The aim of my bachelor thesis is a design of single-family house. The new building is designed to be a permanent residence for a family of four. The object is on almost flat terrain on the selected piece of land in a village Vlkovice close by a city of Czech Budweis. The house has two above ground and one underground floor. A garage for one car is part of the house. The object is designed in a technology of Heluz system. The construction of the roof consists roof truss-saddle roof. Tha main entrance is oriented to the north. The project documentation which is needed for a realization of a new detached house in worked up with five structural details including. This bachelor thesis is aimed at processing project documentation for a new building of a house in the town of Brno. The new building is targeted for one one-generation family for the whole-year use with a possibility of temporary accommodation of guests in one room. The house includes a garage. The building has two aboveground floors and is built of ceramic blocks Porotherm. There is a gabled roof with top beam wooden timbers. The project also deals with a wine cellar. The pressing room is built of Porotherm blocks. There is a gabled roof with top beam wooden timbers, the cellar itself is built with barrel vault of full firebrick and subsequently filled up. Both buildings are situated on a flat land.

Apartment Building with service station

The bachelor thesis deals with the design documentation of new apartment building with service station on the level of documentation for building permit. The living area is designed for housing five people. Service station is designed for three-person staff. The building will be located in the Zlín Region, District of Uherské Hradiště, in the city of Uherský Brod. The Cadastral area is Uherský Brod - the town. The bulding has two aboveground floors and a partial basement with one underground floor. The building is designed like a brick structure. Vertical structures aboveground parts are made of bricks Porotherm. The side wall of the basement is designed from blocks shuttering Best 50 into which are inserted reinforcement and filling with concrete. Platform of a apartment building with service station is of rectangular shape with dimensions of 19,25 x 10,00 m. The main entrances to the building are located on the west side. The entrance to the service station is on the south side through the garage door. Workspace of workshop is designed for three cars. The entire building is covered using a double-walled flat roofs.
