buy, hold or sell those stocks. Invesment advice will be at the end of the thesis.

The master's thesis deals with the fundamental and technical analysis of stock Philip Morris ČR. The aim of the thesis is a specification of investment recommendation. The fundamental analysis specifies an intrinsic value of the stock Philip Morris ČR, compares it with a real stock price and recommends sale or purchase of this stock. Technical analysis uses graphical methods and technical indicators to determine an appropriate time to sale or purchase this stock.

The degree thesis treats the problem of Global grant in nonprofit sector accorded within Single programming document for Objective 3 of the NUTS 2 Prague region. The Global grant is simplified grant scheme awarded to nonprofit organizations active in social sphere, which focus on persons endangered by social exclusion. The degree thesis defines the theoretical framework of all correlations necessary for valid insight into the problem. Among the concepts defined are nonprofit sector, nonprofit organizations, their financing, regional policy of European Union acting through the European Social Fund awarding funds precisely for Global grant. The nature of Global grant is further examined by looking into project approval procedure falling within the grant, handling of monitoring indicators and positron and impact of the Global grant on nonprofit organizations.
Fundamental analysis of RWE AG title

The goal of the diploma thesis: "Fundamental analysis of RWE AG title" is to determine an intrinsic value of the RWE AG share using detail analysis. The first -- theoretical -- part deals with financial environment where the title is being traded and quoted. This part characterised german indices, mainly index DAX 30, because its component is also RWE AG share. The electronic system Xetra is described here as well. Fundamental analysis itself - including global, sector and enterprise analysis - is the subject of the second section. At the end of this work, the intrinsic value is evaluated and subsequently the forecast is outlined.
