The apartment house in Uherské Hradiště

The topic of the thesis is the design of new residential building in Uherské Hradiště. The aim is to develop detailed documentation for construction. The work includes studies, drawings, text and part of the calculation. It is a detached residential building with ground plan dimensions of approximately 16,5 x 26,5m. The building has 4 floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic bricks, ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. Roofing is made up of single shell flat roof. The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 16 apartments. Part of the 1st floor is also 6 separate garage.
Holiday centre

The subject of master´s thesis named „Holiday centre“ is elaboration of project documentation of building part. The building is consists of accommodation units, relaxation centre and restaurant joint with kitchen. Holiday centre contains 15 accommodation units for 45 persons, one accommodation unit for two persons is designed as barrier free. Capacity of restaurant is also 45 persons. Building has 4 floors. Base construction system is bricked, amended to tensioned ceiling panels. Object is positioned to foundation strips. Building roof is partially composed from gabled and partially from flat roof.

The building is located on undeveloped land in housing estates on flat terrain. Residential building contains 5 apartments, one of which is completely wheelchair and one workshop (eg hairdressing). At the building will be constructed parking area for the residents of the apartment building and premises.

The thesis project is a two-storey motorshow in Ostrava Poruba. It is a detached building with a second floor just above the ground brick part of the ground floor . The building is designed for sales and service of car . In front of the first floor is a shop with WC intended for the customers. Behind this section is on the first floor the facilities for employees , WC , kitchen, two showers and changing rooms . There is also a quick intake for 2 cars. On the second floor are located the office with separate WC . For this part of the building is the last part of a car dealership and service. Here you will find desktop with three separate workning places , part intended for minor repairs , drive trough car wash , paint shop , utility room and a spare parts warehouse . The structural system of the building consists of a steel construction with reinforcing brick core . The cladding of first floor consists from infill brickwork Heluz 20 with contact insulation system . The cladding of second floor from bearing brickwork Heluz P15 30 with a contact insulation system . The construction of the roof deck consists of single-layer straight roof . The supporting structure is made of concrete slab concreting trapezoidal sheet metal deposited on steel lattice girders. The roof deck is insulated with polystyrene EPS 150S . The waterproofing layer is made of two layers of modified bitumen sheet with reinforcements.
Wine center Šidleny

This thesis addresses the detailed design new buildings Wine Centre. The building is detached, three-storey, with a gable roof. Vertical and horizontal brick ceiling are from Heluz. The construction is based on monolithic footings and footings. The roof structure consists of trusses with burnt roof covering. Around the house there are parking spaces for cars.
Survey and Assessment of Brick Building in Brno, Palacky Street

The thesis summarizes the methods used to test and evaluate the characteristics of vertical masonry structures and further shows the evaluation procedure according to ČSN ISO 13 822. In the second part of this work there is a practical example of brick building assess-ment process, including determining the strength of the walls and the conversion of select-ed critical elements of the existing structure – window pier and wooden beamed ceiling.

The object is situated in a slightly sloping terrain on the selected piece of land in a city Třebíč. The house has two above ground, and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of Porotherm system. The construction of the roof consists of a single flat roof. The main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house is worked up with five structural details including. Drawing part processed in a computer program ArchiCad.
The Family House

The subject of my thesis is design a family house on a completely flat plot in Otrokovice. This new building is designed as permanent housing for a four member family and their appearance will fit into current building. The house is designed as a two-story, partially basement, with adjacent garage for one car. Circuit masonry in the basement is made of concrete blocks. Circuit masonry floors is lined with a brick blocks Porotherm. Whole building is insulated contact system. The roof of house forming two aisle roofs at different height levels, the structure of roofs creates wooden trusses. Part of the proposal is also thermotechnical, acoustic and fire safety solutions.

The construction support system is bricked from ceramic blocks Porotherm. The ceiling constructions are designed like halfprefabricated Porotherm. The building is designed with shed roofs.
